Apparently three hours isn't enough time to fill a prescription, the pharmacy is a joke, lucky to have 2.5 stars, obviously I'm far from the only person to have had terrible service from rude staff, went in the next day after the pharmacy has been open for two hours and my prescription still isn't filled. This pharmacy should be shut down, it is a joke.

After searching for a product for 5 minutes in the otherwise empty store, I asked the cashier where I might find it. She pointed and guessed at an aisle I'd just come from then wandered outside to stroll around. Pharmacist couldn't help me so I left and went to another Rite Aid where I was told the product had been discontinued.

Great experience at this Rite Aid location.I’m from Canada but see an ENT in Buffalo occasionally. I came here to fill my allergy spray script. When I arrived, I was seen immediately and the tall gentleman helping me took all my information promptly and asked me to wait.Not even 15 minutes later, I was called to pay and I was on my way.Interestingly, I started at the Walgreens location across the street where first the apathetic woman working there complained she couldn’t read the script and then refused to fill it because “it didn’t specify quantity”. The product is prepackaged and literally comes in one size.No such issues at Rite Aid. Thank you!

Don’t even bother with this pharmacy. I have been going here for about 2 years every month. I think one time they actually had my prescription. They are ALWAYS out of the medication you need and the pharmacists are rude and straight up ignorant. They never answer the phone. The “techs” however, the ones that actually work, are great, all the ones I’ve run into. Time to fix your pharmacy rite aid because it’s a mess.Edit: This store has COMPLETELY made a 180 on its staff. It seems they have a whole new staff and they have been great. They answer the phones, the help you and they are very nice. Huge turnaround and I commend this change.

Often I deal with the drive thru being closed. So I drove past the window, saw it was open and got in line. 2 cars ahead of me were helped, when I get to the window the closed sign is up. The lady came to tell me it was closed and despite me telling her it was open when I got in line she wouldn't help me. There were 6 other cars also in line and all got turned away. It wouldn't be the worst if this didn't happen the 3 previous times I've gone as well. Maybe learn to check the line before closing the drive thru. What makes it worse was there was 3-4 workers on so I don't believe it was a staffing issue

Had a prescription sent to them and said nothing was received. Had my doctor send another script and it needed to be ordered which I was ok with. Went to pick it up the following week and it wasn’t ready so I asked when it will be available and told me a few days. Another week goes by and still not ready! Their answer was “well we’ve been busy” for two weeks?? I had another pharmacy transfer the script over and ready in 15 minutes!! It’s always an issue with this pharmacy! I’ll never use them again at this location

Arrived to get my shots only to find the person behind the counter totally lost like it was his first day stood in line for approximately 10 minutes and also listened to a pharmacist with a terrible attitude. Time to find a new pharmacy

This Rite Aid is always staffed with extremely helpful associates. The store is clean, well-stocked, and offers adorable items for holidays with exceptional markdowns. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service… never have the prescriptions ready…. call them several times get a different answer each time!Tried to explain myself…. was told to call around to different pharmacies to get this medication…. And was told they didn’t have time for me and hung up… lousy customer service in the pharmacy

I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 months now and my prescription has never once been ready when I arrived. I even give the pharmacy 3-4 days after my doctor calls in my medication and it has still never been ready. Super frustrating and inconvenient. 2 stars because the pharmacy staff is always kind and wonderful, but the service itself is terrible.

If I could do no stars I would! I switched my scripts after a CVS branch closed & moved to Lewiston. Every single month I've had issues ( multiple) every month with refills. This month was the final straw for 3 days I've tried ordering my diabetic supplies said no refill which the btl from last month had 5 more my Dr called in my pramapexall yesterday, now anyone who has restless leg ( & arms!) knows it's a med you don't want to be without the frustrated guy says your script is being processed ( yes told him name of script) give us about half hr. ok waited in my car at 35 min went in Sat inside another 42 min they call me up my diabetes med wasn't with it ( add I had been calling since 9:00 AM & no answer 7 x!!)wait 15 min AGAIN take my little bag & come home to eat dinner at 8 pm! So imagine when I went to take my meds & it was 3 scripts not due for refill until 12/30 !! No restless leg med! I truly hope they're up ALL night pacing the floors! I'll be switching yet again because of pure incompetance .....UPDATEit's the following day my Dr called with me listening & the pharmacist ( not the same as last night) she proceeded to say the script was there the pharmacy was out & it would be in today, it's now 3:00 no word not showing up on refill website it's ready & shocking been trying to call since 1:00 when pharmacist told my Dr it would be there but as always no answer!FINALLY got 4 days worth but the difference is the girl who cash me out Janelle(?) was exactly what customer service means! Dear Owner, that girl is THE NICEST, HELPFUL, SWEET & IDEAL EMPLOYEE! The gentleman behind me was also having trouble for days & he agreed- she deserves a raise!!!!

Most incompetent people I have ever dealt with! The blonde is the worst! I'd she don't like her job I have about 20 other pharm techs that are way more competent then these people. That pharmacy is why people don't like that store as a whole!

I have been going to this location for my medications for several years, I was contacted by one of the pharmacists a few weeks ago asking if I was interested in a CGM. I indicated that I was and was told that they would send a request to my doctors office. After two weeks of going back and forth my doctors office indicated they never received the request from the pharmacy. When I went in today the cashier was very nice and was taking down my request to my doctors office contacted when the pharmacist interjected. He was quick to dismiss my concerns and called me a liar on everything. I tried to clear up the order of events and the cashier attempted to help when he dismissed both of us and put everything back onto me. I will be choosing another local pharmacy as Rite Aid no longer holds my health or wellness as important.

The pharmacy hours are incorrect for this location. Online and outside the door it states 8am to 9pm for the pharmacy. I was informed that my prescription was filled but when attempting to pick up my script I was told by the cashier upfront that they were closed. The individual proceeded to mention that “they have closed the pharmacy early at 8pm for months now.” Please update your hours on your website for this location. It has been quite the hassle with this location and I will be looking elsewhere in the area for my monthly script. After reading the comments I’m not confident this is a reliable pharmacy.

The rite aid on Niagara falls Blvd is worst pharmacy I ever dealt with their not friendly their not helpful. They have workers you can't understand my opinion is that they don't know what they are doing. It says you can walk in and get your booster they tell me I have to make a appointment I said I'm trying to the girl said she didn't know what to say.

I called the pharmacy yesterday around 1 pm to get my prescription filled. The operator said it's going to be ready at 6 pm yesterday. I called around 11 am today, and the pharmacist told me it's not ready yet. It will be ready in a half an hour. This happened to me in the past.

Horrible experience. Was visiting Niagara Falls from out of town and every interaction I had with them was horrible from my first phone call asking for information to the three trips I had to make there after their rite aid thermometers weren't working. From when I went back the next day and they closed early and the store manager looked me in the face when I tried raising my hand and shut the metal door down right in my face.

If you are looking for a pharmacy, keep looking. Distance and convenience with the drive thru has kept me here too long after multiple screw ups. I have never had as many problems with Rite Aid pharmacies than I have had in the past two years with this one. Multiple mess ups and incompetence, very disappointed and this last mess up was the last straw. Go elsewhere! Many people I have talked to have had issues with this place.

This was my first and last visit to this Rite Aid. We are in from out of town for surgery and they did not have one item in stock. They handed me the meds and I had to ask for a pharmacist to explain the med that wasn't in and if it would be ok to go without two doses or if I should drive somewhere else to look for it. The pharmacist was not even a little helpful, barely answering any questions. Instead of trying, she walked away. Very disappointed, Walmart definitely has a better pharmacy.If I could give zero stars, I certainly would.

My very first experience with the pharmacy at this location was complete satisfaction, especially after several awful experiences at the pharmacy downtown. Staff were pleasant and I was greeted as soon as I entered.

Racist and prejudice. They stereotyped me. I walked in at 9:50pm tonight with my back pack on because I had just left the planet fitness next door. I walked to the back to look at water floss systems. Chose a 70$ one went to cash out at 10:02 pm. On my way to the register security was starring at me and so was another male associate. The cashier told me she couldn’t cash me out because the till was closed... no one advised me the store was closing I heard no announcements and they even locked the door. The male associate saw me walk in and so did the female cashier... they knew I was in the store but assumed I was there to steal. Why else would they lock the store knowing I was in there ?! You guys gotta do better than that. Never returning to this rite Aid again. If you’re a minority avoid this place. They’ll treat you differently. That would never happen to a white customer

The pharmacist are beyond rude and unprofessional, if you are looking for a new pharmacy to send your prescriptions please choose somewhere else. There is only one pharmacist in this whole building if you catch her on a good day who actually does her job correctly and is sweet and kind other than that they are very unprofessional ignorant I need to find a job that they actually like.

Terrible Pharmacy service, they had my prescription yesterday, called early this morning 9am, told me it would be ready 11am, went there was told it was almost ready 10 minutes more, what the Hell is going on with Rite Aid , they “SUCK”!!!

Prescriptions are never ready and sometimes take 3 days to get filled. Not like I went to an URGENT care or an EMERGENCY room facility, sure no problem I can wait a couple days for my meds🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

This is the 3rd time in a year my child need a medication and they said they didn't receive the script and they did not have the medication Subsequently they Called another pharmacy that had the medication we went to pick it up but they never sent the script so we're here waiting again
