Sold us a car a year ago that had been in multiple accidents and had the air bags blown and when we found out and went back they tryed to screw us over even more and wouldn’t take back the car and give us a new safe one for our family. They tried to tell us the car had never been in a accident before they sold it to us till we showed them the car fax we had pulled on it. Over all it was a horrible experience 10/10 would recommend not doing business with them unless you like having a broken over priced car and to be screwed over.

Dropped my trailer off on Wednesday for a scheduled inspection appt. The trailer hadn’t even been moved when I went there Friday at 2 to check on it. No call, no explanation. Complete waste of time.

I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Compass from a North Norwich Motors. My previous car (a 2007 Chevy Cobalt) I also purchased here. I returned here to car shop because my previous experience with them was so positive. They did not let me down. These guys are great! Paul Mirabito was my salesman and was wonderful. He was very patient and explained all the features on the Jeep since I wasn’t familiar with most of them. Having stopped in on a Saturday, they held the Jeep for me until my mechanic could look it over for me the following Tuesday. (And he found it to be mechanically sound) I highly recommend these guys for great used cars!!

Recently purchased and had a fifth wheel hitch installed. Great price, fast service, very knowledgeable staff and great buying experience. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have had a horrific experience. I purchased a vehicle from here last month and with in 3 weeks I had to have it towed cause It broke down. And it still sits in the shop and don't know when I will get it back. When I called the car salesman I dealt with he was very rude and hateful and unwilling to accommodate me in anyway. Just asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I asked about getting another vehicle and he hatefully asked me what vehicle I wanted. I told him and I asked him about getting another vehicle and he tried to sell me a car for higher then it was listed for..the tag on the car said $20,995 but online it said 21995 and that's what he tried to sell it to me for and when I told him what the tag in the vehicle said he told me that was not true. Insinuating that I was a liar. And he proceeded to tell me that though I just bought the car a month ago that it was not worth what I purchased it for. So that tells me I paid more then it was worth to begin with and I got ripped off. I will get the word out to not buy from this dealership again. I am hurt to have paid nearly $20,000 for a vehicle that I now cannot drive til God only knows when.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Drove an hour to buy the vehicle that I found searching online and I'd drive even further to buy another one from them. Vehicle was in amazing condition both cosmetic and mechanically. Fred is awesome, not your typical car salesman. He didn't push anything.

Purchase was absolutely fine, the warranty they sell and treatment from warranty company seems like a scam. I've had a problem and have had to call warranty myself several several times, (9 times) to be exact concerning an issue with my truck. It's been almost a month and warranty company has not even tried to call back. Service doesn't have the knowledge to inform warranty company properly about common problems. It's easier to get customers to pay out of pocket and tell them parts are not covered under warranty. Then want to charge 400 to 500 for repair, when I called down the rd and they quote you 250 to 300 max? Huh hows that. You would think where I bau GB ht it would give me a deal or check local pricing.

Fred promised to fix the LED racetrack tail light before delivering my 2014 Dodge Durango. He did not do as promised because he said the center tail light wasn't required for the safety inspection. Now I'm stuck with a $1000 bill to replace the light. Contact me to replace the light at no charge and I will change my review.
