Recently moved to the neighborhood and have used this CVS location for its pharmacy and regular shopping. I have frequented CVS stores all over the country as I travel about 6-8 months of the year.This CVS has by far the most customer centric service. The pharmacy staff come over to assist right away as soon as they see me, this rarely happens in other locations. They also do their best to find the lowest cost for my prescriptions.The cashiers/other store personnel likewise understand the assignment and always step up to help. Love this store simply because the employees understand their assignment and are genuine/kind folks!

They reviews are real. At first they tell me my insurance doesn't cover I have to pay. Than after asking multiple times they said it is covered. Than dr. gave me two medicine they gave me one. After checking 3 to 4 times they said one. But next day I confirm with dr there was two medicine.

This CVS deserves ZERO stars.I have never had such a horrible experience in a pharmacy. It was absolute chaos! When I arrived I waited on a line for my prescription only to then be told that I need to go on the other line since it was my first time there. They said my prescription would take 15 minutes so I sat down quietly to wait for my name...which was never called. When I asked about it - they said - oops. we have one. we will work on the other right now. Again I sat quietly and again I was forgotten.. Now comes the icing on the cake...when my prescription was finally filled- they lost the first one. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to fill a prescription that was called in before I arrive.. Needless to say, I will never return.

The staff at this CVS are great !I frequently shop there with my mother and I am always greeted with a big smile by the store manager Kazi. He really keeps the store clean and always goes out of his way to help us. They are truly an asset to our community and he is the reason we shop at this particular CVS.

The store is busy but no one works the registers, so customers are forced to self check out. The self check out constantly has issues and alerts an employee. However, without many employees and many alerts from self check out, customers are forced to wait for extended periods of time. Prices have increased substantially in recent months - why not use the increased profits to hire additional employees?

If I could leave a minus star I would. They had a prescription for 4 months and no call was made to pick up or cancel. The feedback of most clients reflect mine too.

Excellent customer service. I came to this store as a result of a horrible experience at the Queens Village location near Bradock and Hillside. As soon as I walked in, I was helped. The thermometer I needed wasn't locked up like diamonds, unlike the Queens Village site. The store manager, Kazi, apologized for my experience at the Queens Village site and made sure I had what I needed before I left. A+. I'll be coming here from now on. Sometimes, stepping out of your comfort zone is worth it. Can't always stick to what you're used to if it's causing a headache. I'll drive to a CVS in Pennsylvania before I EVER go back to the Queens Village site. Thank you, brother Kazi. 🤲🏾 Peace and blessings upon you.

This review is just for the pharmacy department. No one answers the phone. The line for both inside and drive thru is ridiculously long. Parking lot is a huge mess. I can't get a spot if there was an open spot because the cars waiting for drive thru are blocking them. No competent staffs. They make you switch lines and wait again for a long time just to get someone else to help you. Every day you see different people working at this location. No regular employees here. No one wants to stay permanent at this location because of the poor service and chaos.

No one answers at the pharmacy. I was waiting for 25 mins. The cvs website is supposed to be "so easy to use" and yet i still couldn't manage my son's prescription so here I am waiting for his antibiotics so he can finally start feeling better.CVS needs to fix their prescription management for parents/guardians and their notifications of prescriptions in progress.This store obviously needs more pharmacists if no one can answer the phone and customers are left on hold for 25+ minutes.ALSO - STOP PUTTING RED 40 in children's antibiotics! It is TERRIBLE FOR OUR CHILDREN!!!

Not sure why all the negative reviews for their photo service but I give it four stars. Their printout of pictures are much better quality than Walgreens (across the street). Every time I go pick up my pics, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes...I'll continue to printout my pics at this CVS...

Ridiculously long wait times, I’ve been waiting for 2 hours for my meds. They use really old machines that take forever, they have one person running everything for a line that’s 30-50 people long. The staff is almost never on the same pag. Worst pharmacy ever what is happening

I would give them a zero. No help at all… was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up .. waited 1 hr and 10 min…. The pharmacist there act like they are too good to talk to anyone. Literally have 7 people at the pharmacy and no service at all. Terrible. Never again. One at the counter and 4 chit chatting and no help.

Poor pharmacy service with 6-7 pharmacy staff, but waiting for an hour on the phone, and when they finally answer, the responses are careless. After waiting in line for half an hour at the store, I discovered that the prepared medication is incorrect. I believe that this business must be thriving so much that they don't need to respect the customers' feelings. Definitely, one to avoid

As some are saying, I wish I could give 0 stars. Legit no customer service - I stopped by to quickly pick up photos that were ready an hour ago. No one at front. Hoping someone would come after 5 mins maybe, but nope. I saw this lady doing passport photos with this guys, and I asked if someone could help me. She saw me waiting for long, so she said - just wait a second! She wasn't being rude, just lying haha. Another 7 mins pass, and I told her again, hey my photos are right there - I see them. I am in a rush to pick up my niece from daycare.. was hoping this would take 2 mins and not 15! So she came, to the counter and pressed the button so someone could come up to help. DUDE, after 15 minutes of you watching me wait, and with a growing line...THEN you would call for help when asked? Man, really tested my patience. I really wanted to walk away with my photos without paying, but integrity..

Worst location for pharmacy. Never enough staff, lines are so long, people can’t understand plain English. Find another location or pharmacy.

Should have read the reviews in advance. First off, kudos to the one lone pharmacist trying to manage through it all. Clearly CVS is not reading these reviews. Ninety plus minutes for a vaccine - that's with an appointment in advance? Why did we stop going to our local neighborhood pharmacy? Suffice it to say... one and done. Lesson learned.

The pharmacy staff is beyond rude. They can never find any medication sent by the doctor and no I verified 100 times no errors on my side. The staff is extremely rude. I was told today to wait until I’m called when I was trying to tell them that my meds were sent the second time when they themselves asked me to call the doctors office. They are extremely unprofessional and are giving cvs a bad reputation. Shame on them

Calling the pharmacy is worst experience ever, they are so rude and sound incompetent. Always long wait if you try calling this pharmacy, horrible experience, never pick up their phone, and their drive through is worst, better going to Walgreens or another pharmacy

The pharmacy does not answer their phone. Called during pharmacy hours. Always a line in pharmacy, they are short staff. CVS hire more pharmacy staff. Your store needs help.
