Negative stars for the Niagara Falls location again. The customer service is the worst it's ever been. Messy store on top of the worst customer service is making this location get this review. Stock people put the merchandise up and we as shoppers depend on the pricing to be accurate. Ha that is actually funny. Don't be surprised if you end up spending double. These rang as 19.49 and when I told the employee about the price she rudly grabs my item from me runs to the pharmacy where they are located and returns to tell me that they are 19.49 and that she will not honor the 6.83 price that is clearly above them.

I fell slipping on heavy rainwater st the front door... they didnt even ask if I was alright. Filled out accid report which was never sent to me ...today I placed curbside only to find out an hour b4 pickup that they had no pears two days before Thanksgiving. Picture attached shows rotted bag of pears on shelf. Their food is always,half rotten. I have reported them to no avail. You will lose money shopping here. Almost fell again today. Told security guy and he blew me off...publishing pictures. THIS STORE IS KNOWN AS THE GHETTO WALMART. REPORTEDLY SOMEONE TRIED TO ABDUCT A WOMAN IN THE PARKING LOT JUST YESTERDAY.

We visited this location in niagara falls new york and they made our 21 month old daughter cry because they wouldn't sell us this balloon on a stick because they said it won't scan so they refused to sell it. Our daughter loves balloons and that made her happy until then. Highly disappointed in the staff there

This walmart is wonderful if you don't have to deal with any employees. I needed help with an item in a locked glass case. I pushed the red button for help and after 10 minutes, no help. So I pushed it again, after 5 minutes an employee was walking towards me. I assumed it was her answering the call and she just looked at me and rudely said, "no, push the button. Someone will come eventually." And kept walking, even when I was still making an attempt to ask her to call someone for me. So I called the front desk from my cell phone FROM INSIDE THE STORE and whoever answered said she would come right back to unlock it and get my item, once I explained what was going on. Once she got my item, I told her people there can be so rude when being asked for help and she went on to say, "as an employee here, I can say EVERYONE that works here is rude." I told her she wasn't rude, and she retorted back, "oh, I can be... but a customer has to be rude to me first, then I'm rude right back." Which I found off-putting. Does this store not believe in customer service anymore? I know they probably deal with jerks on a regular basis, but if you hate your job, get a new one. I'm not a jerk customer because I know how it is when working in retail. I never treated customers badly just because... and never on purpose. The item I got was $20 more expensive in the store than online and they wouldn't price match their own website. Which was ridiculous. The lady I spoke to about that didn't care, didn't say she was sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I asked if I could just purchase it online and take it, she said no. Didn't even ask to see if I could or anything. She said they would have to get it from pick up and it being the last one, I would have to wait for it to be stocked back to the shelf, order it online, then wait for my pick up notification. It was just a stupid process. I just paid the extra $20 to get away from the ignorance of this store. I just imagined it taking forever to get restocked in the glass case after I buy it and whoever shopping for it saying it was sold out, when really it was waiting to be restocked 2 weeks later. Lazy and rude... everyone I talked with there...

Staff have been extremely helpful, amiable, made eye contact, and quick to respond to my questions.Shelves are disorganized, product on carts haphazardly in the way, product missing, and the sound level within the store is loud and grating.Parking is poor, but the lot is kept clean. Floors and shelves are clean and the store is well-lit and a comfortable temperature.Location is poor. Store is at the back of a development requiring lots turns, stop signs and passing many other stores.Prices are highly competitive, particularly if you purchase online and pick-up at the store or choose delivery.

It wasn’t busy but the store was a bit messy. Most items I went for were in stock.They still have quite a few self checkouts (if that’s your thing) and few cashiers open.I was visiting here from out of country and apparently they were “out of bags”. Luckily I did have a couple of reusable ones in my vehicle. When I’m travelling I usually empty my car to make room for my shopping.The cashier I had was not very friendly either.

Great place to stock up for a week at the falls. Plenty of parking. RV friendly. Clean store. Clean bathrooms. They had everything we needed. Self checkout or normal check out

The store did not seem too busy today (about 11 a.m.), though the parking lot seemed full. Went in to pick up a few items. Noticed there are a lot of "seasoned" workers. Very helpful and friendly. Did not notice any of them on their cell phones either. Workers were stocking shelves. I went to the store to only purchase food items. I usually use Walmart+ home delivery.

Great store, we come from Canada twice a week and always make a pit stop here for groceries (Milk, chocolate milk, eggs, cheese, etc). Today we decided since we come over so often that we should get a USA phone and plan, enter Chuck. He was working tonight in electronics (Jan/24/2024) this man went out of his way to ensure we had the best visit possible to the store and a smooth hassle-free shopping experience, we took him up on his recommendations of AT&T and he got us set up with an awesome phone.Thank you, Chuck, keep on rocking in the free world.

Could be a lil bit more organized, but over all, good place to shop and has everything I need. Customer service at self check out needs some work because every time I check out, they go thru people's carts and tells the customers to scan everything, even thou I do. I can't say the same for everybody else. I just hate the feeling of being watched like I'm a thief.

I haven't experienced any problems when I go to this Walmart. I get my shopping done and I'm usually in and out the service is fine, and the worker's are helpful when necessary.

I am usually in and out within a half hour tops! I am not going to say a whole lot because I just don't really feel like re-living the nightmare but during the time I was in the store, my car was hit in the parking lot and they told me that their cameras won't be able to see what happened before they even tried. This led me to believe that this happened before and they did nothing to make sure it didn't happen again like I don't know, maybe upgrade the cameras OR maybe they want to keep them with low quality so if a cart blows in the wind and hits a car they can escape lawsuits. Anyway. Not happy! Needless to say nothing was done about the damage to my car and the person got away

when so many of the things you shop for are in locked cabinets, it makes shopping tedious.I needed new socks, guess what. mens socks are kept locked up just like electronics!! really!!so I'm not going to search for an employee just to wait for them to call another employee just to wait for that employee to show up so I can get socks. I bought socks in hamburg walmart when I was un hamburg.I also couldn't find the deodorant. it is also probably locked up and I don't even look in the locked cabinets anymore. there are more lock cabinets in this walmart than I have ever seen in a store......ever!I'm sure I'm not the only one this discourages from buying things at this store.

Very big Walmart Supercenter. I was able to find my favorite clothing at a great price, My family was able to purchase warm clothes for our trip since we were not prepared for the cold weather and they had a great selection of food. It is a great location to purchase clothes, food, or a carry-on suitcase for those vacationing in the area.

Not the cleanest store I've been in. And they always running out of stuff and it seems it never fully stocked. I usually go to Target but I went this time for the first time since covid and nothing changed. Some stuff is more expensive than Target.

Displays were surprisingly tidy, lots of staff available, and short lines at the checkouts, all despite being only 3 Saturdays left before Xmas.The clowns running Walmart in Canada should visit this one in the Falls to learn how it's done!!!

Adam in customer service coped an attitude with me, condesending, confrontational, entitled, because I asked about a pickup order that was ready. he literally picked a fight with me infront of his manager and was told to leave. he should be reassigned to the warehouse away from ppl or fired. after multiple problems w walmart I closed my accounts, I will not go back!! Its amazon from now on.. I was given a $15 credit for another issue... im still not going back!@

Store is filthy, and always out of stock. Whoever is in charge of purchasing and making sure the items that outsell are replenished isn't doing a good job. Avoid this store at all costs.

The food section is ALWAYS low or out of stock of a lot of items. It isn't a one off either, it's always. They also frequently have a single cashier (or not enough) for the entire store and expect you to wait at least half an hour to check out. Last time I left my cart. I'm shopping elsewhere. Have been disappointed too many times.
