I order from the website and received exactly what I ordered. It took about 6 days to get it once the order had been shipped. I did not pay for the upgraded shipping, per comments from other reviewer's, as it seems like the upgraded shipping is where most of the complaints occurred. Will order from this website again. I think the trick is to order it ahead of time if possible.

Buyer beware. I placed an order for medication and did not receive it. I contacted “customer service” AKA the dreaded Jim mentioned in all the other reviews, and was treated with hostility and instead of helping, they placed me on “do not deliver” and kept my money. Do NOT buy medications here because there is a good chance you won’t receive them, but they still fight your credit card refutes when you don’t get your products.Your company stole money from me and cost me my dog’s medication. How you’re in business with so many people having the same issue, I do not know.

I found this website online, since i needed some anti inflammatory and heartgard meds for my 2 dogs. The Vet wanted me to go to the clinic and rank up charges on different things before any prescription refills of the meds that had been prescribe before. Pet pharma is awesome! The medicines arrived exactly as ordered and within a week and NO prescription needed.

Don't get the expedited delivery, it's a waste of $10, it's takes about the same amount of time as regular shipping. Otherwise, my order is satisfactory. It came too late for our pet unfortunately.

Some of the reviews and web trust sites had me a little sketched out, but communication was quick via email & I did receive what I ordered in a timely manner. Not sure what exactly happened to the people saying they got scammed but I can confirm they exist, sent me my medication without issue, and the medication was not expired or near expiration. I also did opt for the cheapest shipping option as recommended by some others, so can't speak on if the seller actually utilizes faster shipping when paid for.

Jim from Pet Pharm Canada is a fraud. I placed an order and he sent nothing. So I canceled the order. Once I complained he created a shipping label. Then canceled the label. I have yet to get a refund. Buyer beware! You’re better off buying overseas! As I got nothing, I would assume this is a scam. Jim was caught in many lies… they do not answer the phones either. Good luck, I’m opening a dispute with my card, maybe I’ll stop in his “store” next time I’m in buffalo ny and see if it even exists… I only live 2 hours away.

So far zero issues, I will say that paying for faster service verses regular shipping isn’t really worth it. Sometimes you get it faster but usually it’s just the same amount of time as free. I paid for 2 day shipping this last time, placed the order yesterday because of an insistent husband. So maybe this time I’ll get it sooner but I doubt it. Idk, if it takes the same amount of time, I’ll just keep stocked on normal meds in advance not wait to run out. I have a kennel so I have to be prepared to treat a lot of dogs at the same time anytime something contagious runs through.

I purchased 2 products. Both ordered last May 21st. The first one came after 3 weeks (June 9th). I was promised to have the second product delivered later because of availability issues. It came June 28th. I gave 3 stars because I got all that I ordered and they reply to my inquiries. But only this much considering I have a sick dog and what I ordered were his medicines. // I ordered the second time around last July 23-2023. And it came in 3 days time. In the second time, I was able to confirm that my first order was just due to supplies issue. I was happy how I got what I ordered on time so I give them 4 stars.

I have placed 5 orders now over the past 9 months and all 5 were an excellent experience! Each order was shipped same day or the very next and all were received quickly. I always choose USPS first class mail so never tried the express which seems to be the major complaint for reviews here. The pills I've ordered seem legit. There are times you just can't wait to get your pet in to the vet for common issues. Having these medications on hand for those times is invaluable. I give PetPharmCanada 5 + stars.

They will rip you off for express shipping. Charge 30$ for two day shipping, just to put it in the mail with minimum shipping . Rather than an apology, some douchbag named Jim will insult your intelligence. DO NOT PAY FOR ANY KIND OF EXPRESS SHIPPING, THEY WILL DROP IT IN THE MAILBOX

Like others, I paid for Express shipping and my shipment was made with the cheaper Priority service. I wrote and asked for a refund of the difference, the response was incredulous. If they had even just offered me store credit they could have retained my business, but instead throw out hundreds in revenue to save $10 in shipping costs. Should tell you about the business ethics of this company.

I had no trouble with my order, they were very good to deal with. Shipping delays are rampant these days, don't take it out on the company. They shipped my order instantly. Took a little longer due to USPS handling. But I got what I needed for my cat and all is well.

BUYER BEWARE! This place stole over 500 dollars from me. Never sent the medication but claimed they did. Plus, after sending a nice inquiry about the order to their "customer service" I was sent a slew of incredibly rude and accusatory emails. I ended up having to send my credit card company after them. Not sure how these people sleep at night after stealing from someone who tried to buy medication for rescue foster animals out of her own pocket. Do not use this place. It's not worth the stress.

Too bad I can’t give NEGATIVE star rating. Beware. Beware. You will be scammed. Spoke to Jim on several occasions and now they are not answering the phone. I had two issues. First, I paid $30 for express and it was sent priority which is only $10 for shipping. Two, I was missing two medications from the order totaling $200 and he said “we do apologize I will send this out immediately, I will send you a new tracking number”. Hung up the phone 5 days later still waiting and now they don’t answer the phone. Pretty sure my number has been flagged

Some people say this Jim guy is rude, I went through the website and didnt personally speak to anyone named Jim. However, Jim should definitely get on here and defend himself because I have nothing to complain about. Will use again someday I'm sure

Great place to deal with. Ordered Saturday and paid for the expedited shipping for $10 extra, had the pet medication on Monday afternoon. Medicine is authentic and had a great expiration date. Had a great experience as I was reluctant given it was international.

I had the worst service. Was screamed at by the only person who seems to work there. It took 4 days to just do a label, not even received at post office. Zero customer service. If you need antibiotics, they should go out the next day. Everything seemed impossible. Got the pills the next day from elsewhere.

I have a cattery and there are some medications we just need to keep on hand, especially for weekends or holidays when our regular vets aren't open. Waiting for a busy ER to prescribe antibiotics can be an ordeal that lasts eight hours. All catteries from time to time will have situations like infectious wounds, mastitis and respiratory infections. We know from experience what antibiotics our cats need for these and we shouldn't have to go to an ER. If you don't know what you are doing, never go this route to save money. Only use this if you for sure know what your animal needs and you can be very patient for delivery as it takes time.This is a great place to buy animal medications without a prescription for people who know exactly what their animal needs.
