Prices of some items are really great. White masking tape pack of 2 was just 5.99. While the same you have to buy for $16 at other stores. Paint prices looks decent. Not sure about the quality. Great stock of books and good prices. Toys and kitchen items are there too.

I was there today and experienced the worst customer service. The store was a mess. I asked 2 employees where a particular item was and they told me "over there." I never found it. The check out experience was horrible. Only one cashier was open and I was completely ignored while she talked to 2 other employees. The other 2 were walking around the cashier area while eating and talking to each other LOUDLY with their mouths full of food. My cashier joined in on the conversation. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Waited at least a half an hour in line, because there was only one cashier and he seemed to be intentionally going as slow as he could. Store was filthy and miserable to be in. It's establishments like this that give Niagara Falls a bad name. Do better!!

Love the occasional discount coupons! Always an adventure to shop at Ollie's and find something new! Don't need a fancy store front With today's inflation, we appreciate a bargain instead ! Just one small word of advice, if it's a food product, make sure the expiration date meets your needs

One of my favorite places. Their stock is always revolving, so it feels like a new store every couple of weeks.The prices are great, and there is a lot to explore.It feels like a Walmart with T.J.Maxx energy.

I bought a shark Cross wave on sale for $99. It works great! Staff was friendly and helpful. They brought out the cleaner without being asked.

Store has some good finds, but it's disorganized and not very clean. Some items are priced well, others are a bit high. Def recommend checking the competitive prices before purchasing

Had never been in this Ollies before. While they had a large inventory, the prices were not a sharp as I expected. Use the washroom and it was very dirty and it was obviously it had not been attended to in long time.

Purchased totes that were on sale not knowing I wouldn't be able to use a shopping cart to bring them to my car. Being 75 yrs ago it was a struggle carrying then hence it was very windy that day. Pulled a muscle in my neck and suffering with pain. Never again will I shop there. Uncaring store.

The store is a bit disorganized. However, I had a really good experience with Mark, who I believe was the on duty manager. I was interested in a sale item that was not on the shelves. Mark took the time to find it in the back room even though the store was busy.

We live in a cold wet climate. They have poles on the shopping carts so you can't bring your items to your car. I tried to buy 2 shelving units weight approximately 100 lb each. There are not any flat bed carts to use. The cashier said I am not allowed to pull up to the front to load either. 🤣🤣🤣. I guess I will pay $20 more at Home Depot. At least this way I don't have to injure myself carrying items in the rain to my vehicle.

I usually love this place but my last trip there was awful. I was followed around the whole store by a worker who thought I was shoplifting. Just because I grab things that I know I can't afford and put them all back at the very end doesn't mean I intended on stealing them. I think everybody tends to grab a few more things then they really need. Stop profiling me

If you're looking for cheap items this is your spot, but it lacks cleanliness. There is a constant musty odor and the bathroom as below health code regulations disgusting. Items are everywhere with no rhyme or reason. People spray paint all over the floor to test the paint but it's profanity. They do have higher items on occasion you can find, but not an all-time favorite place I would recommend.
