My cat was peeing blood and in some discomfort so I called this veterinarian office and they got me in the very next day in the morning. They were so caring to not only my pet but to me as well for being emotionally upset about my baby. All my questions were answered and my cat was sent home with medication. They were also very informative about the directions of my pets after care. They also was able to assist me with the bill while still assuring my cats best interest in mind. The whole team was very professional and kind. I would recommend this office to anyone. I’m blown away at how well they cared for my cat. Thank you for taking such great care of my furry family member we will be back for any needs in the future.

I have used this animal hospital many times over the years for emergencies. They are sincerely wonderful. My pets were cared for, and treated. I only wish they were closer to my residence so I could use them as my primary.

My yorkie was sick throwing up and diarrhea I called too make appointment with no money first they said they couldn’t see her then Donna called me back and told me too bring her in !! They gave her a shot and some meds , I highly recommend this place !! They truly care about your fur babies

I highly recommend All Creatures Veterinary Hospital! I take both my dogs and cats there. They provide all the services we need at a great price. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional. They take the time to make sure your pets are happy! My family is particularly fond of Dr Flanagan!

All Creatures' people are the best. They took care of my dog Buster who lived to be 17. And when he died, they supplied a beautiful little casket so he could be buried properly. Now I have a cat named Chester. I adopted him from the Ulster County SPCA knowing that he had a bad medical condition. All Creatures (and Newburg Vet) worked with me to bring him back to full health. The vet was very nice and knowledgeable. The assistant had no idea how to hold my ferret. She caused bruising all over my pets neck, ripped hair out and did not take responsibility for it, the manager followed up with me and offered credit of $50 towards further blood work up that was estimated around $750. I will not be returning and I would not recommend.

My gargoyle gecko was having an emergency and they got me in right away when I called on Monday morning. So glad I brought my gecko in here, Dr Landry and her assistant Donna were amazing with my gecko and very kind and friendly to me. They were able to do everything needed to make my gecko healthy in a very short amount of time using the best/safest methods. I was extremely impressed. Worth the money to come to this vet especially if you have an exotic pet.

I can’t say enough about All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. They truly care about their furry patients and are thorough and awesome at what they do. Our little dog is still alive thanks to them. If we had stayed with our old vet I think we would have been forced to put her down. She is now making excellent progress thanks especially to Dr. Toso and we are extremely grateful.

Everyone in this vet is so friendly!!!! Vet was so quick and loved my bird instantly!!! Highly recommend for exotic pets! Love and care from all the staff! Even the waiting room loved my bird! Such a great vibe. 11/10

The staff in the New Paltz office couldn't be kinder or more gentle with my cat. It was easy to make an appointment, and any time I've been there, I've never had to wait. Treatment options for necessary dental work were discussed, and an estimate is going to be sent to me. Good with people, good with animals, and very considerate financially--this is the best veterinary practice I have been to in many years! Update: When I picked up my kitty after her dental surgery, a vet tech spent time with me to explain what to expect, and answered all my questions. The icing on the cake? The actual cost was $50 less than their estimate! Again, super happy with these folks.

All Creatures Veterinary Hospital is amazing. I have had three dogs who have been treated there and for each one it has been an overwhelmingly pleasant experience. When my dog died, I did not want to go back to All Creatures because I felt I was too emotionally drained to go back there; however, that lated only 2 months, and I just missed the friendship and compassion of the vets and everyone who works at All Creatures. I am back now with my new puppy, and I love seeing everyone there, and I mostly love how well and lovingly they treat all the animals they care for. Many thanks to all of you at All Creatures for all you have done for me and my family as well.

My pets (cats and dogs) have been patients of All Creatures/Newburgh Vet for 9 years. I can't speak highly enough of the care they have received. My experience with the doctors has been with Dr. Friedman, Dr. Flanagan, Dr. Turner, and especially Dr. Harlec. who in my opinion is one of the finest, most caring veterinarians I have ever encountered in decades of owning animals. The support staff is amazing, as well. Their affiliation with outside specialists is of such importance. When my dog was diagnosed with heart problems, Dr. Harlec and Dr. Verra took such good care of him and prolonged his life through state of the art technology. The sheer size of their operation, rather than making it an impersonal experience, actually enhances the access to quality care. Won't go anywhere else!

Back in July of this year, my cat, who has a medical condition, was suffering from a UTI, fairly common for her. Dr. Steinbeiser treated my cat well, and I'm happy to report my cat made a full recovery, which I am very grateful for.However... The doctor recommended a urine sample (collected from the exam table surface and visibly bloody) be sent for a urinalysis with culture - a $174. lab test - and as of today, October 27, I have yet to hear the results or get any follow-up of any kind. I have called about this, in August and then again this past Monday.Vet care is expensive. I get that. I also see the value of tests. But even if this test didn't cost half the total sum I paid for the appointment, I'd have a right to the results.

This place is great!! Its clean, comfy and staff is amazing with my animals. They greet you with a smile and a hello from the moment you walk in. Doctors are great, staff is great and they gave me what they call a medical plan that tells me their recommendations and how much it would cost I thought that was great! This is definitely my new vet from now on.

All creatures vet is great with animals and their owners. They are compassionate understanding, unlike some vets who do not care if the animal is scared. All Creatures from day one, since the first day i walked in with my than dog, rottweiler-Pooh Bear, they treated him like he was family. Its 6 years later since Pooh and the same goes for my mini pinscher Cujo. Since he was a pup they made sure to creae a positive experience for him when he got his nails clipped, shots, to get him fixed and also got his chip and a tooth that would not come down done in one day ( could barley tell had such a eventful day the way he acted, which was his self ). All creatures i would highly recommed to anyone whos loooking for new vet or change. There compassionate, they do care about the animals and cat or dog I brought there and my sister even brought her dog who was tense around vets until she brought her dog there and sheverything even gravitated right to them. There work is good, they have the right attitude. They even have packages you can purchase inquire about. There prices are right. I highly recommend.Brittany

Up until yesterday, I would have given All Creatures a higher rating but, they have a new doctor who is not up to par. I brought my 13 yr. old cat in because he hadn't eaten or drunk water in 4 days. Dr. Levy(?) didn't order subcutaneous hydration and she tried to get a urine sample from him!! Then she suggested that perhaps I should leave him in his carrier for an hour before his next visit in order to facilitate getting a sample. Anyone who knows cats would understand the folly of this reasoning. I was charged $289 and went home not one bit enlightened as to my cat's diagnosis nor with any treatment whatsoever.

Mugsy had a limp and we had only lived in the area for a week. I called, the New Paltz (less than a mile from my new home) office was friendly and fast and able to see him within 2 hours. They answered my questions, were great with him, gave immediate treatment, and his limp is gone the next day. The prices were what I would consider fair (though everyone with a pet knows that medical treatment can be relatively expensive) and Mugsy feeling better already sealed the deal. Well done - I'll be using them again.

The staff is very knowledgeable - alert and cautious, but also reasonable and conservative in terms of ordering tests, etc. They are accommodating to pet owners (e.g., Saturday hours) and so very tender with the pets. We have had pets for 40 years; this is the best vet practice we have used. .

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and Doctors who care. There is a nice variety of pet foods, and supplies. It's a quaint and serene atmosphere, which is a plus if you have a pet with a sensitive temperament. Conveniently located in the heart of New Paltz, and parking all around the building.
