I had been a cash-paying feed customer of Reisdorf bros. for over 5 years with my dairy herd. In November, 2017, when I received a load of feed, my cow production plummeted immediately and continued to drop...over 1500lbs/pickup... until that grain was gone. I repeatedly asked for help and suggestions from Reisdorf's as to why the milk was dropping, and received no help or support whatsoever. The whole ordeal was hugely costly to me and they apparently didn't care at all. I then ordered feed from a different company and immediately shot up 600lbs of milk/pickup. I would never recommend them to anyone because they obviously do not back their farmers up when their customers need help from a situation Reisdorf created. I now have to fight back from two months of no milk from their feed and also absorb the $7000 that I paid for the bad grain. Thanks for nothing, Reisdorf.
