This is my preferred grocery store in the area. Very clean store with more room to move around people than in Hannaford or Walmart. Much better prices on produce than Adams. Better selection on certain items I shop for than any of the above.

Very clean. Very organized . Lots of options. Many times when I'm searching for some odd ingredient or food .. They'll have it thru have a pretty solid vegan/keto/soy variety and I believe they have up to 10 refrigerators dedicated to healthy eating as the ones I mentioned above including made from plants and gluten freeIf you shop often get the rewards at least once or twice a month I receive a 'coupon' on my digital card for $ 5-10 my order.. Or I can use it towards gas... definitely worth it.. It's free

THIS HOW CLEAN IT IS SO ENOUGHCAREFULLY SELECTED PHOTOS and Generic Automated Responses.I was there three weeks ago and right in front of the store manager DELI WAS PUTTING OUT GREY ROAST BEEF PACKAGES... A Customer Brought it to their Attention and Store Manager says “So You Don’t Want Packages Of Grey Roast Beef Right? You Can Go To The Deli Counter.”The Guy Said “THEY’RE ALL GREY” The Store Manager “A Big Nosed Smug Clown With Glasses And Outdated Mustache” Literally Laughed and when the man walked away says “You Don’t Like It Go To Vails Gate”He Had On A Blue Shirt and Cheap Polyester Pants So YES IT WAS HIM.He has that on almost every time he is there.Since Shop Rite Closed This Place Had Lived Up To The Market Part Of Their Name.“THEY MARKED UP PRICES BY 32% AND OVERALL QUALITY IS DOWN 32%”Its Taking Advantage Of People Who Either-Can’t Shop Elsewhere Or Don’t Know Where Else To Shop With Competitive Prices”KEEP PUTTING OUT THOSE QUALITY PRODUCTS ON SALE👌EVERY TIME I SEE THIS GARBAGE AND QUALITY I AM GOING TO SEND THEM TO CORPORATE...Daily People Who Have Seen This Happen Will Be Posting Photos And Dropping The Overall Rating”

I like this grocery store. It's well stocked and their prepared food is very good with a lot of choices. Next time we're going to try the rack of ribs! They even have a nice area to dine in.

I had a really great experience at this store today. I had ordered a custom sheet cake from the vails gate price chopper & they spelled something wrong however, they couldn’t fix it due to the cake decorator having to work in the seafood department (???) so they sent me to the Newburgh price chopper/market 32. When I got there, their cake decorator had left for the day but the gentleman at the bakery still decided to own the issue & called over his manager. After a while we got the error fixed all together, all while chatting with these very friendly people which included a man from a different department named Steven who has been there for 20 years (impressive), the security manager & I believe the store manager. They really went above & beyond my expectations but not only that, they weren’t even the ones who made the error!! Still apologized & just genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. I don’t feel like I come across that too often so I feel it has to be noted when I do. I’ve also put in a survey from my receipt but I do hope everyone who helped me with the cake today is able to see this & able to read my heartfelt thank you to them. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season & I hope you are all valued as you should be your company. It’s the people who separate themselves from other similar businesses. Thanks again! Beautiful we'll kept market with excellent prices. The Bakery Dept looks incredible with unique cakes & pastries. Fruits,vegetables & meats were all fresh & nicely displayed.The only concern I have was that I came in with a bottle of water & the clerk that was packing my groceries thought I needed to pay but I quickly showed receipt for which she said I needed to have gotten a paid sticker upon entering ...who knew. Than as I was exiting on far end nearer to my car the wagon wheels locked, sirens lights blare another Clerk comes by & says " did you pay for all these groceries" once again I show the receipt with $120. worth of food. The food was all bagged up! I have never stolen nor been so insulted & embarrassed in my life!

Welcome to the world of extraordinary shopping! Items impeccably presented, enormous breadth of choice, meat and fish generated by really knowledgeable folks, easy in and out. In Newburgh?! I thought I was in Texas with HEB or Boston at Wegmans. It may be five minutes further than Vails Gate but only different level of high quality free choice.

Very clean and neat store. I love the deli, and the bread is by far the most amazing. The 2 foot 4 foot and 6 foot subs are the best. I routinely get a large sub for every one of my parties.

Nice store located near interstate 84 exit Newburgh or New Palrz ...the place is rather secluded but its parking is huge and it's near many other stores, a gym, and car shop. The store itself is large, clean, nice layout and the bakery is rather cute

If you are Caribbean, love meat and a variety of veggies AND are from NYC relocating here … THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Period! My husband wanted salted beef and cow heels to make his traditional soup and I just knew we would have to travel an hour back to the bronx for it and NOPE they had it all!! Our fav place

Tonight, 5/9/2023 I was doing some food shopping and while picking up some deli meat, I seen a pleasant man working by himself with multiple customers and without stress handled most of the line without sacrificing customer service! I'd rather wait for good customer service then rude speed!! Thank you Xavier, you are awesome!!!

I like going to this supermarket. I find everything I need. The store is organized, neat and clean. I like the bakery, deli and butcher departments. It's one of my go to supermarkets at the top of my list. I always have a good shopping 🛒 experience when I go there. I have no issues what so ever.

Your prices have gotten outrageous and you have lost this longtime customer. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I have seen prices dollars cheaper at other stores. I was in there on Monday and the store was empty. I guess I'm not the only one who is sick of your high prices. It's a shame because it is a nice store and convenient for us, but not any more.

This Price chopper is actually a market 32 location. It was redone and the store is clean and appealing with a nice layout. I usually go there to buy sushi. In relation to the latter It's like a hidden gem in Dutchess county for the quality and the price. The hot meals prepared in the sea food section are delicious as well. The Angus chili with the Angus steak in it in the deli section kept hot in the soup pot is also very good.UPDATE: so I was very sad to see that the Asian family that has done the sushi for years Ihad left. But now what has evolved from the ashes is a beautiful fusion of Hispanic and Asian culture. The combinations are unique and delicious! You would be amiss to not at least humor yourself and check it out. I strongly feel you will be pleasantly surprised. The quality and price paired with the possibility of a unique experience is unbeatable. This is truly a hidden gem in Dutchess county. Even if you want to keep it simple,, the new staff has upgraded with things like Hawaiian poke bowls, which I have added to my pictures. For $10.99 you get a bowl packed full of two different types of fish, sushi rice, fresh sliced avocado, crunchy bits, lettuce, crab meat, and seaweed salad!!Kudos to the creative thinkers there.

Great atmosphere. Staff friendly. Meat and seafood prices were great today. Shrimp buy one get one free. Vitamins also buy one get one free. I ordered a whiting dinner cooked in 15 min. Different seasonings to choose from. Tasted very good. Very good shopping experience overall.

I had a horrible experience at this store recently. After picking up some groceries and paying for them at one of the self check-out registers, I started to exit the store. As soon as I went through door, one of the wheels to my cart locked. I was bewildered and kept pushing the cart to get it to move. However, no matter how hard I pushed it, it would not move.Suddenly, an employee of the store approached me, very aggressively I might add, and demanded to see my receipt. I complied and asked her what the problem was. She did not give me an explanation, but after she had checked my receipt and the contents of my cart, she used a phone to input a code that unlocked the wheel of my cart.It is obvious to me that Price Chopper profiled me. Why? I think because they felt like doing so, because there was no other reasonable or rational explanation for what they did. What infuriates me is that the employee did not even have the decency to apologize to me after humiliating me. Needless to say, I will never shop there again, and I intend to write the company's C.E.O. to inform him of the incident.P.S. Did anyone know that they had these devices that can remotely lock the wheel of the carts?

We ordered a birthday cake for 30 people, with fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream. We got so many compliments on the cake and everyone wanted to know where we ordered it from. It was delicious and tasted so fresh. I was also impressed by the bakery staff when I picked it up. At least 3 people asked me if I was being helped and I was. I always stop here for Italian pastries on my way to visit my Dad. Will recommend this bakery to everyone.

Yesterday was my first time shopping here. It’s insanely beautiful in there. The bakery section looks stunning and everything is well kept and organized. I bought sushi from the prepared foods area and it was really good and fresh. It’s also very inexpensive. A lot of the things I purchase were buy one get one free and to top it all off, this is the only grocery store I know of now that gives you a discount for using the reusable grocery bags.

This store is terrible with a good selection of healthy food. They also have the prices well above market value and honestly believe this is because Price Chopper knows there is guaranteed income from people who rely on government assistance. There are a few people here that do an excellent job and have great customer service, but the majority are a bit short in this field.

I love Market 32! The store is clean and beautiful. The employees are helpful and kind. The merchandise selection is great and well displayed.Why do I post only a photo of a receipt? Because Market 32 saves me money, both on my groceries and my gasoline.I take out of town visitors to Market 32 just to impress them. My friends from NYC are envious.Keep up the good work!

My absolute favorite food shopping market. The other day I picked out fresh fish and seafood and they fried it to perfection. In the mood for something great thats prepared in front of you or any grocery shopping needs they're the place to go. They also offer recipes on how to prepare any type of meats that you can buy. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the best. From butchers, deli, seafood, prepared food they have it all and their kitchen gadgets and pots are top notch! I recommend this place to any and everyone. Customer service is the absolute best, they really care about their customers 😍😘

I really like this supermarket. They have a lot of speciality items and the prices are decent, some things a little pricy. They have a discounted meat section which is always a nice find. Bakery. Flowers. Arrangements. Hot food. Pharmacy. Deli. Seafood. Meat. I do wish they had more spanish options as theres only 1 real spanish market and its on 300. Lotto. Redbox. Restrooms.
