I stopped by the store today around 2pm to pick up a few things on my way home with my child. The store was neat, clean and everything was fine….until I reached the register. Instead of asking me if I found everything okay, the cashier decided to immediately bombard me with his very racist opinions on people and guns. Even after paying for my things and proceeding to walk towards the door (clearly uncomfortable) he continued to talk. (Based on some of his views I’d be careful putting a weapon in his hands.😬)

This was one of the best looking stores I have ever gone into. When I say best looking, I mean, every item on every shelf was in order, every item was faced (labels were all facing me) as I went down each aisle, and the employees were very courteous and personable. The manager on duty when I was there has the perfect name; Angel, and she was true to her name. Thank you so much for the hard work and commitment you and your staff have put into this store, your store, our store. WELL DONE!, WELL DONE!, WELL DONE!

Im usually a fan of Family Dollar and love to use the app for online coupons. But last week when I shopped at FD, I spent $100 and the cashier stated they have no bags! I was furious because she could've told me when I walked in the store or put a note on the door "Out of bags"! The cashier stated that Corporate would not allow them to put a note on the door. I asked her for the stores garbage bags to put my items in. The experience was so piss poor I will never shop there again!

Heavily stocked Dollar Store. Can find many items. However, the employees are grumpy, and definitely not engaging their customers. Employees make the customer feel like they're doing them a favor by ringing up their items, and cashing them out so they could leave.

Terrible service. Not sure why staff is wearing plastic gloves. Must carry everything you purchase, not allowed to bring shopping cart outside.

Horrible. They need to get this store organized. There is no reason for a Family Dollar to be this dis organized. Where are the managers and what the heck are they paid for. I couldn't find my way around this store. Shut it down and get organized PLEASE
