Got my two piggies from here, we planned on buying two but the lady mis informed us and said they are territorial and you should only get one. They also sold us a male Guinea Pig when it was under the female label.

This isn't a bad pet store, but I found it hard to find a complete supply of dog treats without walking around a lot. Plus, I loved the sticker someone put on the can of puppy food I bought. FYI, I asked Finn if he wanted to be Vegan, and he loudly said, "NO!".

I used the grooming service for my dog. It took about an hour because I got her teeth brushed and nails clipped. They texted me when she was ready so I could run other errands. I was very happy with the service. It was affordable and I would use the place again.

I shop at this petco all the time and have spent a ton of money. I won’t shop there anymore. I was looking at a gargoyle gecko there for a couple of weeks because it was on sale for 50% off, apparently when they have an animal too long they discount the price. I called on it a few times to ask questions and the last time I called I asked if I could put it on hold. I was told no that they can not hold animals(which I understood). I finally decided to purchase it and went in the next day. There was a sign on the enclosure that said, hold for Pao. I know the girl that works in small animals name is Pao. I was very upset because I was told they couldn’t hold it but apparently they did for an employee when a customer took an interest in it. I also know that after an animal is there for some time the employees get it for free. I asked to talk to the district manager and the phone number. They wouldn’t provide it. So I called corporate and was told the district manager would notify me, plus I had called another store to ask to talk to her as well and they also took my name and number. It’s been 2 weeks and the district manager still hasn’t called. I’m sure she won’t. Why do they have a policy in place for customers when they bend it for employees? And the lady that works here with the multicolored hair needs to be let go, she’s worked here for years and has been extremely rude to customers as long as I can remember

From Canada.. almost like a petsmart. Was very clean, and had the two items at a very good price. Even after the dollar exchange. The associates from this location went above what of I'm used to. They knew exactly what I was looking for and very eager to help. Gained a new loyal customer.

The store carries lots of items for your cat, dog, ferret, hampster or fish. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful answering any questions you may have. I would recommend this location to anyone who has loving pet(s).

Unfortunately, the customer service has gone completely downhill in this location. Even to the point we recently cancelled our membership subscription we were paying for extra perks. It seems like everyone is miserable there and no one wants to work when they are there. I went in over the weekend to purchase treats for my dog and they had signs everywhere about BOGO but certain things were sold out for instance the one package I wanted there was literally only ONE left, they would not let me mix or match with anything else because of it. But literally everything was BOGO so that does not make sense. She was very short, snippy and completely unpleasant but had no problem asking me to round up my change at the end of the transaction.

Brought our dog in to be bathed and groomed, she says, about 2 hrs...head home, get in the driveway and phone rings...he's apparently being bad and could I come get him? OK...Been coming to petco since they opened...NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WHATSOEVER WHEN WE SAW VIOLET!Guess we'll have to find her!

Good Staff. Clean Spacious. But Male Wild Sparrow trapped inside. Came in thru Automatic door. Staff thinks its no big deal to leave him in there cuz they r feeding him. Well what about reuniting it w its mate &offspring & Siblings. I tried to catch & release outside w no success.. They should get a net to catch and release it or call SPCA OF NIAGARA OR OF ERIE COUNTY to catch & it and release it !!!

Got everything we had the animal groomer their is always doing their best and once my car broke downs and the lady stayed with my dog till we got their and was willing to take her home with her to make sure we got the dog

Take your dog somewhere else to get groomed. Maria was very nasty. Also did not perform more than half of the grooming services that I paid for. Will not be coming back to this location

Violet is such a wonderful groomer and is so kind. I have a very anxious Pomeranian and she does such a wonderful job with him. He looks absolutely amazing every time I pick him up. I’ll never bring him to anyone else!

Always find what I'm looking for! Picked up a leash that has two leash connections for two dogs at the same time. Perfect for my two wonderful pups, way easier to control one leash than two. Will visit again for my pets needs.

This Petco, along with many other stores in NF seems low in stock and slightly run down. It seems in the past few times I've gone in for something specific I'm told to check back on 'truck day'.

Standard Pet Co. They had a lot of options for fish, but a lot of the reptile tanks were empty. It was a smaller store than I’m used to, but if you aren’t looking for anything unusual they should have it. They definitely need more staff, only one gal running the till and there were 5-6 people in line.

Friendly staff, good variety of products, decent prices & reward card, easy parking, allows pets to come in (of course), & I had dog's nails clipped ($10) & buffed ($5) for first time which went very well. Good advice from groomer on product to purchase for deshedding. She suggested "cheaper" product saving $40.

The groomer Violet is a racist with my Rottweiler and me(latin). She did not want to verify with my vet proof for rabies shot that she did have a vaccine record. I have 2 accounts with my vet, since the other dog passed away. She was racist and they laughed at my last name by misproducing it.

I went there for doggy diapers. They were easy to find. I also was looking for fall and winter outfits for my shih tzu but there was only a small selection of tee shirts. I was disappointed in that aspect of my visit.

I went to Petco in the Falls to buy myself a bird. When I arrived I ask 1 female for help they send me to the back. Without asking if I required any assistance. I went to check out the birds and walked up front to ask for assistance and the young girl was like she didn't know what I was talking about and I was speaking well english. So I walked back to the bird's area and was checking on Google for some information about the birds when a worker walked by and I asked her if she could help me. I was very surprised by all the information She provided me. With all the service she Provided. I decided to purchase the bird. At the moment I didn't know she was one of the managers. Until I arrived home and call back to the store to ask a question and was told, Joanna was the manager. I felt amazing that she took her time to help me and also Provide me with all the information about the bird. That's what I call the best customer service I ever received in any store! Plus the male manager took my items to my SUV. Great teamwork. If anyone is Searching for any pets or pet foods.I suggested that everyone visit Petco In The Falls. I gave them a 5 star because of the manager's teamwork, who took their time to Assist me!
