I got subs last night paid close to $70 for basically lettuce subs even though they were supposed to be ham and salami subs. Had to search for the meat. The tuna sub had noProblem finding the meat it was in the wrapper. My family usually loves their subs but last night not a chance.

Very nice store and associates! But in your Grab n Go! Could have some shaved or wafer sliced cold cuts. When your bottle machines are full Please empty it just makes everything Run more smoothly Thank You

The quality of produce has gone down immensely. It is hard to find produce that isn’t on its last leg. With this being one of the only reliable grocery stores in the area, it’s extremely disappointing. I will no longer be shopping here, I’ll go to farmers markets instead.

Never felt so disrespected. A shorter heavy set girl treated me like a Neanderthal. When I asked for the cheese pizza deal. She then started shaking her head. Then I was very confused how to speak to her. I then came back to pick up my pizza after 15 minutes at around 12:45 Saturday the 6th. And I asked another worker if the pizza was done. Granted I was very nice until this girl started shaking her head again like it was on a swivel. Very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Love wegmans! They can be pricey but they have so many good food options from their prepared meals to their isles. Personally we love to get their fresh fruit and veggies from there.

Don't come here hungry, the ready made food is plentiful and looks pretty good. I bought some pepperoni and cheese calzones and sushi and both were very good. It was clean and the digital coupons were nice.

Since I don't live in New York State I have to drive over the border for a Wegmans trip. Military road is my closest location and the first time I went was in 2001. My impression then is the same as now, clean with amazing offerings and friendly staff. Wegmans stores as a whole, regardless of town have consistent standards, which make it my favorite grocery store in any US state.

Very much disgusted! I stopped in 3/28 so I could get some fresh fruit. The mixed fruit was sour and as you can see the sumo's are moldy. I just had to text my Sun "check your oranges for mold" because he has 2 in his lunchbox🤦🏾‍♀️. This is Disgusting and y'all need to do better. Taking these back this morning! And yes I have my receipt. Shame on y'all!

Very, very poor customer service tonight from an evening manager. Any time I took back something during checkout this man's head would shake. He was more worried about pay roll than how he treated customers. My 11 and 8 year old saw what he did whenever I put something back. He would shake his head with 2 other employees standing there. I'm sorry paying for 3 small salads for $18.00 I wasn't going to do that. I will not be grocery shopping at Wegmans again. They just lost a family. He then followed us out the door since it was "closing."

Hands down a great grocery store. The Wegmans (store) brand items are great and cheaper than national brands. They have tons of pre-made meals.Bakery and produce are fantastic. Store is always busy but well maintained. Plenty of parking in a busy plaza.

I just had the worst fish dinner from Wegmans on military Road in Niagara Falls. The fish was dry the fries taste like cardboard. I can’t even explain the taste of the coleslaw and whatever kind of biscuit they use it was disgusting. I wasted my money and 15 minutes after I ate that meal I was in the bathroom Being sick their subs might be OK but don’t order their fish fries

Just a Nice Place to Shop. Employees are always friendly n knowledgeable. They have a great selection of prepared meals. A wonderful Salad , Sushi and Mediterranean Bars, a Great Submarine Counter with BIG fresh made subs prepared in front of you to your liking 😊!! Good selection of Fresh Meats that look Great. Wonderful fresh produce locally grown when in season. Always a Beautiful selection of Fresh Flowers💐Plants, Flowering Plants and Planted Baskets. Garden Decor and needs. On my visit today was very impressed with Michelle she was giving out samples of their fresh cold pressured O.J. which was very good. She took the time to explain the processes of making orange juice. The difference between pressed (squeezed) and Wegman's Fresh Cold Pressured Orange Juice. Michelle's presentation was interesting. I learned alot from her in a few minutes, I am glad I stopped to talk 😀 Also Gina was very friendly n helpful at the Fresh Cut Variety Vegetable and Potato Fries. Wegmans does a real good job hiring Nice Intelligent People who seem to love their job. The store is Clean, Tidy, Nicely Decorated, and Laid out. Easy Getting around and out. Plenty of Cashiers working!! They really have the Best Variety of Prepared Foods and Single Complete Meals. My first time at Wegmans. Their recycle bins in front are huge. The store is very, very clean. They have a sandwich counter, a huge meat counter, a floral department and lots more. We self checked and didn't have a customer card but the lady watching the registers realized we were from out of town gave us the customer card price. If I lived in Buffalo, I would be a loyal customer.

Wegmans is a large supermarket with a wide ranging variety of fresh produce, dairy, meat, and everything in-between. Very clean and well organized, Wegmans is one of the nicer supermarkets in the area.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. More expensive than your average grocery store but you get quality produce & product. I was very very impressed at the unexpected diaper changing area. Perhaps they should consider an emergency kit for women as well 😉

This place is a great store! I always find my unique items in this store, it never lets me down. The store has such a huge selection (much better than Canadian stores)! They also accept Canadian cash which is a big bonus for me. I had an accident in the store and I broke a drinking mug accidentally. The manager(I believe his name was Michael) happened to be right there, so I apologized profusely but he was ultra understanding as I felt terrible that I had done this, he put me at ease and told me all was good. So a special thank you to all the workers of Wegmans who do a great job, especially Michael the manager! If it wasn’t so difficult to get over the border I would do all my shopping here!

I shop here and use this company for healthier food options for parties on occasion. I have never been disappointed with the service that I receive from this business and highly recommend their cold cut subs as well. The produce in this store is also much better than surrounding grocery stores, and the environment is much cleaner.

Great grocery store. Good selection of all usual and popular items. Consistly Friendly staff, clean, fair prices. Update fall 2023; I continue to enjoy this clean, friendly store with mostly reasonable prices but some things have changed since my original review. Price wise a rotisserie chicken which they now call perfect roasted chicken has almost doubled in price, now in the $10 range. Picked up a sandwich yesterday: $12! Ouch. I can understand some of this but wow. What I don't understand is the removal of indoor seating at this location. The pizza counter is expanded as is the to-go counter taking over the old seating. Also got rid of the soda fountain, not thrilled about that either. Here's some irony; Wegmans recently announced they are discontinuing they're branded soda because it's bad for you but... They're happy to sell you pizza loaded with fat and nitrate cured pepperoni. Still I'm OK shopping here but 4 stars is about it.
