Only one self checkout and one regular checkout. The third checkout has been out of order for almost a year! The aisles are not wide enough for two carts to fit through and are often full of products and boxes. Definitely can’t be easy for those with disabilities to maneuver through. Also, I noticed that almost all of the photos posted are from different (setup) dollar generals. They are not from this particular one! They can’t seem to keep their employees for very long. There is always new people working and no one knows what they’re doing. It’s been nothing but drama since it opened. The managers have all been rude and clearly not cut out for the job. They spend more time smoking out front than actually working. It’s a shame that they built one of these stores in North Creek! The few nice people that worked here only lasted a month or so.

Stopped on my way through from a wedding in Fort Anne in August, was very impressed with the cleanliness at that time. Dollar Generals are usually pretty chaotic, with stuff in the isles etc. I did not find this here. (I believe that upper management does not give enough hours in general for the workers to accomplish a job...I notice same person trying to stock and cash people out at the register too in most stores)

Refrigerators are empty. A lot of shelves are empty. EBT doesn't work. I almost tripped over a step ladder that an employee left on the floor. The most shocking part is while I was shopping the lights automatically turned off and all you hear is I got it from one of the employees working there. There's one employee that gets very upset when the cashiers call her to help. They don't have name tags so I'm assuming that one girl that gets called alot has a higher position from the cashiers. I was able to get most of my things but mostly likely I will keep going to chestertown DG as my experience in that store doesn't make me feel like I have to run to different stores to get what I need and I don't have to worry about shopping in the dark. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience in North Creek DG.

Great staff, I left one of my bags and they were still open near close waiting for me to get it! So grateful! Also great selection and very good prices. Recommend!
