I love Cozy Pet! I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years. Nancy is amazing! She always grooms my toy poodles perfectly and I always feel so comfortable leaving them with her. When I moved farther away a few years ago, I tried bringing them somewhere local instead and I immediately regretted it. Cozy Pet is the best, even if it’s a longer drive. 💕🐾

Clean and friendly. My groomer was Vivian ( sorry if i spell it wrong) But you can tell she loves what she does as well as the other groomers around her. This was my first time at this location and it was the best! I have gone to previous groomers but the environment in this one was great. They take one dog at a time which is the best because they’re getting the attention until the end. 10/10 will book again 🙂

The groomer, Jennifer, is awesome and always takes such good care of my fur babygirl, Ginger. She is also very knowledgable and attentive. Ginger used to shake when going to a previous shop, but now she actually likes going. :)

Alex, our groomer at Cozy Pet is the best! Our dogs love her, and she treats them all as if they were her own fur babies. When we pick them up from their appointments with her, they always look beautiful and happy and they are never stressed out because Alex never puts her customers in a crate or kennel.

I brought my dog in for a quick pedicure. I'm glad I called ahead because they told me that I should bring her in a few minutes before the top of any hour, no appointment needed. Sure enough, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Emma was very sweet with my dog. The price was more than fair, the place looked clean, and my pooch even got a free treat. I will definitely be back!

My dog is 12 years old, I have been taking him to this place for 11 years, and I will never go back. His original groomer Nicole was amazing I wish she was still there. The new groomer who did his last haircut, took over 2 hours and told me it was because they were “busy.” 2 hours and 15 minutes later I pick him up, take him home, I notice he can’t move his neck and is crying a lot, turns out there was a HUGE open wound in his neck that they tried to cover with a bandana, I had to take him to the vet and he was on medication and ointment for 2 weeks. When I called back to complain the claimed they had “no idea” complete BS. My dog is now scared of every groomer using clippers, they have to use scissors and do it by hand now. 11 years of loyalty means nothing apparently.

They cancelled our appointment same day of service because groomer was not comfortable with our dog when a month ago we agreed to calm him (not her like the groomer said on the phone) using a baby pain killer as recommended by them.Not professional at all.

I bring my Maltipom and Maltese in to see Maria and we are never disappointed! She is super nice, very gentile and caring with the animals.My babies are always happy and looking perfect when I pick them up. The woman at the front desk is also so nice. Thank you guys!

Took my dog there for a wash and a hair cut. When we picked him up and brought him home he was not the same he had a droopy ear and started scratching at it. We took him to the vet as soon as we could and south ears were inflamed due to the groomer getting water in them. After notifying cozy pet about it they gave us the run around saying it wasn't them and they wanted to speak to our vet we had the owner speak to him and it wasn't good enough the groomer wanted to speak to them personally just a back and forth thing with no answers. Costs us 55 for the visit then 85 in vet bills. Be safe and go elsewhere.

Groomer Alex is fantastic ..Finally someone that knows how to groom my boy..As for proprietor charging an extreme fee for credit cards I find to be price gouging...I understand today's economy however come onnnnnn...I buy my supplies at competitors..

I made an appointment back in January for my dog to be groomed for April made the appointment no issue and I go to bring him in today and at first they had no idea what I was talking about said maybe I had the wrong location where this is the only place I’ve ever gone so I know where I called. Then they finally look at their books and go oh we called and left a message two weeks ago to cancel. Which is not true I dont have any answering services and she swore she left a message. So I said I didn’t care who did it and I’ll make another appointment with whoever which didn’t even happen bc both groomers said they were booked up and I would get a call if they had any cancellations. I took of of work to bring in my pet so now he wasn’t groomed which was extremely needed and I lost a days pay. No sympathy at all.

They are always friendly and carry specialty organic/grq8n free dog food not found at the bigger dog stores, at affordable prices. They also have great ear cleaners and other items for your pet like creams and sprays when they chew on their paws or calming chews, toys, leashes, etc. They also give military discount which I appreciate!

They have everything your local pet chain store does not have, which is why I started going there. My dog is very particular about his organic treats which yhey swll ata vreat price. Now my Boston Terrier gets his nails done here as well.

I brought my dog for his first haircut I told them I want to clean him up, especially around the eyes but to keep that puppy look. Not to take to much off and they trimed him really short and did not listen at all I don't like it its not the way the breed should look. They should listen to their customers. I would never go back there again. The girl that performed the haircut name was Emma check yelp there are a few negative things listed there

I take my fussy shih tzu here all the time. He doesn't cooperate with any other groomer except for the wonderful Jess who works here. I highly recommend. I love Cozy Pets. ❤❤

The calamari with the hot sauce is always delicious. I was disappointed do to covid the bar was closed so they offered me a table. But they wanted me to sign and leave information which I did not want to do so I got my calamari to go. I enjoyed it in my car before it got soggy since it was to go.
