The one the worst store I ever visited. The guy Matt kept on following me and looking at me. I understand that it’s hard to know who gonna steal and whose not but, as an employee you can’t harass someone by keep on following them in ever aisle they went too. I didn’t liked this experience one bit. After few minutes all other employees started roaming around me. I came from canada and i never felt anything like this before in my country. The basic job of an employee is to give customers an excellent service not to make them feel like a thief. In my life i’m never going there. And I recommend everyone to stop going there.Thank you.

This is one of my fav pharmacies. After just 3 visits, they remembered my name and even recognized me in the drive thru. Any issue with my prescriptions or refills, they take care of it right away with a smile. Keep up the great work and I hope you train more Walgreens pharmacy staff!

I hate how this Walgreens is managed. My fiance who was a shift lead quit due to poor management. The place CONSTANTLY has crazy people from downtown coming here and stealing stuff, I worried about my fiance's safety. If people are crazy enough to steal stuff, who knows if they'd be armed or hurt the employees. Nothing is being done. It needs a security guard or something, or more expensive/sought-after items locked up. No panic button under the counter or anything... Makes no sense. Walgreens has become a meme, if you look on Twitter people are always saying how items are locked up, or people recording themselves stealing stuff. Always under staffed at night, it would just be my fiance and one cashier (sometimes just him if the cashier needed a break). Management doesn't take into consideration that we get thousands of tourists from other States, and Canada.. so why do they only have 1 cashier on a weekend? Honestly, I'm glad he quit. It was worth is mental health and safety.

I had an outstanding experience at Walgreens on March 14th, 2023, when I visited to purchase products for my spouse.Amanda, an employee at Walgreens, possesses exceptional customer service skills that went beyond the scope of her duties. Not a friendly staff. Like they are I their own little world. I stood in on spot for 10 minutes and no one came up to help. Did not find what I needed so I walked out.

I am a couponer. The employees and the manager don’t know how’s the coupon policy at Walgreens. Yesterday I was bought two bounty. But the $6 register rewards didn’t print out. The cashier said because I was used the $8 digital coupon so I couldn’t get the $6 register rewards. I was thinking that’s not make sense. She’s attitude really really bad. And the Walgreens employee included the manager thinks that I am a lier all the time!! Crazy! I had bad experience at that Walgreens every time. Finally I called to the customer service and complained!! Last time the manager doesn’t want me to use that paper booster spend 40 get 9. She said because I was using the digital manufacturer coupon. Finally she scanned and it worked and I earned 9 cash rewards. She’s unhappy because I am so happy that I earned the points. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She’s crazy and makes crazy!!! 😑 And the man that one of the Walgreens employee. Because sometimes Walgreens online product is cheaper than store. So I sometimes I like to order online. The man attitude was really really bad. And just said that let’s make it easier something. You know what. I want to make easier. But your company doesn’t let me make easier!! I go to shopping and need to concern you are tired or not? You are busy or not? Oh. You’re tired so I should spend more money purchase in store. Am I crazy?! All employees are a mean guy at this Walgreens. They look like come from another planet. Horrible!!!!! Worst manager worst employees.

This pharmacy is terrible. Every time I have to refill my medication they fill it with the wrong thing. I'm tired of fighting for the right medication. Today on my last refill an employee refused to help me so I'm now going to have to call my doctor for a new prescription, which I will be sending to Rite Aid.

The manager of the pharmacy gives the worst customer service I've ever received. I'm retired on Medicare in had a prescription for a 30 day supply for my insulin and they wanted to give me and charge me for a 35 day supply because there was a little extra insulin in the vial instead of just giving it to me without the added copay Walgreens is a rip off when it comes to prescriptions I would advise anybody to go to Sam's Club instead and you do not need to be a member in order to use their Pharmacy. This place is 0 help if you ever have any trouble making a photo album. Not sure if there employees don’t care or if they don’t know but I was there 2 different times trying to make my wedding photo album and their employees cold not answer the simplest questions. Amanda tried to help but the other employee could not be bothered to help the only people in the store. Very disappointing

The WORST. An employee literally told us they didn't have time to deal with our packages and to take them across the street to office max. Then they proceeded to stand their on their phone. We were regularly at this location buying stuff but not anymore. This employee should be fired.

made me sit around for half an hour after telling me they had my prescriptions and that they would be ready shortly, only for them to tell me that I need to go to a walgreens on the complete other side of town in an hour after wasting my time. An absolute joke
