This store has so much to offer, especially with the back issues and graphic novels. It was fun meeting Devin and Kyle for the first time. They both were so friendly and helpful.They had some specialty books which I could not resist and purchased some. I had fun hunting in the back issues.Come out and support this store. I know I will.

Went to October Country today and there was some heavy snow in the forecast. The owner shut down for the day as the snow started, but opened up quickly so I could grab a few things. Great customer service and very pleasant guy. Highly recommend.

I've been buying comics here on and off for, like, thirty years now. The place has changed through locations and under different ownership, but has always been a pretty solid shop. They have a large selection of new comics and trades, as well as a sizable collection of back issues and older collected editions. The store looks a lot nicer than it ever has too. I would strongly recommend October Country to any locals in need of their comics.

This is a great little place - I wish it was closer to my house because I would definitely come here more often. Staff are okay but you'd need to come with your guns loaded if you don't really know what you're looking for or are new to the hobby.

Overpriced. They tried to sell a box of the latest MTG set for $120 at release. There's a very big comic collection but severely lacking card stock. Also despite us being the only customers in the store the staff paid little attention to us and were talking amongst themselves.

FANTASTIC comic book store!! The friendly and knowledgeable staff is always available to help you find the comic you are looking for, either in their wide selection of back issues dating back many decades, or their meticulously updated new comics section. They also carry many indie comic titles that are harder to find in other stores in the area. I am a long time subscriber to their pull list for new comics and all of my reserved comics are waiting for me as soon as I am able to pick them up. I highly recommend their well designed email newsletter as well, which has a list of all new comics available that week. Check out this store and ask for Devin while you're there, it's worth the trip!

Stopped by on my way to visit family and the guys were super nice. They had the issues of Umbrella Academy that no one in Albany had. Go if you're close. Go if you're far. It's worth it.
