This store is horrible, the staff is very rude, bad customer service. Staff doesn’t acknowledge customers in a positive aspect. They don’t offer bags or customer service with any needs while shopping but Staff harass kids and all African-American customers. Staff talk about their employees to customers and make rude remarks regarding the “low income customers” from the low income families from the areas. This is very weird and unprofessional and has been going on for years and looked over! When I brought this to the manager attention today she started yelling at me in front of the manager and customer stating that I looked suspicious, another customer got involved and asked how did I look suspicious because they didn’t bother anyone in the store expect me and being that I didn’t have bags/purse or any heavy clothing it was obvious that I was being attacked because I am black, etc! Family dollars has cameras so I’m sure all of this was caught in cameras and need to be investigated!! If someone has or is stealing from this store every BLACK customer shouldn’t have to suffer for someone’s actions!

Great deals on toilet paper! Good selection if you don't use mega rolls. Gentleman working the cash register was very friendly and professional.

I purchased an item there today and the manager was so kind to help me put it together. Everyone that works there is very nice all the time. Today I thank her for being so helpful as always.

Is there another paper towel and toilet paper shortage? Shelves were empty, they did have some TP but no paper towels. And most items not $1. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

During my most recent visit there was a bit of a wait to cash out... that was because the employee was cashing out and bringing out a handicap customers items to his car for him. I couldn’t believe how kind that was, I hope this act of kindness does not go unnoticed.

I can't stand that there are no signs where things are. I don't like that they don't group things like soda next to water. Instead I have to walk around the entire store and finally ask someone
