Target is a great place to shop for just about anything. I usually shop here for household goods and occasional home decor. They do have a nice selection of grocery and pantry items.There is a huge beauty section, gift cards, art, toys, kitchen, electronics, clothes for all ages and size, jewelry, some furniture (outdoors) and much more!There are bathrooms in this location which is great. Customer service is good, and the check out time is usually very fast paced. Very clean and open space there drinks by the register which is nice for a pick me up. Highly recommend!

This used to be my favorite target, now it’s just a hot mess and doesn’t carry new inventory on a regular basis. There is such a small slim selection of women’s/ juniors clothing and they never get new things. Also, the store is a wreck. Wish they had more inventory for women’s / juniors clothing but most of the junior section is closed off look horrible.

This Target is an absolute mess, nothing is organized. You can’t find anything and the clothes are just thrown about hanging off of random piles. There are grocery carts everywhere filled with clothes and you can’t access the dressing rooms because of the mess. Occasionally you can find someone who works there but they almost all of them are young and they are just chatting and hanging out. Very few of the workers are doing their jobs and they appear overwhelmed and unhappy. This place needs help. I won’t shop here anymore

Bathroom was a mess. Sinks weren't working on any pressure. Every single one of the prices scanners weren't working but one. The next thing that was annoying was scanning on the app and having several items be more expensive unless I order online or in the app.. I basically ordered them for pick up to get the better price... This shouldn't be. Please do better. One of the worse target experiences I've had, and usually these problems aren't a thing.

Better to shop at Walmart! This store looks like Black Friday hit in July! There’s 5 carts at the door. The rest are filled to the brim with go backs. The fitting rooms are all taken because of the carts and the go backs. Never will I come here again

THE WORST EXPERIENCE SHOPPING HERE. THE ASSOCIATE ON THE FRONT END WITH THE BRIGHT BLUE HAIR NAMED TAMIKA HAD ZERO PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. SHE SPEAKS LIKE A TRUCK DRIVER AND IS EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING. I DONT KNOW WHY A COMPANY AS SUCCESSFUL AS TARGET WOULD HAVE HER DIRECTLY DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I’m tired of being solicited by that organization that claims that God is a women. This is the second time that this has happened at this store. I’ve never experienced this at any other store. The target associates need to be more aware of these people because they’re ruining the shopping experience because I become upset over the comments they make. I almost walked out of the store.

The absolute worse! The shelves have nothing. I went to electronics to get an hdmi cable. No one around to help after I tried to do this without help. Finally found a young lady she asked if the person was around to help. No he went home! You all need to do better you make Target look bad! Then have the nerve to be selective about who you hire. I actually left and went to walmart! Wish me luck there!

Stopped by on my trip to Newburgh. I was looking for a case of coconut water, however could not find even single one. Staff were helpful but store did not have any.

TERRIBLE!Nothing in stock but online it shows that they have multiple. Nothing ever in stock and they don’t really care. WORST TARGET EVER! I don’t know why I even go there or order same day delivery from there. They’re horrible. If they updates their inventory daily and online. Target guests would not have to go through this. Management needs to be restructured at this place.

The Newburgh target is super organized and clean, and the employees are helpful and easy to find. Middletown is a hot mess lol, don’t go to Middletown.

This place was very busy on the Saturday we went. All in all it is a nice target with the grocery section and Starbucks in addition to the clothing and home goods sections.If you've been to a Target before, you have a solid idea of what you are going to get here. Yay corporate consistency!

Today March 20, 2024 7pm left my items at cash register just now here at newburh NY target and Tamika rushed out with my goods in hand as i was leaving in the parking lot. Thank you Tamika, thank you Target. I gave her a bigggg hug. I saw a customer in his car watching us and smiling as she rushed back inside. Thank you Tamika thank you Target.

So when I went to get a txt temptation album I came home a saw non of the photo cards in it that is because people keep opening it in the store and taking everything pls put them in boxes or just take care of your products because I’m so upset because I just have a plan photo album with nothing in it there is supposed to be photo cards and other things in there but no people keep opening it in the store and taking it for themselves because they’re too greedy

Horrible store. Will never be going here again. I would rather drive a whole hour to another store with better customer service than come here, Where it is 15 minutes from me. My drive up order was cancelled on my way there when i called the guest services desk no one picked up. I called multiple times. I called around 9:15. The store closes at 10. What they have is lazy workers. I ended up having to go inside the store when i got there to do the shopping on my own instead of having my drive up order. When i went into the store there was a guy at the desk. I called the desk when i was checking out to see if he would answer and he did not. He looked at the phone and ignored it. Guess they don’t want to work when it’s closer to closing. Don’t go here. If you have to drive an extra few minutes to another Target, do it for better service.

Clean, items easy to find. Parking is also good. Low staff and managers are not seen so don't have an issue you will wait awhile for a response from management to the associates.

Growing Up I enjoyed this Location but I think Harriman is better for many Reasons,The Security loves to Follow people that they think are Suspicious and once in a while you’ll find staff and they end up Rude so I would skip this but everyone has different experiences so to each their own.

I’m always very busy and barely have time for myself. If I do, I’m usually rushing through the store and most likely forgetting a couple items. The fact that target has a two hour pick up window and there’s no limit on the amount you have to spend and the service is done for free is absolutely amazing and beyond helpful for myself and my family.

Horrible customer service. Just bought a TV went home and the screen was damaged. Starting calling at 930pm and the phone keep ringing at every department I can dial and no pick up. For 15 minutes. It's obvious that they will wait till 10 to then get the "we are closed message" Target please hire diference makers not check collectors.

It is such a pleasure to be able to get in and out of Target when I shop. It’s quick and easy and I also save money, compared to other grocery stores. I like being able to pick up everything I want in one store and not have to spend too much.

I love Target and their products. But, the Newburgh store is a war zone! It's always in shambles. Boxes every where, clothing on the floor. The last time I visited inside the entire intimates department was on the floor. Bras and panties all over, with foot prints from shoes. It was terrible.

I sent a review to the store a couple months ago about incorrect prices on the shelves and instead of getting better, it has gotten worse. I was overcharged for many items and put others back before buying them after checking prices with the price scanners. I found many sale signs for sales that ended weeks ago. I also found many long expired food items on the shelves. Fortunately I have learned that I have to check the date on every single package I pick up at this store because they don't bother to check what they are selling. This store seems to be in desperate need of new management because it just keeps getting worse. I think there may be a contest with the local Walmart to see which one can create a worse shopping experience. This store keeps going downhill every time I visit.

Target customer service is outstanding! Whether, I pick up items through Drive Up* OR return items at the customer service desk, the service is always fast. Customer Service representatives are always courteous! It’s pleasant to shop at Target!
