The end of a horrible day! My card was declined! Was at my wits end. The cashier and her supervisor were so kind and shut down her line so I could call my bank. Was just a glitch. I was so embarrassed, and my anxiety was through the roof! They were sweet and patient. Never once acted like I was just trouble, oranything. Wish I'd have gotten thier names. They deserve recognition! Great prices, variety, and caring employees. 👌

Other than the amount I spend we love this place lol. We missed the samples though so my son says we have to go back next weeked! Was a bit weird today that they had a lady stopping you as you go in demanding to see your members card. Must be something new, but I don't see where it is needed and the lady was kinda off-putting when she said it. You need to be a member, doesn't everyone know this? If not maybe there is a better way to go about it.

We come from Canada once every few weeks, prices are more for most products when you do the exchange compared to Costco in Canada. We go mainly for gas, chicken (fresh or frozen chicken fingers), they are much cheaper than Canada. We also buy beer and coolers as well, plus other items we find. They have some amazing desserts, the individual cheesecakes are amazing and a great price at $18 for 6. They had great deals on electric scooters the last time we went, looked like they were clearing them out, they had a Segway for under $200. We bought a membership on Groupon but it was a pain to setup on the app because it needed an American address and credit card, in the store they sorted it out. And don’t forget the food court, it’s the cheapest food you can buy, not great but not bad for the money, pizza with a drink for under $3, big sundaes for under $2, the kids love coming here for the food.

If you use the cafe be aware some of their employees DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES! I WITNESSED an employee go from making pizza to trying to hand me a receipt with the same gloves! I didn't even place an order and she was trying to hand me the customer in front of me the receipt. You can't use the register, touch your face/hair then prepare food with the SAME gloves! This defeats the purpose of GLOVES. No one cared when I complained either! I'm sure the health department will though. Futhermore you need to show your membership card even if you tell their EMPLOYEES you need a replacement card! A simple "Please head to customer service" would do instead of repeating the card you do not have NEEDS to be seen. You can't purchase anything outside the cafe without it anyways. I can't believe I pay to shop here. My faith in humanity is completely lost. Also there a gas station with a deep discounted yet questionable quality of gas for your convenience.

We're Canadian and unfortunately lost Sam's many many years ago. When visiting the area we like to come and visit and would do so via our neighbour. Unfortunately her membership expired.We called the warehouse and was told Canadians are able to hold membership there. We visited and was served right away at customer service. It was pretty painless and the cost was $54 US which translated to about $75 CND with the exchange at the time.The warehouse was nice and clean, staff helpful. There were some truly awesome deals even when converted into Canadian funds it was cheaper here. They also sHave some pretty interesting selections on foods that we don't have and the temptation to grab everything and throw in your cart is there...lolThe Cafe is pretty basic, nothing overly exciting. They serve hotdogs, pizza, pop, slushies, ice cream, sundaes, pretzels, pizza covered pretzels and churro.I love the fact that the memberships don't have pictures, and that you are able to use the self serve with relative ease. The system of having an empty cart at the end to transfer your items after scanning is absolutely 💯 genius!!! Simply replace the full cart with your now empty cart. Love that!Upon leaving the staff check your receipt and mark it. This is exactly the process with costco. Upon reading the reviews and seeing the plethora of folks complaining to the latter I thought it was a different process.We had no issues as we are already accustomed to the practice. The staff at the door are simply doing their jobs and shouldn't be given a hard time for it.Overall, a good trip and now that we have our own membership we will be back more often.

I bought a $500 dollars sams club gift card in this store for my online christmas shopping and it wasnt usable. I went back to the store and showed my receipt. They checked my acct and saw that the giftcard has been closed, the lady who was helping me said she cant refund me and gave me a number to call instead. I called the number and giftcard assistant on the phone said they can only help me if i bought the card online, she said the giftcard has been frozen by the sams club, She adviced me to go back to the store where i bought the card. I talked to a supervisor of the store and he said giftcards arent refundable and they cant give me a credit either. He said its unfortunate that this can happen to the giftcards.I am sharing this experience so no other costumer can have this problem again.

Don’t bother getting tires from this place cause they won’t abide by the warranty on the tires. They have every excuse to not cover it. 7 month old tires and already have to get new ones. This place is a joke!!!

They copy/pasted the layout of your average Costco and did a pretty okay job.Store was clean, shelves were stocked, and staff were about as present as a Costco (if a bit less happy-looking). Can't really ask for more than that.

I understand you are trying to control thieves, but they need to find a much better way than harassing their PAYING customers! Keeping you in a line to exit the store isn't exactly a great way to treat customers. And then to have the person at the door tell you "oh well" is the most pathetic customer service. I won't be renewing my membership to a place that makes me feel like a criminal every time I go there.I love the generic response to every negative review.. you don't do anything about the problems that your customers bring to you.UPDATENow we're getting carded to walk in?!? The prices are competitive and the sales are excellent. Even buying in bulk you save more on the unit price than other local stores. I enjoy the seasonal supplies, and if i need something that is not in-store, i can always order online and have it delivered. The scan and go is convenient and allows me to have limited contact with people and items.

Negative experiences at the food court is the reason to write a negative review about this club.Sam's Club is now charging extra if you want to order veggie pizza. Why? Because now they have to "put the veggie toppings on the pizza." That's the explanation from management. How do you explain the meat toppings on the pizza? They magically appear on the pizza so they don't have to charge extra for that. One manager, other than the original manager I complained to, acting high and almighty saying "they can't get away with that, next time they have to pay extra for the veggie toppings." This guy understands logic very well (sarcasm). If the entire time Sam's Club sold veggie pizza at the same price as cheese or meat pizza, why is it more expensive now? Are the toppings suddenly absurdly expensive? Why not charge extra for meat topping pizza that requires the same labor? It's clear discrimination against people who are vegetarians and people of different religious background. No, they shouldn't be forced to eat cheese pizza only if a veggie option is there. Either charge extra for all pizzas with toppings or don't charge extra.Another problem is that the food court is always understaffed. Not enough help, so the service is always slow. Management ignoring this issue for years.The food court starts closing more than a hour before scheduled closing time. The result is not able to order because the item isn't there or the staff refuses to make it.

Why do they ask to see membership card on way in? Hello, need one to shop. Haven't got enough jobs for the people on the floor?I only go in 3-4 times per year. First time ever in store, upon exiting, they broke my phone, but replaced glass and gifted me a card to make up for it.Needless to say, going in or out is annoying in ways, aggressive people or them needing something to do?Restaurant often without pizza. Restaurant workers are fabulous, just have to work without supplies sometimes.

I love sam's club but their constant changing of stock is a little bit frustrating. Sometimes they have my coffee some times they just stopped carrying it. Happens a lot. Everything else is good though. Nice staff,clean aisles and plenty of things to choose from in bulk.

If I could give zero star for Sam's Club I would, specially for the one in Niagara falls ,what the Heck is with this people at the door making long lines asking customers to show their membership cards,first of all there's no Name on the freaking cards,second, I'm unable to buy anything in the store if I don't have a membership card because I need before I even pay for my purchases 🙄 I'm getting really tired of this🤬 over there it's so freaking annoying,I'm about to cancel my membership so tired of it,and done with Sam's club,there's other places you can get cheaper gas ⛽ somewhere else,just so you know Sam's Club

This store is standard Sam’s club. Just average. But the one star review here is related to the tire shop. The staff in the shop are lazy and would rather turn you away than do the job. I have been refused both a battery and tires for two cars. That is all three times I came to Sam’s for the tire shop.

Everyone at the Niagara Falls Sams club pharmacy consistently does a phenomenal job. The entire staff can tell when customers are having difficulty or are stressed when not feeling well and they all work synergistically to help make things as seamless and stress free as possible. I'm trying to find out if Sam's Club Niagara falls has grocery delivery to North Tonawanda. I can not find the answer. There is a form that keeps asking me to type in my full address. I have done that. I don't know what more it wants me to enter. I need grocery delivery to make the club membership price worthwhile. Otherwise I'll stick with Walmart but I and sick and tired of Walmart ripping me off with products delivered from China, need I say more.

Great store for bulk food and supplies. They also have a good selection of seasonal items of good quality. There's a membership fee but it more than pays for itself after just a few trips of shopping there.
