Ordered a pizza tonight from here and arrive to pick it up and the guy in back making the food was grabbing his boxers and jeans and never changed his gloves before touching food. Will not order food from here again. And the only thing that was said was I’m sorry that happened. Make the employees follow the food protocols of changing gloves after touching anything at all that’s not the food they are making.

Nearly 20 minutes to get two milkshakes made. And it wasn’t even busy. They had one person making food and another girl just wandering around. I guess she was on break? Bad customer service.

Price said 2 for 2.50 for some beer, and total somehow came to 3.80. Cashier tried to explain its taxes or something but that wouldn’t raise it 1.30 for 2 cheap beers. Isn’t the first time stuff like this has happened here, they don’t care

The employee Aran is the whole reason I buy from the Nichols Dandy. He makes the food very efficiently and Aran is very friendly. He is a hard worker and a valued employee.#blueshirtforaran

Ok where to start first went to loundsberry truckstop it was really outdated but that was fine but it was very Erie to say the least so backtracked and found this one and it’s not on truckers path but wayyyy better they have a subway that’s open along with pizza the young guy working subway was very nice which also makes it a lot better they have tables to sit and eat have a good stock of everything plenty of parking will definitely stay again only downfall no showers

This place NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS WORK. There is litter behind the building and parking lot. There was a bug on one of the pizzas the assistant manager was making and she said "oh it's just a little critter it'll be okay". If it was a baby cockroach which is what I'm guessing it was, they carry at least 9 different diseases. And I had one of the male employees walk into the woman's bathroom while I was in the stall to tell me he was going to lock the door if I didn't hurry up 🚻 . I said "excuse me? " And he mocked me and said it back to me. This place needs New Management the owner or the CEO doesn't take any responsibility for anything that happens at this place. Even though they've been informed.

I really never had a problem with Dandy untill today. I order a pizza and I got 15 min away and opened it and what a surprise no pizza sauce. I called to let them and know and the man was freaking rude as hell. He says bring it back and will make a new one ok that's 15 minutes back and another 25 minutes to cook. Umm no. He could of gave us a 10 off for nexts time. So whatever 🙄

I have been in there when they are having good and bad days. I have been there when they have had problems, and they are always apologetic. The cashier's are usually pretty pleasant. Their parking lot is always clean and there's always room for everyone. I have ordered subs and they have been ok. However, the last 2 pizzas I ordered I asked for light on the sauce, and for some reason it doesn't get made that way. I'm told it is, but you can tell that it is not. Because of that I only gave them 3 stars, otherwise the place is pretty good.

Best price for gas in the area. Love the stache card specials that they run, especially the 25 cents off per gallon during December. Nice convenient store with many choices. Little pricey, but what convenient store isn't?? Thank you!

A very nice place if your hungry for a quick hot dog or a sub.. the food is great..I would rate this a 9 plus and the the fast food places a 6 or 7 ..I know there are several Dandys in the area and would rate all of them a 9 plus..and the prices are reasonable..

It's been my home away from home since I was a teen. A pleasant place to sit down and enjoy a sub or something. I absolutely love their chicken wing sheet pizza(best to order it with extra cheese and extra sauce). It's also the only place I've ever found Middleswarth BBQ Chips at(best chips ever btw - feel free to give em a try if you stop by). I've never had any issues with the cashiers, and I don't remember their gas prices ever being too high - although my memory ain't all that good, so take that with a grain of salt.Overall, it's just a wonderful little place to stop, fill up, and/or get a lil food at. The only real complaint I have is that they can be a bit skimpy on the sauce when ordering a pizza sometimes (depending on who makes it).

Something is wrong with the ovens here. Smoke fills the gas station when they cook. And no one seems to care. It stinks 🤢. Isn't the fan over the pizza maker for exhaust? The staff is overworked, probably underpaid. And the line is always long.

This is our local Dandy. There are days I'm here 3 times in less than 24 hours. The employees are friendly & know us by name. Service is always great, & can't imagine life without it.

It's the only show in town, folks! Subs, gasoline, drinks, this is pretty much it. We are grateful to have it, but I think the service and accommodations would be better if they had a little competition.

Very good staff polite people. The women who work there smile every you go in there a man always comes up to you, and ask you if you need help as soon as you walk in. The women there do the same. Like I said before 5 thumbs-up

Construction going on and the only restrooms were outside in these funky porta potties. And unfortunately it was in the middle of that rainstorm wasn't pleasant at all

Was going to stop to fuel my truck and get a coffee. I saw three DOT cops doing inspections in their parking lot.That cost them a $500 + sale.I will never spend a nickel in that place!A business parking lot should be a safe haven of sorts. If they are going to allow these inspections, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Not sure why you need to wear a mask in this store. It is the nastiest Dandy i have ever been in. The web site says they wipe down after costumers. That store has not been wiped down in forever. I did not want to touch anything by the coffe bar. (FILTHY) ON THE tables was food left and food containers from the night before. I would tell everyone do not buy food prepared in this store.
