They USED to be the best until they started hiring just anyone to the pharmacy. I've had an issue every time I pick my meds up for the last four months. And boy oh boy does that young dark brunette haired girl with the glasses LOVE to make you feel like a psycho junkie when THEY screw up. Never do I get an apology either for treating me wrongly when they realize THEY actually are. 😒 nor for screwing my script and time up. sadly guna change my life long service if it continues.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. They are always kind and do their best. I have to give a shout out to Marilyn, she is always so very nice and helpful. At this point she feels like family, always smiles and makes you feel like she really cares about you. I always hope she is there when I have a prescription to pick up!

The pharmacy is so rude! I went back in June for my COVID vaccine the pharmacist or gentleman that gave me my shot was very dry and a little nasty, I have recently misplaced my vaccine card (busy life things happen) and need it for my school job, so I went to get a new one the girl behind the counter was snarky with me and then the same gentleman that gave me the vaccine slapped the card on the counter (my medical record card!) and told me he would only do this once for me, completely made me feel like a child when I’m a 32 year old grown up, I think I’ll be taking my business to Walgreens

I've been using their pharmacy for 6 years now they have always been very pleasant very helpful and always available to answer any questions the store is always clean and the people in the pharmacy are always pleasant

I've been coming to this Rite Aid location since I was old enough to drive, for my prescriptions. The employees are all extremely nice and personable. I think the store prices are a little high, but then again, I think all pharmacies have pretty high prices.

I frequently pick up my moms meds for her since shes older and sick most of the time. Every single time i have come to this pharmacy its at least a 25 minute to a half hour wait. The drive through takes forever and most of the time they do not know where the medicine is. Its been in pick up and delivery bucket before.so thats an additional wait time. We switched to walgreens the other day and i dont have any of those problems there. Rite aids is too long of a wait needs more staff on hand to speed up customer waiting process.

I have never been to a worse pharmacy.I'm sure it does not help the average age of the pharmacy workers is about 80 years old.Slow ,confused and no clue what they are doing.Changing pharmacy today!

Always helpful, accommodating, clean and accurate. Typically very limited on quantity of sale items inventory. That always gets me, especially for OTC drug and supplement items. They'll run a BOGO and have one unit on the shelf.

Great location, Small gripe, I bought a supplement recently and when I checked it out online afterwards, discovered Wal Mart had exact same product $10 cheaper or 1/2 the price I paid. That's my bad, but still... This place is expensive.

Terrible don't get your prescription here !! The Norman rite aid I go to systems were down I called here to do the delivery is asked how far does rite aid deliver he said 5 mi es I said I was 2.2 miles I still had a problem with delivery

Horrible...Had a issue with a disbursement and the pharmacist was very rude and condescending to make a long story short my provider told me that wasn't the first time that they heard possible issues that with that certain Pharmacy they advised me to go somewhere else
