Alina is very responsive by email & text, and both dogs enjoyed the cake a lot :-) I chose to pick up in person, which was easy to coordinate and just a short walk from the R train (delivery is also an option). Great choice to celebrate our pup's adoptaversary!

Very very good quality cake! The painting came out a lot better than I ever expected honestly. My dog absolutely loves it. Also this was a very short notice I put down the order on Monday and it was delivered by this super nice lady on Wednesday. It’s a very memorable birthday for both my dog and my friends. Thanks!

I cannot recommend Axel & Tia for your pet celebration enough. For a Brooklyn pet bakery specializing in cake faces, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for my fur children's cakes, but you cannot beat the prices and delivery within NYC. My Olive loved her face and her brother loved the cat cake. I have ordered another cake for my other cat and believe this is a start of a sweet tradition for my babies and I. Thank you so much!

I ordered a last minute cake for my dog’s birthday party. And despite being completely booked, Axel and Tia’s bakery went above and beyond to understand the situation and were able to accommodate us! Roger, my dog, thoroughly enjoyed the cake SO much!!! This was the best customer service I have ever experienced and the bakery also went out of their way to deliver the cake to us in East village!!!!!

I ordered the Pumpkin Biscuit cake, but had it made custom to feed 8-10 doggies. The owner was very pleasant and answered all my questions over the phone. When I picked up the cake, I noticed the beautiful details of my dog’s name baked into each biscuit and a lovely pink ribbon. She even gave us a few extra biscuits as a bonus. I am really pleased with the cake and the staff’s professionalism and promptness. Thank you again Alina for making my doggie’s day a special one. I would highly recommend this bakery!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The friendliest, most understanding staff i have dealt with in customer service. I called mutliple times to confirm my order because i wanted to make sure it was arriving for my dogs birthday party. They rest assured everything was coming and that it will be there by the party. The delivery person along with individuals i spoke with on the phone were phenomenal. Every dog at the party had their own cupcake and ate it within seconds!!!! They really enjoyed it along with us humans who were blown away by the presentation. Will only order dog treats(birthday and special occasions) here in the future. I can't thank them enough!!!

I ordered the Peanut Butter & Banana and Chicken Lover treats for my dog. The order shipped quickly and came in lovely, environmentally friendly packaging. My dog LOVED them...! And since they are all natural, I didn’t feel guilty letting her have a few more treats than usual ;) My dog has had digestive issues and a sensitive tummy since she was a puppy. It has always been a challenge to find food and treats that she can tolerate. After Axel and Tias treats, NO ISSUES! Happy buyer, happy pup! 5/5, will absolutely be purchasing again.

This review is to help others to avoid the same situation I encountered. This business DOES NOT have a physical location. I went to the address only to find out it's not there. Once calling the phone number, I was told it's an online-only pop up. Ugh! To be clear: I have nothing against the business. This may have been an honest mistake, but still inconvenient.
