I went to this local neighborhood Verizon store and have been going here for years! The store manager Mike has a wealth of knowledge and is truly a phone expert! My phone display was not functioning properly and I needed a new phone. Not only did he take care of it but was able to get the stuff off my old phone even though the display didnt work!

I went to this store and saw a salesman sold me a phone I never I had. First he told me that is was the same price to switch with my existing phone as getting the new ones. That simply wasn’t true because of the new phone activation fee $30 and 200$ in taxes. I walked out angry yet this guy still charged me for the service and the new phones, though I never took or used them. I then called the district manager Jan and she never gave me her contact number. She still hasn’t called me back after five days. I guess the next step is filling a police report. I would stay away if I were you this is a corrupt business.

Kristina has ALWAYS been the best with helping me and my mom out with our phones. We leave happy after every visit with her at this store. She knows what she’s doing and isn’t trying to get over on anyone! Excellent customer service :)

Great experience! I got my daughter the gizmo gadget watch. She is almost 5 and she loves it! I got it during their free promotion so all I’m paying is $5 a month. It literally seems too good to be true... but it’s not!Kristin there is so friendly and accommodating. Her other staff (I forget her name) is just as nice!Would highly recommend doing business with them!!!!

Let me tell you about my experience with a experienced young man named Ryan. He assured me of all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my new phone. The store manager Kristina taught me how to use the phone and I know more now than I ever could imagine. They transferred all of my information and made me feel very comfortable, I will definitely be back. Thanks guys! :)

Remember Reed who were just talking to on the phone well you were so wrong about him. He is AWESOME ! Helped me with so many questions after I just bought a new S10. Went out of his way to be polite and positive. Needs a raise. Thank you. PS Kristina is a miracle worker.

As a fellow, small business owner I always patronize likewise and this is the place to go for Verizon. I have been going here ( Windsor Hwy-not the 5 corners) since Bill opened and again just recently. Sales admin Kristina was beyond what I expected. Personable, attentive, helpful, (not like the corporate V stores where you are just a #) and ...she knows her phones! Even better they are pet friendly. :) Shop locally owned an you will never be disappointed.

My daughter was eligible for an upgrade so we went to the Vails Gate Verizon store with the intention of doing a trade-in and a getting a new phone. Evelyn was AWESOME!!!!
