This dealership doesn't seem to want to sell tractors....my wife has been in contact with the dealer since Tuesday and this is Friday and we still haven't gotten an order set up with them. It's extremely hard to get ahold of and/ or a return call from them. I think they need 2 things ...1) more sales reps or workers and 2) people that are actually motivated to sell....

Horrible. Took my tractor in for a few repairs. New drive belt & check pick up in the tank. Would be ready in a few days. Well weeks later they just kept padding the bill. Belt, 2 pulleys, fuel filter, fuel pump, and new carburetor- over $450! I never would have authorized that for the old tractor! I kept calling them when it wasn’t ready in a few days and no call backs. They should have called for anything after the belt. But not only didn’t they call to ask permission to add all that, but they didn’t answer my calls nor call back when I kept calling them. On the last Saturday when the guy at the desk did talk to me he said they’d gotten the new carburetor in & would put it on. I said, “I don’t authorize you to put on a new carburetor.” They did it anyway. Horrible way to treat people!!!When I confronted them they agreed it was bad to do that. The guy on the phone asked, “do you want me to take all the parts off.” Really!!!Never take anything to these rip offs!!!!!Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

Applied for a parts job. It was a few months later I got a call for a interview on a Saturday. Said I would get a second interview call on that Monday. Never it. Didnt even get a call or anything. Then go back on indeed to find the job still posted. Was up front about just having knee surgery. Can only image how this company is ran, Givin the disrespect I was given trying to get a job. Good luck

This is an OUTSTANDING place! My parts purchases (more than on instance) weren't small.... ....they were TINY! It took Matt some real leg work and research to help me get what I needed. What GREAT service! Thank You!Folks, If I received this type of customer service on a few dollars, it provesJava Farm Supply on providing a Quality experience. I suggest buy from them. Wish I needed a new tractor or implement, I would have to look no further for trust and service.
