The workers are rude, they barley do their jobs and they make snooty comments about people over the loud speaker, if you’ve ever been there then you know what I’m talking about. She almost always tries to start stuff with my wife! It’s quite ridiculous actually, she bi-polar and it’s hard for her to keep her cool and having outright rude customer service definitely doesn’t help anything!

I was so excited to visit Dollar Tree in Norwich Ny this morning. But very disappointed that I couldn’t find what I was looking for as the store was so messy. It left me feeling anxious. I had to leave with out purchasing any thing😢

Nice store. Needs more employees. But the parking lot is always full of trash.Can someone please clean it up !!!!!!

They are very busy but have things well stocked. So glad they had the 1 item I always look for. Nice choices in this store and all are no more than a Dollar

I went there this morning at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up before I left to go somewhere else. The hours said 10-6 and there was no one around. I'm so disappointed, I will not be returning to this Dollar Tree.

This is my favorite store in Norwich, however when I want a specific item to craft they don't always have the one I want. To get it I may have to take a drive 45 min. to an hour to a bigger store and they may not have it either. I can't order on your web sight because I have to use a check and its not accepted over an internet net sight. So i have to not give you the 5 stars i want to.

Biggest selection of craft products I have seen yet at a dollar store. The store is well and kept and pretty large compared to some others I've been in.

Cashier sorted me $1. Swipe he didn't, his boss "weighed" the money on a special "scale", said to me "he's only $.36 off ". Apparently there is no chance he palmed or dropped the bill under the counter, put it in his pocket... no they were automatically right. Apparently I was wrong, though I don't have the dollar... quite an expensive price for them to pay, losing any of my business from now on. As well as others I know...

A place where you can find many items for only a dollar and not only that but the only dollar store that if you find something that you like you don't have to worry about never finding it again. This is a store that you can go online and order that item and it will be delivered to the store with your name on it. Customer service is excellent, and your credit card is excepted.

Love this place. Neat and organized. Very friendly staff. I had a young lady name Heaven and she was an angel. She helped me and even talked with my kids.

The store is clean and organized but the bathrooms are the most disgusting I've seen in the area. I should know because I'm a custodian at a local school and I would be fired if I had bathrooms that looked like that.

Dollar Tree is in its new location in Norwich. The store is much larger than where it was originally next to Grand Union.

This store is a step up from most dollar stores. Be prepared at checkout for Cash or Checks Only. I would have rated this store higher except for the inconvenient payment policy.
