The New Windsor Hannaford is very nice, one of my favorite Hannaford stores I’ve been to in NY state. The store is always clean and well kept. Bathrooms are always clean. I love the trees and the skylights in the produce dept, very nice and gives the store a nice, natural feel! The produce is usually fresh with a wide variety. Lettuce and peppers are always fresh and nicely displayed. Bakery dept is well stocked with a wide variety of fresh baked goods. I’ve bought donut from the bakery dept here and it was fresh. The deli is well stocked a variety of deli meats and cheeses. The prepared foods are great, not as wide a variety as the remodeled stores, but still a good selection. There is chicken (fried and rotisserie), as well as a small hot wing bar with various items. I’ve bought the chicken tenders (both the spicy and mild), and chicken sandwiches on various occasions and they’re always fresh and delicious. I’ve bought a few of the fries and mozzarella sticks from the hot wing bar and those were very tasty as well. Seafood selection is small, but the fish is usually fresh and well stocked. Meat dept is great like at most Hannaford stores; they always have a wide variety of various cuts of fresh meats, as well as a butcher counter. The rest of the store has a good selection of items. This location has a small natural and organic section across from the bakery. This store also has a pharmacy and Hannaford to go. The staff here are always very friendly, courteous, and helpful, like at most Hannaford stores. This location is spacious and usually isn’t too busy, making for a nice shopping experience. Like at any supermarket, check expiration dates and check over perishable items before you buy, although this store usually does a good job rotating products and keeping everything fresh. A few of the cases are older and are showing their age - such as the dairy cases which are a bit scuffed and dirty in a few areas - those could use a bit of cleaning. Otherwise, the store overall is always clean and well maintained. Overall a very nice, usually well managed Hannaford. One of my favorite stores to shop at whenever I’m in this area.

Nice and clean and organized supermarket. I tend to find different things in this supermarket that I haven't found in others. They are always in stock of their items. Which I really like. I wish they had a larger fruit section, but I am overall pleased with this supermarket and staff. I am grateful it is open late, too.

Not sure why they have to display the LGBT flag in the store. How about a Fire Department flag, or a flag of each of the US armed Forces who gave us our freedom that you can so proudly display with your LGBT flag. Enough is enough. Yes I support the LGBT but keep it out of the store.

I love Hannaford's. Quite a while ago, I moved to an area where Hannaford was the only grocery store. It was, and is, my favorite store. Their meat and fish departments are the best! The fish is exceptional and is the meat. The dairy section has the best pricing around. When I signed into their shopper app, I get great coupons - some are $10, $15 off my order. Great store, great company, great employees.All over, it's my favorite store.

I love this super market. Their fruits and veggies are always fresh. It's so organized. I feel like I'm in a fancy market every time I go. They have other things other markets don't have.

I find Hannaford has the better prices than the other grocery chains. They clearly are far from cheap, but no store is anymore. I just find there are more bargains esp. with meats and seafood.I do enjoy that they always have someone to help you, & that all the register lanes are open. The staff are well informed and pleasant, plus you can always find a staff when you need one. The store is always neat and well organized. I recommend Hannaford highly!

This store has a large parking lot with handicapped accessibilities both outdoors and indoors.Large fresh assortment of fruits and vegetables delivered daily with bakery on sight for fresh bread and rolls.Fresh deli meats and cheeses available as well as being able to make any special orders for parties and functions. There have international foods as well as Kosher items available and a fresh fish section too .Aisles are large and clean and never a problem finding anything that you may need.There is also an indoor Pharmacy with in the store for your prescriptions and medicines.Full service and self check out section for your convenience with a friendly staff available at all times on hand to help you.A great place to shop with plenty of room to walk and browse for all of your needs.

Best Market in our area. They usually have really good prices on their branded products. My wife and I have purchased many of Hannaford products to try, and they are honestly very good. I definitely recommend you try them.

Fix the card machines!According to the cashiers this is a regular problem. Was forced to use a debit card and lost money. No one could explain why a card can't be put in manually. What would they have done if that was the only card I had?

Great place to shop. Very helpful staff. The meat dept is great. The dairy does a great job. I have never found a product that expired there. I have found several lactose free items there Hats off to the dairy crew.I love the sliced italian store made bread.

Hannaford in Vails Gate I found hard to look at everything. The aisles were not uniform and went every which way. I just happened to be in the area, I would not shop there again

They don't require you to be a member of a price reduction gig like other stores, this I love. The store is always clean, good selection of fruits and vegetables. Just picked up a few snacks. They have a good selection of keto and gluten-free ingredients which is better than ordering online. Employees very helpful. Cashier was very nice.

Best store EVER! The meats are the freshest I've ever seen, bright red! I've found things that no other store near me has ever had, specifically saffron. Everyone is so helpful and considerate, and the most time I've had to wait on a line was maybe 2 minutes.

Make sure you inspect any dry goods bought from here. This store gave me an infestation of meal maggots and moths. I got them after ordering a delivery, and had to throw EVERYTHING out in my kitchen. The bags of Hannaford brand rice are infested and the Hannaford beans I got have tiny holes in the bags where the maggots ate their way in. I asked nicely for them to do something considering how much money I lost, but being nice doesn't pay at this Hannaford. The manager ignored the situation. No refund. No offer to replace products with other brands that weren't infested. Terrible customer service. Update: 10 months later and my kitchen is still infested. Once you have these moths and maggots they are almost impossible to get rid of, so say goodbye to storing any food item anywhere except your fridge. P.s. I hate to leave bad reviews and never do it, but I would like to save people from maggot moth hell.

I do love Hannaford's. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 was the prices but do love the digital coupons. I just wanted to say the people there are so nice. The other day 2 male workers helped me find Frannie soda. They were so sweet and seemed glad to help me. A man in the meat department checked to see if he had any smaller pkg of pork chops and helped otherwise

I enjoy this local Hannaford. It's generally well stocked, tidy, and has reasonable price even considering the several other grocery stores within minutes around. Rarely a line, even during busier times, as they seem to understand staffing.

Nice clean accessable store with good variety. However, the deli doesn't seem like a real deli to me as a New Yorker. Cold cuts always too thick and poor quality. Cheap tasting like Oscar Mayer. Constantly putting stickers on the zip lock. I quit the deli shopping there.

The store is pretty ok. Descent selection between snacks and real food. If you want to walk around and flirt with women, this store isn't it. Try Lowe's or home Depot. The selection is dry when it comes to good looking women.

The pharmacists and techs in the pharmacy are exceptional. They remember you by name, take time to answer any questions or concerns, are always willing to help, and are very pleasant and welcoming. Special thanks to Dan, Stephen, and the cute little lady with the glasses i dont recall her name but they are the absolute best!

Just left at 11:48pm. Tried to use self check out and apparently the system was down after trying to use 2 machines. The 3 male employees on duty were too busy playing football to see there were customers in the store struggling so after 2 failed attempts to check out they called us to a register. Then it was unclear which register because again... They were gathered in the front playing ball. Because I was so flustered with their behavior, I left my phone on the counter which our cashier claims he didn't notice after I walked back in. Disgusting customer service. Get more mature employees.

My favorite store to go grocery shopping. Not too big but big enough to carry most of the things I need. Never super crowded and even if it's busy, it doesn't feel overwhelming and the cashiers and managers always step in to speed it up. I like the store even better now since they've introduced their rewards program. The app is great, you clip your coupons ahead, you get some things for free if you get enough points and you also get some cash reward every earning period and that's deducted from your total bill.

Good produce, fair prices for food, speedy checkout, close parking. The only complaint I have is I wish their shopping carts were larger. I do most of my food shopping here so obviously I'm a satisfied customer. Also they just got these adorable Melissa and Doug shopping carts that kids can push around to "help out". Would definitely recommend!
