This country max is a lot like your old fashioned mom and pop store, but with a lot of animal food and feed. Very cute! Very old fashioned. I really liked it but I am disabled and it was hard for me to get around because there is no carts and there were stairs not very many only three but it was still hard.

Attention all organic indoor/outdoor growers. This is the place to go. Everything you need regarding soil and ammendmants is 65% LESS than they are at grow stores, and much less than at nurseries. If they don't have it, they'll get it soon. Plus, always friendly. Huge pluss.

Been here a handful of times over the years. Great selection of pet supplies. The prices are very fair. Friendly employees as well. No issues. Would definitely recommend this place.

Sort of an interesting store. It offers pet supplies at a cheaper price than the local chain stores. It also carries a nice selection of annuals and perennials in the spring and summer. And unlike other home supply stores (I think you know who I mean) the workers always help load heavy items (like mulch or soil) into your vehicle. It feels a little old and dark inside, but the products are the same quality as the expensive stores.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only place i can get my brand of cat food locally, although they're often out if it. Some things they sell (in pet supplies)can be found cheaper online. Plants are very inexpensive and hardy.

A local friendly source for animal feeds, bird seed, gardening supply and various homesteading projects (beekeeping, tree tapping, pickling and preserving) as well as pet supplies, and an excellent selection of boots to suit various needs. Also pond supplies and landscaping. They sell chicks in the spring, and host pet vaccination clinics. It's amazing how much you can get here, with knowledgeable staff to help out. A feed store with an excellent inventory that's close by is worth it's weight in gold.

Has everything you need for beloved animals , dogs, cats, chickens, horses ...the list goes on. Many different varieties of food and toys for the fur babies in you life. Great prices and sales. They also have bushes and shrubs for sale. Gardening needs available for purchase. Everyone is really helpful and nice.

Purchased dog food from their website. I get an email the next day saying the order was canceled due to a pricing error on their end. Sounds like that is not my problem and any legitimate retailer would honor the price and correct their error. Nope not them. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My family's been getting dog food at Thiele''s since I was a small child and I come as an adult. When CountryMax bought it I was happy to see them keep "Thiele's" in the name, the pet food and toys selection grow, and that the customer service remained excellent. My roommate and I drive in from Buffalo because they're the only ones in the area that carry the brand we like.I always recommend Thiele's! (ContryMax-Thiele's)

The only place I buy birdseed. You can't beat their prices on the 50# bag of black oil sunflower seed. They also have a bird seed club where you can earn free seed.
