We had an outstanding experience working with Best in Backyards - New Windsor. We purchased a playset and every facet of the process, from selection to installation, was extraordinarily customer friendly. We absolutely recommend their services and plan on shopping with them in the future!!Customer Service - the team at B.I.B. were super helpful and helped us distinguish which the correct playset was for our family. They helped us look at the space and assess what would work and (more importantly) what wouldn't.Installation - the team was right on time and did an exceptional job communicating with us. They were so easy to work with and had the whole job done in 2-3 hours.Value - The price was a little bit more than we were expecting to pay for this project, but it was absolutely worth it. It would certainly be cheaper to purchase a set from a Box Store, but we would have been lost without the expert advising from the sales team and the amazing installation crew.Quality - We were so pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the set. It is incredibly sturdy and the construction is top notch. They even did a great job levelling the unit, despite being on a hill.

We decided we wanted to upgrade our existing swing set and it was smaller, falling apart, and received second hand. I’m not sure how old it actually was but the brand was kid kraft. So we started looking. From having the old set I knew what I did and didn’t want.Browsing: We did not want one from the big box stores. The quality just is not there anymore. Yes the prices are cheap but so are the materials it’s made with. So we ventured to Best in Backyards. Once we saw how the quality of these were compared to others we looked at I knew we were getting one from here. The only mistake we made was bringing the kid with us… that was a very expensive mistake because the kid picked out a rather large one (admittedly I had my eyes set on that one but let’s just blame the kid).Purchasing: Our sales rep, Anthony, was great. I like to be able to walk around and talk to my husband in deciding what I do and don’t like and prices. Anthony let us do that without hounding. We were between two sets (Fantasy and Fantasy tree house) and he was helpful in walking through the differences. When it came to upgrades he told us of options but was not pushy. Once we decided on items he told us of the warranty. He was phenomenal- 1000% I would go back just because of him.Delivery and installation- Anthony may have told us that it would only take a half day for them to install. I was convinced he was wrong that that they just say it. Alas- he wasn’t. Willy and Gustavo arrived promptly at 8:30am and left my house by 1:15pm. It was raining this morning and that didn’t stop them. They were so respectful and I joked with the husband that they put it together with more care than we would have done. They were even checking to make sure it was level and broke off a branch or two that would have hit into the roofs. Once they completed the assembly they walked around the yard picking up any trash that the wind may have taken while they were working. Honestly- I forgot they were here for a few hours they were that quiet. They told me how to care for the playground to extend the life of it. Installation was worth every penny and they were great people!We will be back, not for a playground because this will last for many years, but for all their other offerings.

Great experience from start to finish! Sales reps were kind & patient while we weighed the value of the options available, which included multiple visits to the lot to see in person. We added almost all of them and were not disappointed with the final result! Delivery staff was masterful & fascinating to watch.

Great customer service from Kyle. Easy to order, relatively quick delivery date (they fit us in on someone else’s cancellation !), installation guys were incredibly kind and efficient, payment options are flexible, and the quality is worth every penny. I’d buy from them again and again. (We got a Dreamscapes set with tire swing and added a wooden roof upgrade which I’d recommend for weather cover and just overall aesthetic value).

Awesome experience! The entire process was easy and everyone I spoke with during visits to the New Windsor location were very kind and informative. The delivery and installation were as smooth as could be. HENRY A and JOSE L arrived right on schedule, were extremely kind and helpful in answering questions regarding location, etc. and were able to provide all the information I could ask for. Byron and Sosa did a fantastic job of placing my shed on a concrete pad. The pad was too small and they quickly figured out a solution. They were extremely nice and professional. I would certainly request them on my next project.

From start to finish, my experience was so positive. After looking on the lot in New Windsor, Anthony set us up with the right fit for the yard and was able to get me the paperwork for my permit in a timely fashion. Michelle was very communicative with scheduling and the slight delay in delivery, which was not a huge issue (only 3 days). On delivery/install day, Gustavo communicated what time they were coming and arrived on time. Gustavo, Rigoberto, and Ariel were great! I had asked them to adjust after approving placement and they were very accommodating and completed my request without complaint. Gustavo had us inspect before they left in case something was wrong and he asked if we had any questions. I am very happy with everyone I had the pleasure of working with during this process. Certainly a great company to do business with. You won't be disappointed!

Found this place as I would drive between Route 300 and heading to five corners. I stopped in a few times to look around and do recon and was met by Kevin. He was very helpful though I wasn't buying at the time. Got the information I needed and remembered that. When it was time to buy I returned and asked for Kevin. He helped me get sorted out and even fielded a few after purchase calls as I really tried to lock down what I needed.When it came to the delivery, I really had no idea what that would look like. The gentleman were polite and profession and the machine they user was fun to watch as it wheeled in the shed. I was impressed. They wheeled it in and made so to get it exactly where I wanted it. Good service all around!

Last year I had some unforeseen damage to my home and needed a shed to store a majority of my belongings. I called several places and Best in Backyards in New Windsor was the most helpful. Not only were they understanding and courteous, they were patient and helped me pick out my perfect shed. I was able to purchase a floor model and had it delivered within a few days! He even worked with me and was even able to modify my purchase to fit my financial needs. The shed is sturdy and looks great on my property. Its been a year and I'm still happy with my shed and my experience.

My family recently purchased a large play set and dealt with Kevin. We couldn’t have been happier with the customer service that we received during our time at Best In Backyards. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful, and did not pressure us at all, which kept us comfortable. We had such a great experience that we plan on returning in the future to purchase a shed. The installation was scheduled immediately after our visit. On installation day, two gentlemen showed up and had the play set installed in under two hours. When the Shed was delivered Axel was awesome...his team built our shed in a day and then sided the next morning. I was amazed at how well they worked together and how fast they built it. I went to purchase a shed the summer of 2018 from Best in Backyards, but suddenly had to replace my roof first. When I returned in April 2019, Kevin had kept my shed order on file (like he said he would.) We were able to pick up where we left off and Kevin made sure I received the April 2019 discounts!
