We took our 2 year old male lab and 5 month old lab female here during our 3 1/2 day trip out of town, and this place was amazing. They were friendly and offered many accommodations to comfort our pups. They were extremely nice to us and our dogs. We also got a “first time visit” discount, which was an added bonus. When we left, they gave each pup a special treat and showed obvious signs that they had bonded with our animals, and were sad to see them go. It’s definitely a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed! We will go here again!

Very pleased with the treatment our new puppy received. We wanted to take a city tour but were hesitant to leave our new puppy alone in the camper all day. Fortunately, found Debbie's online and she was less than 5 minutes from our campground. We visited in advance and were impressed with the accommodations and more important the people there. I'd recommend Debbie's for anyone visiting the area needing a place to watch your fur baby while you do some sightseeing.

Years ago we hired Debbie's Doghouse & Pet Palace to care for our dog, I prepared all his food, frozen in packets and labeled with his name and date(s).The owner called me and said the food "got moldy and she would feed my dog something else. How can FROZEN FOOD GET MOLDY? So she contacted me to say the change in diet caused him to have diarrhea and I said "I am out of town, I will have to contact a family member to bring over some Pepto Bismal" and she said "well, we are closing in an hour".I had to call a relative to go to the store, buy the Pepto Bismal and go to the complex immediately.It was a very bad experience.

Absolutely fantastic couple! I messed up and showed up to drop off my dog outside of their hours but they happened to be there and checked my Dog in anyways with no complaints. My dog seemed well taken care of upon pickup and the staff was very friendly and caring of my pup! Highly, Highly recommend!

The best place to take your pet! Rocky and (buddy) whom just passed away loves it here I bring him in and he flies right to the back! They take such good care of him we love Debbie’s! Thank you 😊

This place is phenomenal!!!! If I ever come back with my dogs again I will definitely board them there. Debbie and Earl were just great and my dogs loved it. So if you go to Niagara Falls with pets and need to board them to take in the sites, this is the place to leave them.

The only place I take my pup for her nails. Debbie is an amazing gentle pet lover. My dog is very comfortable with her. She is so nice and just so loving to my dog. The staff always has been great and very friendly. Debbie is so caring.

Do you have a dog that tells you off when you leave them home to run an errand? We do! Imagine my surprise when after leaving them for 30 hours at Debbie's Pet Palace that I didn't receive the normal reprimand by my girls. Not only that but due to a medical emergency (for me not the girls) I ended up having to take the girls back the next day and the tails were actually wagging when we walked in the door to drop them off! Now if that isn't a 5 star testimony I don't know what is. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean facility. Definitely would recommend. Plus a fraction of the cost of some other facilities I had checked into. I did not use the grooming services as I had had them groomed 2 weeks prior in another state but there were others their using those services. I wish I had planned ahead better to have had them groomed there also.

If your pet is like family, then this is the dog boarding facility to take your fur baby. Great dog condos with a toddler bed, dog bed, TV and fan. A/C through out premises.They treat your dog like family. They were kind enough to let me get my pet earlier than their business hours. I would definitely take my dog back there. I didn’t feel any need to worry. They gave him his meds and dog food with chicken ! A nice size fenced in yard. My Poochie came back happy.

Amazing place and very friendly staff. We had to keep our dog at a very short notice and they were still very accommodating, helpful and welcoming and took great care of him. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Love this groomer!! Had a hiper puppy and Debbie had no problem cutting him. He really loved her!! He looked fantastic! Also viewed the pet hotel and booked a condo for Indigo during our vacation! Highly recommend this wonderful place!!

Our 2 dogs travel with us wherever we go unfortunately, the Niagara Falls main attractions does not allow dogs so we were left with no choice but to board them, for the first time for our 6 and 2 year old babies. We chose the deluxe room with a bed, a tv and access to the outside thru a small door. They both love going in and out. We know this because when we came to pick them up, they were out on the back in their private, fully secured outdoor area. We trusted this place so much, we did it again the following day. We will definitely use them again if we are ever in the area. I am picky when it comes to our dogs so when I say I highly recommend this place, trust me, you won't be sorry.

They accept dogs at short notice if they can. They treat our dogs like they're a part of the family and take the time to get to know them. They take our dogs for three walks a day! They're not unreasonably expensive. They are flexible with pick-up times. Our dogs love that place.

We searched for months to find the perfect place to board our babies while on vacation. When i was told about Debbies doghouse i immediately took a ride to check it out. To say i fell in love at first sight would be an understatement. Earl made me feel so comfortable about leaving my babies in their care knowing i had no worries while i was gone. I went home to get my boys and took them back to meet the staff just to make sure they would be as comfortable there as i was and needless to say they too were in love and they dont always take to kindly with strangers. In the future will always take my boys to debbie amd earl for grooming and any boarding stays that i need. If i could give more stars i definitely would. They made my timid and sometimes nervous babies feel right at home. The best around hands down!!!!!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all your pets needs....

We have our dogs stay there for all of our vacations (about 4 a year) and they are always so happy when we pick them up, and at only about $60 a day for two dogs, sharing a doggy condo, you can't beat it...the walk the dogs several times a day, and really make them comfortable...they also callus if there are ever any concerns or questions about the dogs, which is nice...we never worry about the dogs when we are away!
