I always have a very pleasant experience when shopping at this Marshalls location. As always I found what I needed at a great price and the cherry on top was my cashier Marcus who checked me out. He was so polite and knowledgeable about Marshalls sales and exclusive deals. He was very friendly and respectful me and my daughter felt like we walked away with amazing items and a new friend. Thank you Marcus an amazing Marshalls employee.

Truly the best Marshalls I've ever been to. I honestly didn't expect much because it's in a small town but it was the cleanest, most organized one I've visited! All 4 staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The cherry on top was finding a bunch of awesome items! I'll definitely make the hour trip to visit again! :)

Love Marshall's. .everytime I'm in Norwich I stop. The sales are great and they have lots of merchandise. The clerks are super friendly

Great store, especially for this small city. It's a big asset to the community. The sales associates are always fabulous and happy to help in whatever way needed. The only disappointment is the consistantly few clothes beyond size XL.

Music was a bit tacky, and it feels like this store doesn't know what it wants to be. Good for all middle aged women to bring their kids to get clothes they are ok with and pick up a mixture of bed and kitchen items.

It seems like I try so hard to have an issue with this place but every time I go in and visit, well the staff and managers are just amazing. I only give a four star because I would like to see more of a selection for the XL size..

Same chain as Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Store is a little smaller than Vestal Home Goods but overall quite similar. Better quality goods than Walmart or Target. Price to value varies a lot, some stuff is a great deal and some really isn't. But I don't know where else you would get this kind of selection for probably 50 miles.

This store is unstoppable. I came in looking for a hooded sweatshirt. If there's a men's department, I couldn't locate it. Simply an overcrowded disaster area.
