This was my second time going to Cyndi's Pet Styles. The first time, I called hoping to get in quickly, and Cyndi was able to squeeze me in right away. She was so good with my baby, and did a wonderful job! Last week I called to make another appointment, but I added it on my calendar for the wrong day. Unfortunately, I realized too late, so I ended up canceling at the last minute. I knew Cyndi was very busy, yet she was very understanding and was able to get me back in the next day. That was a really big deal to me as I cost her a lost appointment and yet she still took us back. Once again, she did such a great job with my Luna, who was a little scared, and in need of a good haircut. I usually do it, since Luna has gotten a little frightened and sensitive at 12yrs, but it's become a bit much for me. It was a relief how Cyndi just stepped in and handled it all perfectly when I had to leave my baby, and when I picked her up, Luna looked like a new girl. Oh, and the pricing. I honestly don't really know what the going rates are, but it sure seems to me you'd be hard pressed to find anyone else to do everything Cyndi did for what she charged. Just an excellent experience all around. Thank you so much Cyndi!

Poor customer service was actually rude and nasty. Although I advised owner my dog was a difficult groom she said no problem as if she was a professional. I scheduled an appointment, medicated my dog to calm him down. She did not take him on time and returned him half done. My dog is 20 pounds. She claimed he was the most aggressive dog she’s ever seen in her life. I can only imagine what she did to him as he is still traumatized days later! Perhaps if she didn’t have five other dogs in the room doing them at the same time, she could’ve concentrated on the one and gave him the attention he needed. And she had the nerve to charge me full price! Beware leaving your pet there!!

I brought my husky mix here for a bath and hair cut. She received a bath, hair cut, ears cleaned, and nails trimmed and filed, all for a VERY reasonable price. Midnight (my husky) does not like baths or anyone touching her feet. They were so gentle with her, that she didn’t mind at all in fact they even sent me a picture to me of her enjoying the bath! Midnight was so excited when I got there and walked like a queen because she knew she looked good and was treated great!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

She was fantastic with my kitty. Did her toenails, shaved her belly and was super gentle with her. She truly loves animals. Will definitely go to her again.

Cindy is the best!!! We have a very large, 2 coated dog. He can be very difficult to groom. Cindy is kind and gets the job done. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
