I love this pet supply store! I get personalized and knowledgeable advice on food for my dog. It’s nice to always have a kind and friendly person to help me with all my pups needs. Plus the food is a good quality that I trust for my four legged best friend !

FIRST VISIT BUT NOT THE LAST: I moved here a few years ago from NJ, and when I used to have a dog finding stores such as this, it was easy. I moved up here and recently got a new puppy. I'm pro raw diet, but I'm anti corporate stores like PetSmart/Petco. I really feel that A) their prices are ridiculous, and B) no one knows anything. I saw this store in passing one day, looked them up online the next, and thats when I saw the types of items offered. I told my husband that we needed to go and check it out. It's a privately owned small business, which I love. We looked around at all the dog options that he had (Acana, Orijen, Stella, Primal, freeze-dried raw, frozen raw, and more). I didn't catch his name, but based on other reviews, the owner is Eric, and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I want what's best for my puppy, and he helped me find a way to do that. His prices are reasonable. He's friendly and helpful. Carries the brands I already use. Accepts cards and cash. I highly recommend taking a trip and supporting his business. And if you ever thought about trying raw but had questions, go talk to Eric so you can learn more.

I’ve been going to Positively Pets for over 10 yrs. We are fortunate to have a local small business option. Eric is friendly, open to listen to specific pet food concerns, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a very good selection of high nutritional value food. His shop is a rare find these days.

I love this place! I was in a bind after Chewy stopped selling Fromm and this was the only place open on a Sunday that had it. What luck though! I can bring my puppies with me, and everyone who works here is kind and helpful. They treat my dogs wonderful and even help load my car. Not to mention they also sell the larger bags of Fromm catfood too!

Uniquely knowledgable about the industry and helpful to advise with all stages of your pet's life. Everything you would expect from a small business from its expertise to their friendly service ~ what box and chain stores can't duplicate. Love this store.

We shop here all the time. They know what they talking about. My wife and I came in there with a few questions regarding best food for our boys (dogs), cause our boys hated the other food an one had a allergic (we didn't know that) we tried the food an treats they recommended, now our boys are happy. Great pet food store. I called looking for a very particular brand of raw cat food and they ordered it right away and said they will keep it in stock for me. They have a wide selection of high quality cat and dog food and the service is excellent. They also seem very knowledgeable about their products.

Sold me expired taste of the wild cat food from 7 months ago . Told me it was discounted because it got ripped when opening box. . He then said he grabbed the wrong one in the back. Why was it there for 7 months? They care alot about selling USA products but don't care if expired . He knew very well. The place is not the same .
