This dollar general has gone through quite a bit of management change over the last few years they definitely have a revolving door. The new management as far as I can tell doesn't care about the store or customers the parking lot is dirty the aisles are filthy. Most aisles you can barely get down with a buggy because of the carts of freight. The shelves are hardly ever stocked most of the time the cashier's are extremely slow or rude and slot of the time u wait way to long in line.some thing are over priced and others u get a pretty good deal. If you have a choice go somewhere else it's not always worth it.

Love the Manager, she is always so nice & helpful! She also always stays on her staff about being kind, helpful, quick & keeping masks on at all times! The store is usually clean and organized also! This is my favorite Dollar General store, and I almost always go there!

The stars are for Justine the cashier! She's very friendly. The store itself is kinda dirty & could use a makeover, but Justine the cashier is Alright with me! Yaaaay Justine! Keep on doing a good job! Thank you Justine💐💐💐💐💐❤️❤️❤️❤️

They should change their name from Dollar General to Dollars General. They seem to be getting rid of the affordable Clover Valley products and replacing them with the more expensive brands. Too many empty shelves and each time I go there, I find less of a reason to return there until they start turning it around.

I usually come here when I'm looking for some basic stuff and I don't want to drive to Walmart. See of their brand name stuff will usually be more expensive. Last time I went I bought dirt and some pots for plants. Quality is alright no complaints. If you go a while in between visits you might see different people cashing you out. Not a complaint just an observation. They have always been friendly and helpful even though most of the time there is only two people working the store.

Have shopped there since moving to the Falls. The sales were always knowledgeable and friendly. You know something is wrong when the clerk's leave and new ones come in. Shelves are empty. Atmosphere is tense. Something needs to be done if they wish to keep customers. One clerk, long lines. I can say this lines long, quick checkout.

Helpful customer service and great prices.I like shopping at this location because it's convenient and has what I feel are fair prices. I am a long time customer at this location.My problem is that the owners don't take care of their property.There is too much debris and overgrown bushes on the eastern side of the parking lot and potholes approaching 6" deep all throughout the parking lot. I participated in the DGCustomerFirst. com survey but was timed out because of my honest opinions.

Honestly the most well kept Dollar General and the employees are all friendly. I've never had a bad experience in this location. Its worth the drive. Because theres a few I refuse to walk into. Keep up the good work!

I came to this Dollar General all the way from Toronto Ontario to check it out and this place has EVERYTHING!!! It's like a mini walmart without the produce! they have everything from clothes, to motor oil! They got a frozen food section, they have bed sheets, coffee makers, toys, tools, party supplies; this place has everything!!! really cool place! We need something like this in Canada! I'll definitely come back!

Every time i come to this store there is a line a mile long 4 people "working" and only 1 cash register open though that 1 register is normally very kind and helpful it still make for a bad experience when you have to wait a half hour to cash out at this location other locations i haven't really had this problem

What is there really to say? You need something, they got it for cheap. Theyve got a wide selection of drinks compared to most other convenience stores. Theyve got plenty of snack food, candy, clothes, toys, pet products, cleaners, tools, utensils, etc to fit your needs

Disgusting! The entire chain of Dollar General holds zero standards for their products or their stores. They are consistent, though. Consistently dirty. Consistently rude. Consistently lacking in any form of retail standards. I would never recommend this retail chain to anyone for any reason.

Not always stocked the best, rarely zoned properly.........most employees are great, it seems every kid in the neighborhood goes in there to play musical shelves or hide the product, lol

Lots of products, but sometimes the store is very busy with only one cashier working. My most recent visit was quick in and out. I was happy.

That store needs help it always has the only time it was Christmas Eve and there was a lot of people in there working and it was great. But mostly it's dirty has no stock in it I always feel disappointed when I go there but it's convenient.

This store is one of the worst ones I've been to. Very dirty all year around, store takes forever to get restocked. Lines are very long, staff could use a retraining. I wouldn't bother wasting your money here.

I never understand why this and almost all Dollar General stores have huge boxes of their stock sitting in the aisles, no matter when I go. Stuff is always in the way, and it's frustrating. This store in particular did not have a product I was looking for, so I had to settle for something different. But I did get a few other products I wanted.

Local store in area , decent prices compared to tops and wagmans. Could use more help in store to stock shelves instead of having the cashier do all the work, cashier, stock person and maintenance person plus a manager.

D.g. is pretty much the same everywhere in U.S.A.,you can find mostly everything you need usually within a budget,the store in my area are overstocked or understocked, and usually never enough people to help

I just watched someone steal from this store, the police came and did nothing about it and let the person stealing go. I think it’s very unfair for the people who work/manage that store. Something should be done about this, and the people who work there should not be in jeopardy of their job bc of this issue. If anyone knows how to get a hold of a district manager, or a higher up person Please let me know. I’d like to speak with them.

This store needs a new floor, it is so dirty!!! I use to go in here on a regular to shop, now I only go if I have to grab something quick. It just feels dirty! At least keep it clean!

They never have the meow mix cups for my cat they have not had it for months I love this store but if they don't start getting my cats food I will be shopping at walmart 😞

Very nice, clean DG. Very organized. You won't find stacks of stuff needing to be stocked in every isle. Great management team.

Employees were friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I needed, get in and get out within a matter of minutes but, none of the ee's were wearing masks.
