The stars are for Ashley the cashier. She's very friendly & I enjoyed talking with her as she cashed me out. Thanks Ashley💐💐💐💐💐💐💐. Somebody needs to organize the store better. Not Ashley tho, one of them that was standing around doing nothing can do it.

Good products that I can't find anywhere else. Decent prices. Biggest complaint was that there was only one cashier open. This place needs self check-out.

The store was dirty. I stood in line for 40 mins. Only 1 cashier at Christmas time. Another finally opened up after 30 mins. and instead of coming to get the next customers in line, he stood at the register and everyone from the end of the line ran over. Needless to say the people who had been waiting the longest were upset, including me. Watching these people leave while you were still standing in line was just wrong. Needs better training of staff or management.

Let face it, lot small business and retailers like this is struggling to stay a float right now. Employees to management is everyday battle of Witt's, economic, product, service and demand from both customer and distribution.Now with that said... I have seen two closed, and two holding on, just like one.Keeping employees is not easy, guess lot people start working in stores like this don't see what management has deal with. Not easy, trust me when I say that. Sure they want better, want more, but just don't understand.This little store seen has doing best please both the public and employees.I see people work here still go out of their way deliver best they can.Thank you all that work Dollar tree for your service. Keep up the job...You will make it throu all this.

Very clean and organized store all the empty shelves, very few, we're in the very back of the store where they should be, end caps of the seasonal and feature products were very nice I had to compliment the staff on how organized and well put together the place was

We visited today and left satisfied by our needs due only to the bare necessities needed. The isle's are disorganized and the store was very warm. The staff was friendly.

Probably the worst dollar tree in WNY.Trashed from one end to the next. No carts, and the manager (at least it looked like it from the street clothes she was wearing) was rude to multiple customers. There's no need to keep this store open.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst store ever. If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes plus then come to this store. 1 cashier open at Christmas is unacceptable. Need to replace every manager and bring new management to this location. Reg the manager is especially rude to her staff. While waiting to cash out she's arguing with her employee about lunches. CJ my cashier was awesome. Very polite despite his very poor work conditions.

Never enough cashiers checking people out. Other associates see line is getting long and they keep doing something else that could wait and instead of get the customer out in a timely manner.

Christmas Eve... Store packed. 2 cashier's open and long lines. Saving grace.... My cashier CJ. Engaged in good light conversation with every client while truly hustling to get people thru the line. Millennials sometimes forget the value of a quick connection with their clients. CJ definitely has it in him to be an amazing employee. Thanks for taking the time!

Dirty! It honestly looks like they never clean in there. Rugs are filthy and I wouldn't doubt their are bugs in the rugs because my girlfriend and I both felt them crawling on us! I don't care how cheap it is. I won't go in there again!!!

Used to have a heavy but still cute girl named Danielle working there who was rude to customers (she was only facially cute). She went off to college and lady employees are better now.

Hey people!!!! It's a DOLLAR TREE STORE.If you expect anything more go shop at LORD & TAYLOR. They have great stuff for a DOLLAR. So overlook the dirt and get your stuff and get out. It's a bargain store.What do you want for a buck.

I sometimes forget that too really don't need to go anywhere else for most things. Dollar Tree has pretty much everything. Unless you're a sticker for brands, you can't miss what you're looking for.

Agree with Latrisha. Reg is an unprofessional disaster. I literally stopped going to this store because of how I saw her treat one customer, actually yelling at him. This lady clearly has an anti-social personality disorder and if she's not already on medication for it, she should be.

Manager of this store allows customers and staff to ignore the governor's executive order mandating the wearing of masks during the pandemic. When asked by a customer why this was the store policy the manager was very rude.

This place is a huge mess...filthy dirty windows...empty, messy shelves, stock everywhere...one person at cash register, one person vacuuming in the afternoon on Saturday... they need help!! What's really going on? I feel sorry for staff...
