Theywork very hard to keep the store nicely stocked and clean. Employees are so helpful , pleasant, friendly. I DO NOT AGREE to see my friends in the store alone. I'm sorry there should always 2 people all the time for protection. Especially at night. I would love to see that changed. Thank you all for great service.

Owner is very nice! She opens the store earlier than other locations so the Newfane Bus Drivers can get food/supplies for their workday. Mobile App is the best I have used for coupons/deals. Staff is polite and is always working hard to keep the store well stocked.

Staff is always helpful, friendly and curteous, regardless of how some customers can be. I love to go in 'my' store. It's clean and I like to just walk around to see what's new...and I usually buy more than I came in for!

They usually have good prices but every dollar general I go to is very clustered with random clarence racks, clarence is great I just think they should have one dedicated area for it. Also there is always stacks of boxes in the aisles blocking things so you can't get to stuff you need or barely get down the aisle with a cart or they stack them at the end of an aisle so you miss the end cap deals and again aren't easily able to get around them especially with a cart. I also noticed that at this location whenever there is a good sale going on they rarely have the product in stock and in general the variety of stuff at this location is much more limited than most other locations

We go there alot! Employee's are very nice and helpful. But at times aisles are so full with carts and boxes you can't get thru you can't look at merchandise . So you turn around and walk away.

Very well stocked considering the shortages of everything since the pandemic started. Also has a ton more variety compared to the other dollar store in newfane. Most of the staff are lovely.

I really enjoy this Dollar General location because of its employees. All of them are very friendly, caring and willing to help in any way. Shelves are kept well stocked too.

Good customer service but the aisles are really narrow so its hard for more than one person to shop in the same aisle and they seem to stock at around 4pm so there's boxes and employeess blocking certain areas making it harder to shop and navigate the store but other than that, the employees are nice people and its an overall good place to shop

It's a small building so you can go in and out. Clean aisles. Everything is easy to find. Nice helpful employees.

Well my husband and I went in there and was shocked at how dirty it was..he wanted to leave..so we did..please sweep your floors and do some mopping it was pretty bad..

Always a great place to find little odds and ends. Clean place has a lot of inexpensive items. For a dollar store its is probably the best. I go there weekly for this or that.

Helpful staff. The only fault I find is the boxes stacked all over. They impede the aisles and walkways. They are hazardous. Stocking should not be done while customers are shopping. Risk for injuries and lawsuits.

Place was a mess. Register would only take cash. Bugged everyone to donate their change. If they want to donate, they should, just don't bother the customer. I donate to my chosen charities, not theirs.

I hate going to dg. Ever since the manager was going to hire my son and instead hired her sister. After doing an interview with him and walking him through the store. Its the store in newfane.
