I take daily medication for migraines. 4 months ago my doctor doubled my dosage from 30/month to 60/month and Walgreens gave me that dosage.Out of nowhere, without warning, and without telling me they just halved my dosage. When I called for help to get the rest of my medication I got 0 help on the phone and the person answering just tried telling me I never was getting the double amount. Instead of actually helping to resolve my problem they just straight up tried to gaslight me and tried telling me that I have been taking 1 pill a day instead of 2 for 3 months, that they never gave me 60 pills instead of 30.With the lack of professionalism that I experienced and the fact that the app works half the time - just go somewhere else. It was my migraine medication but who knows if they’d be this careless with other more important medications.

I've been going to this Walgreens for years, routinely for medications for my family. The pharmacist (I think?) Who gave me and my daughter flu shots for the last two years is wonderful, and everyone else has been generally kind until today. The person behind the pharmacy counter had just the worst attitude and seemed irritated and talked to her colleagues about the fact that I requested covid tests for my daughter who's sick. She didn't explain why we were waiting and interrupted me when I tried to ask about them, I eventually figured out that she was waiting for insurance approval but hearing her say to her coworkers that people can get COVID tests for every little cold was just weird and frustrating. Is it not a good thing to be testing? I was so uncomfortable.We're switching to rite aid down the street. I don't want to deal with that kind of person.

Came in for Covid Booster shot. Was told to sit and wait. No customers after 30 minutes went back and ask",how much longer" , pharmacist was filling drug orders 😳 ,again was told to sit down and wait but told was waiting over 30 minutes. Then told will be with shortly. Sat down and after a few minutes was called in for shot.

I went into walgreens - store #12117 to buy somepacks of cigarettes for a friend. I asked that they not scan my license because I didn't want my name connected to another's cancer sticks. One person said they would allow it this time & a long came a male employee who only demanded to scan it anyway. Long story short he didn't like my tone as I recited my dob, denied me service and demanded I leave. Really a 50 yo disabled denied service due to tone of voice? Never again Walgreens, for anything.

When I refill prescriptions this Walgreens location on Payne Ave is nearly always out of stock and I have to wait an extra day or two before it is filled. The wait times for the pharmacy are also ridiculously long. Every time I pick anything up I can plan on waiting at least 15 minutes, either inside or in the drive-thru. Planning on switching pharmacies.

Stopped in the evening of Jan 27 th to pick up the Claritin my wife needed , rather than going to my regular Pharmacy, after returning a Redbox movie. Was warmly greeted by the young lady working the register area, easily identified what part of the store I needed to go to( clear signage ) , and found the store to be clean, well stocked, and well organized. It actually looked like a store ready to have it's grand opening. .pat on the back to the crew, especially the cashier who seemed genuinely friendly because she was, not because she was told to be.

Has been my preferred place for prescriptions, however, today I found out they changed their hours for pharmacy with no warning. As I was walking toward pharmacy almost bumped into both managers and received dirty looks.. stopped dead in my tracks, turned and asked if the hours changed and told “yeah it changed on the 18th…” As if there was some kind of signage mentioning that prior to today. Not one employee had mentioned that when I pick up other prescription. As it is the pharmacy was only open until I get out of work and I understand it not being open past 8 PM, but now I can’t even get there before I run to work. Very poor communication with this change of hours. I will give credit where credit is due, the rest of the employees are generally very friendly, always greeted me when I walk in the door or when I passed them in the isles. This was just a very crummy way of finding out that the hours are changing and making it that much more inconvenient.

It's very clean I like that the workers will help you out if you look confused simply get it done easy also has a pharmacy inside so if your looking to keep your prescription close by switch to the walgreens one.. hair supply cologne candies a lot of candy lol everything that you need.. don't have to say anymore you probably already know walgreens is great

Curb side, SAME DAY PICK UP. Has been a god sent with two children under 3 it is super convenient for simple things that involve bringing my children into other locations, thank you !

90 year old mother asked if she paid by ccard over the phone would they bring her incontinence product out to her....she was told "NO!." DO NOT SUPPORT THIS THOUGHTLESS BEHAVIOR.
