Alex is kind and patient. I’m not sure how my cat has reacted in the past to grooming. All I do know is I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with places locally. Super expensive and actually hurt him. I would never again just drop my cat off and leave him somewhere for a couple hours. I just think it’s poor pet parenting. Alex lets me hang around and help him by holding my cat and it’s over with in literally 10 or 15 minutes. And as you can see from the photo he does a really wonderful job. I’m reading these reviews and it’s simple. Don’t leave your pet anywhere a few hours. Make time to be there and calm them down so he can do a good job. Alex is awesome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s patient and he does a good job.

I am beyond ecstatic about how well my puppies hair cut came out! I have a 9lb Coton-poo who is very particular with his handlers. The man at Pet Zone was extremely friendly and couldn’t have done a better job. Also, very affordable! This man deserves to be tipped very well for his work and his incredible kindness! Thank you Pet Zone! We will be seeing you again!

My husband took our Ridgeback puppy here to get his nails clipped and was happy with experience so he suggested I take him there again for a grooming.Staff members were friendly and helpful and they said to come back in an hour and a half.Upon my return the older staff member suggested our puppy was wild and he cut his paw on the crate. Did I mention he was a puppy? Most puppies are hyper. I went to the back of the store to retrieve my puppy and his paw was bleeding everywhere, uncontrollably.The man proceeded to wrap his paw with a paper towel and clear packing tape. By the time we went to leave the paper towel was saturated with blood and he had to change it again.I paid $30 for the bath and had to request his nails be clipped before leaving. Ps this was a service I had requested upon check in and was apparently not done.While I was there I tried asking which crate did he cut his paw on so I can inspect the crate but the staff member was nonchalant. In looking around the place was a mess. Rotting wood on the walls and rusty crates.Needless to say I regret bringing our pup to this shop. I like to support local business but there are. Lot of choices in the area and this is certainly one we will not be going back to.

Alex is the best!!! He fit me in SUPER last minute and stayed late just to take care of my pup. Very good work, friendly and accommodating. Will be traveling from westcHester just to bring my dog to him. Would recommend to everyone who wants their animal in good hands!

Horrible service. Workers are very rude and not friendly towards the animals or customers. I brought my beagle there for the first time for a bath and to get his nails clipped. Over two hours later I still didn't get a call he was ready so I went back to get him. When I arrived he wasn't done yet and the worker repeatedly told me how bad my dog was so he didn't clean his ears, brush him or cut his nails like I requested. For the record, my dog is not a bad dog at all and have never had this problem or gotten complaints in the past at other groomers. When his two hour bath was finally done the worker couldn't find the leash I brought my dog there with because it was being used for another dog. I then proceeded to pay $30 for a bath, only one of the services I requested. Definitely will NOT be returning and I am very disappointed in how this business is run.

I bring my chihuahua there, as a walk in, to have his nails clipped and his anal glands expressed. He attacks me if I attempt it, but is a calm good boy when I bring him there. Its open to the grooming area so i can watch, and im amazed that he sits so good for them! They're always nice, and take him right away and we're in and out.

If i could rate this place zero stars i would... i was a customer/employee for years, after years of putting up with this chaos of a place iv had enough, i have watched countless customers go through gruesome, tramatic, inhumane expiriences with there animals, wether it be the boss kicking, tugging, screaming at the animals, cutting skin, then yelling at the animals that its there fault for moving, calling the employess horrific names, pathologically lying to customers, the place is filthy, the cages are always disgusting, the tub is filled with feces and hair constantly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy clean grooming place.

I highly recommend recommend this groomer Alex is a fantastic groomer, loves the dogs always polite always get what you want. Definitely bring your animal here to the groomed!

Our entire extended family takes there dogs here. They always do an excellent job, they are friendly and great with animals. Wouldn't hesitate
