Clearly the pharmacy does not need a phone because they never answer it. I called for hours and even days. It just rings and rings. When you do get someone, they act as if you are bothersome. I had to call Corporate and have a Regional Manager call me so that I could get a call from the Pharmacy Manager. After telling her of the difficulty that I have getting in touch with the store because they do not answer the phone, she told me they were understaffed. When I said that my place is also understaffed and that is not an excuse because we get our job done, she said "You people are why my staff quits." I am not sure what kind of derogatory, condescending individuals they are employing but I am pretty sure that if she will talk to a customer that way she is mean to her staff. That is most logical deduction. Moving my scripts to Buffalo Ave. They are nice.

Getting worse by the day. I’m diabetic and they couldn’t get my medication in so I tried to call to see if the meds came in and they kept kicking me to the main screen. They could have called and told me when I called to renew the script days prior that they couldn’t get it in and now I’m going on 3 days without my meds and going out of town on business for the week. Prescriptions are seldom not ready or they say the doctor never called it in when the doctor shows me when they send it because rite aid don’t admit their mistakes. The pharmacist are miserable all the time and when they do have to get involved or talk to them they act like your annoying them. My family and I are starting to look elsewhere. What a shame

My Sister goes to the Rite Aid on Military Road in Niagara Falls. Her Heart Doctor sent 4 Scripts to the Pharmacy 3 days ago. She went to pick them up the following day, she got there and they only gave her 2 of her Heart Medication. I went up to work on her Bank book and help her with other things so I called Rite Aide and I asked them why only 2 was given to her. I was told because they didn’t think she could afford the other 2 Copayments. My sister pays with her Credit card. I told them to fill the rest of her order and they told me that it would be ready the following day by 3 pm. I called tHem around 2 pm that day, why does it take u till 3 pm the next before she can get them? & What gives them the right to withhold her heart Medication? Now she’s been without her Heart medication for 2 full days, if she goes into Defib I’m gonna go knocking on their Door for an answer. Today I called Corporate Office Complaint Department. I’m very eager to find out what if anything will come from this. Not to mention getting the Pharmacy on the phone is near to impossible. Personally if I could give a rating of 0 I would. Thank god my Rite Aid pharmacy gives me no problems….

I havent had issues with the staff at all. My 2 most recent visits, I've dealt with a younger gentleman in the pharmacy, he was very pleasant and apologetic about the wait. I honestly didn't mind waiting, didn't have anywhere else to go that day. My concern comes with the completion of filling a script. If a patient gets an order for a liquid medication, it is the pharmacies responsibility to provide a measuring instrument to ensure proper dosing. Having ppl figure it out at home is a great way to cause accidental overdose.

I never really have a good experience here. The one Time the manager/cashier was rude with me when I was cashing out and trying to use a coupon and also didn’t give me the sale price on the couple items I purchased. She was probably mad because I stopped her from texting. Today I had a bad experience with the pharmacy. Like I get that they were busy but I had been there before and they had my insurance information and wouldn’t administer my shots that I made an appointment for. She wanted me to reschedule but I wouldn’t have a my new insurance card in time for when I need my vaccinations by. She literally rolled her eyes at me multiple times and was annoyed I wouldn’t reschedule. The only help I got was from a customer there that gave me an alternative to get the couple that I needed. Since I needed 4. Which I guess was a big deal to the pharmacist. If this place wasn’t the closest pharmacy I wouldn’t step foot in here for anything. I get my scripts filled at CVS which i haven’t had a problem with. Only reason I didn’t get shots there was because they didn’t have the 2 others I needed. Oh well. Proceed with caution with this location. I know multiple people that won’t go here because they’re rude.

Worst pharmacy hands down every single it's the same thing no one ever answers the phone ever even if you call a thousand times back to back and if they do answer which may be one out of 5000 times the pharmacist will be very rude to you not helpful at all your prescription is never ready on time or even hours after when it was scheduled to be picked up I have the app so I schedule my pickup for a certain time and unless I submit it on the app 34 sometimes five times it's still won't be filled until I call talk to somebody which takes hours for them to tell me they're doing it now and it'll be ready in an hour or two unbelievable how do businesses operate like this

People are great but the parking lot gets one star! I think I’ll have to find another pharmacy cause the drive thru lot has huge craters! How about filling these holes in so we don’t ruin our cars!

Both kids super sick need their antibiotic. Went to pick it up after their appt 7:00. It’s closed says open till 9!Get here at 830 the next morning. To pick up the scripts. She tells me half hour. It does not take a half hour to mix up solution. They do it normally in two seconds when I wait! Was rude about it. I’m sorry a customer walking up to the counter should not have to wait for “other” scripts to be filled! Terrible customer service!! They are all standing around as I wait! Absolutely terrible!

Teresa at the military site is rude ignorant when you talk to her she always tells me that they never have my meds in stock or my kids she says she will look into and call me back never does I can't ever get my meds on time nor my kids and when she says she will call doctor she never does I always have to call my own doctors and then find out she never called thos lady should not work here anymore I. Ask to speak to her supervisor and she tells me she is her own supervisor again have been calling pharmacy all day and not one person has answered when my husband went to pick up my meds they were rude to him as they said that the doctor that wrote it could not as like that was his fault they said there were going to call my doctor they did not I did the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and i can't ever get my inhaler as they don't have it in stock ever so i have to go to my pulmonary doctor abd ask for a sample till i can get it and i I've heard to employees say that they have expired food and over the counter med still on the shelves this pharmacy team needs to be retrained in how to treat people

Older dark haired female manager is absolutely rude. Not friendly and cold, on her phone in front of customers not paying attention, overall not a good experience with this woman when I’ve cashed out. However, I’ve never had any negative experiences with the other managers or employees. Shame.

Omg this place is getting to be ridiculous now. You can tell when the guy that was in charge isn't working because the phone's are not being answered. There is a long wait in drive thru or they can't find your scripts etc. Called in 3 scripts 5 days ago got 2 of them and still waiting on my 3rd one that they had to order and still haven't gotten it. I couldn't take my med this morning. I been calling all morning and still no answer. Wth is going on with this place! Time for new workers .

The lady working the pharmacy, I believe her name is Karen, she has brown hair, and glasses, is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered here! A few months ago I went inside to pick up my prescription thinking it would be quicker. There was a big line and this particular employee was standing at the counter telling one of the customers that she was cashing out how much she hates her job because she’s getting too many hours, that they refuse to hire anyone, and just complaining for about 5-7 minutes in front of everyone in line. Today, she was extremely rude while working the Drive Thru area, giving me a dirty look as soon as I pulled up. She complained to me that she couldn’t hear me because my car was running.. which my car is quiet and I have never had a problem before. She had such a negative attitude, and she really just didn’t want to be there or deal with me, for what reason, couldn’t tell you? But I’m starting to really dislike this particular rite aid because of this.

I use this location for their Amazon delivery. If I have packages delivered to campus they take over a week, even if Prime. If using this location, even though it's minutes away, it's 2 days at the most. Each time I've used it I've encountered the same guy, I'm bad at descriptions, but both times it was a weekday afternoon maybe between 2-4. Dark haired. He is extremely nice and made the process simple for someone who hates technology. Would love to reach out to corporate at some point and let them know! More stores need people like this to represent them!
