Nice and clean. Newer store, but well organized. They had everything I was looking for in stock today, which was nice. The only thing I would change is more cash checkouts. I am not a fan of self check out. Parking was great.

Aldis is a great store easy to run in and grab the stuff you need , now they have added self checkouts which is nice. They always have low prices and the Aldi finds are great. Plus typically quite and they don't have loud music playing which I like.

Since they remodeled it, they have more room for more merchandise. I always find something I haven't had and buy it & try it. Prices are reasonable. Well stocked, clean, very well lit up/very bright. Restrooms are easy to get to. Nice people.

Two different indecent encounters with the same cashier. After not frequenting this store for a few months we stopped to today. The cashier decided to let another customer go ahead of me while I was in line loading my items onto the belt. In the middle of me unloading my items, he looks at the woman behind me and declares “you can come ahead of her, come on up and I’ll ring you out.” A gesture that was expected of me, not one voluntarily given on my part being the customer ahead of her. Then he didn’t even acknowledge me or the kind gesture offered on his behalf. A simply “thank you for letting her go ahead of you” would have went a long way. When he gave me my receipt he didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day. When I confronted him he was feeble minded as to why I was upset, he stated “she only had a few things.” A few things or not he lacked common decency when it came to me and my family, he was also rude with every interaction I’ve had with him. He was also unjustified in his gesture, also ungrateful on my behalf of accepting it. If he would have had ask prior to entitling the woman to skip ahead of me I would have had no problem. He’s also been very rude and brash on other occasions. The first instance he was inferring my son had never “seen someone” like him, this was a huge red flag. I will not be patronizing this store ever again.

There was no whole white mushrooms. And no split top wheat bread. I do appreciate the good prices. I really liked the dutch be potato chips but you stopped selling them for some reason

Love this store! I always find a nice surprise to choose from in household items. The employees are always kind and helpful! Their food is great with nice selections. It is clean and neat.

Prices are good. Staff are rude and unfriendly. Never seen anyone slam a pack of bread so hard into a cart in my life. Worst cashier I've seen after 10+ years working in retail. Man shouted that his line was closedand pushed a woman's cart away from his line, then proceeded to yell at us customers to hurry up and get in line. I watched him slam around the groceries of everyone in front of me, and did the same with mine. Snatched the money out of my hand and gave me the wrong change back. Will not be returning to this store.

Clean and organized atmosphere. Have a great selection of fresh produce, and meat to pick from. The Only place I prefer to buy any sort of butchered meat products. The prices are very reasonable although some items (such as the hit or miss name brand items) do not always price better than other store.I love their seasonal/Aldi finds and home decor items. They always have the most interesting items, for half the price, as one would find elsewhere for retail price.

I bought breaded chicken patties. Just awful!! They did not have chicken "flakiness". They were just rubbery. So bad I threw it away. This was my first & last trip to Aldis.

Nice store, cashier was fast, but not very courteous to me. Pushed my cart clear away from me and I wasn't even done paying him yet. He never said thank you for anything. Started ringing up the next customer.

Stacy was by far the greatest employee i’ve had the pleasure of meeting. perky, happy, helpful, funny. i had a cart full of items and i was rung out and on my way in under 5 minutes. awesome work

Horribly rude new cashier Victoria. Threw my groceries into a cart when I clearly asked for her to place them in the box. I had less than 10 items. She then says can you bring the cart back? I said I don't need the cart that's why I asked to have them placed in box.

Very good prices on most products. Nice selection of interesting cheeses, snacks, and appetizers. Can be very busy, but lines are usually processed quickly. Bring your own bags or boxes for grocery packing. Usually best area prices on basic items: milk, bread, eggs, frozen veggies. Bring a quarter for your cart.

I love Aldi's. I love the convenience of the same layout at each location, and also that they sometimes have different items. The staff is always helpful and courteous regardless of the location. It's easy to get in and get out. It's a great option to pop in and grab something healthy while on your lunch break. It can be busy at peak times when waiting to check out. That's not a big deal though if you have patience.

The store is clean, well lite and has plenty of aisle room for shopping cart's. The shelves are well stocked and the employee's are helpful and friendly. Did I mention that the prices are lower than the large box stores and the product quality is very good!

My favorite grocery store to shop at. The prices are great and they have a decent selection of food. Some items are time limited and aren't always available. They also have some household items to shop, as well as random items from shoes, school supplies, candles, dog beds, etc. The lines move quick. Remember to bring grocery bags and a quarter! The store is clean and it's never been too crowded when I have gone.

Beautiful new store!! I love the 25 cents for carts....no carts scattered around the parking lot. Wide aisles, friendly employee. I didn't have time today checking a lot of products and prices but from what I did see they seem to be reasonable. Great addition to Norwich!!!

Not a typical Aldi’s shopper, but tried it out recently and I really like it. Good selection of fresh vegetables, meats and fruits. There house brands are hit or miss. Good prices. Friendly staff. Great addition to Norwich and Chenango County.
