A large diversity in good quality cat food which I love as my cats love frozen raw cat food but also love variety. You can even find reasonable price with the variety of sizes they have. My favorite place to go to whenever I’m nearby.

My favorite NYC pet store chain. They have decent loyalty program that you may sign up for but their main selling point for me is that they carry huge variety of frozen cat raw food that does not have any additives and is not mixed with any vegetables / fillers. Staff at this particular store was always more than helpful to me and and I keep coming back, even tho they are a little bit out of the way for me. Plus their house cat is amazing.

Avoid this store!I went there to purchase a bag of treats. As I was paying, their computer system crashed. The middle aged man who was serving me exclaimed something to the effect of "oh no, not again".I read on the machine that the transaction was complete and that I could remove my card. But this man insisted that the transaction did not go through and that I could not take my purchase from the store.This individual promptly disappeared and another associate came to tell me that once the system rebooted that they would be able to check if indeed I was charged and if that was the case that the item could be delivered to me anywhere in Manhattan. She took down my contact info and... I never heard back from them.Two days later the pending charge went through. I waited 2 more days after that before calling to inquire. During this phone call I learned that the item would not be brought to me because my address was out of their delivery zone. The associate basically LIED TO GET RID OF ME AND KEEP THE MONEY.Upon learning this I asked if instead the item could be sent to the store uptown. The person who answered the phone agreed and said that once the item arrived they would call me from that store to let me know. Nobody called. Or if they did nobody left a voicemail.It's been 2 weeks of chasing after them for a bag of treats. The store and the service is OK but this has been an unnecessary and completely avoidable hassle.If this is what their computer system does periodically and they don't have the personnel or the professionalism to follow up and deliver, then I suggest that you too keep away from this store in order to avoid the hassle.

I buy is tags from Pet Central for all my dogs. I gift them as well. I have never been disappointed by the service or the product. Always a pleasure. The tags are well done. I love that they do not jingle and they can’t get caught on anything.

Best customer service! They go out of their way to make sure my dog gets her food delivered even when I forget that they don't deliver during the weekends. Every time I call I'm always greeted warmly and they're the only shop that carries my dog's food in my area. I highly recommend them

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is small but they have the frozen raw food I like for my dog. They know the ratings for various foods and can answer questions. They also deliver.

I walked in today looking for chew sticks for my dog. After looking carefully through the chew sticks realize there are so many bugs hiding in between the chew sticks. Be very careful if you are buying chew sticks here for your dogs.

They don’t offer returns. Charged me $4 per can of cat food for a brand I always buy that’s way less and wouldn’t give me my money back. Won’t shop here again.
