I shop at the dollar store on portage Rd when I visit my aunt's the lady shelbie who cashier us was rude and ignorant to me and my children also seen her banging things around slamming them into the bags my stuff was broke had to go to a different store Shelby got in a an argument with a lady had to leave the store very bed experience also seen her yelling at a lady in a wheelchair I don't think I'm coming back and my family will not be either the words she used shouldn't be said in frontt of a 6 and 4 year old this is getting really hard hope something is done we spent at least $100 a week or more

It's alr, I go their like 1-2 a week. I don't go there to much because if they run out of something it's take a very long time for them to restock and most of the time they never have what I'm looking for, food wise.

As I'm walking in the store my nostrils get hit with an awful smell, my granny told me it smelt like weed inside the store, disgusting and then there's this one part of the store where it just smells musty 🤢 the employees were okay, it would have been better if they cleaned the store or picked up stuff off the floor. So gross. It's not dollar tree it's dollar and a quarter tree. Thank you

Great time. Kinda crowded but what do I expect for a holiday weekend. Wish more of the exhibits on the ships were open and available. I get it though with the social distancing and all. The volunteers were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely do again.

The light brown haired-heavyset lady running the store. Nice looking woman.But! She is very moody and unfriendly. She will make many customers feel unwanted in the store.

Great selection. However, staff member yelled at my friend and I for going to the only checkout line open because she “was closed”. Turns out she couldn’t close until someone was there to take over. Super rude for no reason.

This location on Portgage Rd in Niagara Falls NY is the worst! The store is always filthy! Staff will see a line backed up and will not open another register. Not all the staff is uncaring about their place of employment but what can they do. Change starts/happens at top. Because of the location TOP MANAGEMENT doesn't concern themselves with cleanliness, appearance, availability of products to its consumers. The carpet in that store looks like it's been there since the store opened in that location. Go to any other Dollar Tree in any mainly Caucasian neighborhood and see the difference in the atmosphere, the appearance, the cleanliness. Location shouldn't matter. All consumers regardless of location should feel like they matter as a human being NOT a $ sign. Some have no access to other cleanier Dollar Tree locations.

This Dollar Tree is conveniently located to my house. I frequently find some excellent bargains on brand name products & even organic products!!! The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is because it is difficult for them to keep up with supply & demand also they do not have as big of selection of products as other stores. The staff is helpful & courteous.

I always find a lot of good bargains there especially greeting cards. You can't go wrong getting all your cards here because they are very expensive otherwise. Things are now 1.25 but still it's worth the savings

There is a Dollar Tree less than a mile from my house, that is much cleaner than this one, but this Dollar Tree made me and always make me feel like a valued customer, and not like I'm someone to just take money from.

Management is cold particularly to non-minority customers (and management is female non-minority itself). Usually just one employee at cash register. But hey its only a dollar or less (prices)!PS One more thing. One time I was in this Dollar Tree nearly ready to buy something at the counter, getting out my change and the cashier took the person behind me! Then she went on to tell me how she has the perfect right to let anyone go ahead of a customer if the latter is stalling shortly to get out the money. Not a friendly thing to tell customers to say the least! I did not at like the sound of that and I let her know outright how wrong she was to say that (this lady was not the management).

Rude and unprofessional. They must hate life. Don't expect a warm welcome or friendly service at this location. Was lucky enough to be tendered by the supervisor today. Now I know where the shot attitude was learned from.

Not always clean. More often than not they are out of stock of many products. Rude staff except for one lady whom always seems to be hard at work (will have to pay attention to her nametag next time I go!!)

I really like Dollar Tree it provides opportunity for everyone to purchase items at a low price if your homeless if you're middle class high class or even poor you can afford Dollar Tree thank God for Dollar Tree

The Dollar Tree downtown is going to hell they didn't have nothing I was looking for.It's best if you have transportation to go to the one on the Boulevard or the one on Military Road they always have everything

There was a long line, and there was only one cashier. They opened a cashier line, and I went in that line. The worker told me that I can't go in there because I was in the back of the other line. The worker was rude to me during that time.

Place is always dirty, its never stocked like the other dollar tree's shelf's are bare most of the time I definitely hate shopping at this dollar tree it is not one of my favorite ones

not very well stocked with items and drinks, dirty floors whether it be from items that have spilled or people opening items before buying them, just really disorganized, the staff are polite though 😃
