I usually don't complain, but I purchased a couple pair of sweatpants in your newburgh store, they didn't fit properly so I bought them back for a larger pair. Still didn't fit so i bought them back for a refund. The associate approached me with an attitude and started arguing with me from the get go. Unfortunately i didn't get the associates name.. Long story short she did refund me my money but not the full amount. The total bill was 23.24 and she refunded me 20 dollars. I was in retail 40 years of my life and if I treated any customer the way she did, I would have been replaced !!!!! Sorry to complain but what a horrible shopping experience!!!! When this store first opened, I went in and shopped. It was a very enjoyable experience. The cashier on shift at checkout, who I believe was the manager at the time, was very accommodating and kind. Unfortunately, I recently went in, and the store has gone downhill! No one was at the front counter to help with my purchase. I waited at least ten minutes and then had to track someone down to help me. When I finally did find someone, I believe she was the manager and was very rude and told me ‘just go to the front, someone will be there’. Definitely need better management at this store! It’s not being ran well. I’ve been to the one in Fishkill and let’s just say I will not be shopping at this Newburgh location any time soon.

Really don't know why I go here lol It's a mess always but you need to go and see the deals. There is always something to purchase on the cheap. Get past the mess of the store and the workers who don't care. Use blinders and just shop. You will always buy something there.

I had a wonderful experience today in the store, the store was clean and very neat. I was looking for an outdoor rug and the associate Adam was very very helpful. When I went to check out the cashier, Tammy told me about that crazy cash deal I was so excited. It was a great deal. She was very friendly. I will be shopping there again.

Big warehouse that has a bit of everything, lots of snack items, things for your home for remodeling, food items and small appliances and cookware. Also clothing, shoes plan to spend a while looking around cause there's something for every part of your home. My first time there and when you join their club you get special deals and coupons.

This store has so many things that it is hard to focus. Every time I go I buy more than what I went for. The things for pools and BBQs are super, easy to find something cool and useful. The best thing is probably the fact that there's never a line to pay :)

A bit disappointed at the supplies. Normally I get the flavored liquid drink mixes and usually buy 45-50 boxes of Biscotti Brothers ends & pieces. None of the 3 Ocean States I visited had either. I usually come to this area twice/yr, so stocking up is a must for me

Went to buy a specific camping chair that was advertised in their circular. Upon arrival couldn't find what I was looking for, went to get help but no one was available, when asking the cashier who could help me, she replied sorry we're short staffed. She tried to get a manager to help us, but this person said stay here I'll be back. She never came back to help me. Couldn't find anyone working there who was willing to help me out. Very poor customer service. Never going back to the store in Newburgh, Poughkeepsie store is 100% better.

Great prices and selection of merchandise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only negative comment is not everything has a price tag or label so you have to hunt someone down to get help.

First time at this store. I've been in several OSJLs in NY state and other states, it's a great store. While the Newburgh store was orderly and neat, the people working in the store were severely lacking in customer service skills. Lights were on for 2 registers, yet there was no clerks in sight at these 2 check-outs, and only one clerk was at his register was working.Had to come back in for a return, went to the customer service check out -where the light was on- and was totally ignored by 3 clerks standing 6 feet away at the end of the check-out who were laughing and carrying on to themselves. Nobody could be bothered to tell me if that register was closed or that they would help me shortly. Won't be back to this location.

The store was neat and organized, but there were many different items that weren't priced on the item or the shelf. I'm not buying something if I have no idea what the price is. Staff was friendly.

It is an OSJL, bigger than the one over in Fishkill.Always can find a bargain, the imported foods are often better than you anticipate, with some being knockouts.Always check the clothing, I just picked up some Lands End shirts for $5.
