I went into Home Depot to purchasing flooring.. as I was about to load up on 25 cases of life proof vinyl floor I was speaking to the representative about the cost and how it was great deal. I then noticed that the price in the original aisle stated one thing and the end cap showed another price. I informed the rep of the difference and asked if they could honor the price on the sticker for the item and he said he would have to ask his manager. He went away for a couple minutes and returned with another person (Curtis), the “manager” said nothing to me did not even introduce himself. He spoke a couple words to the rep who was helping me, scanned the barcode and then walked away to the customer service desk. Still not acknowledging me at all. He then came back after a couple laughs at the customer service desk and said I can sell you one box at the price listed or give you $50 off. I told him respectfully I should get the price shown here . He rolled his eyes and said I could only have those two options. I asked if there was another manager and he said he was the store manager only him. I told him I will have to escalate. While I was asking again for him to match the price he got a call and said “this is Curtis” and that’s how I learnt of his name. Not once did he introduce himself, as if I haven’t spent thousands at this location on all of our renovations. I am truly disappointed in the service I got, and especially from a so called manager. This is not how you treat loyal customers. I have been contemplating writing this review as I frequently go to this store but I think it is time for me to explore Lowe’s and their credit card, and business.

Home Depot is the place to go...Lots of HD's around, and this location is not the best I've been to but it's not bad either. Actually I've special ordered, did on line orders, and bought in the store too. I've had lots of help from the customer service to calls to the store, and have a pretty good overall experience. Except for one time (one less star). One bad issue is not going to make a negative review. If you need something for your house Home Depot is the place to go...

We went to look at tiles and get some wood pellets. They didn't have much of a selection for shower tiles. And when we asked where pellets were, the guy just said by lawn and garden. Well ok. Couldn't find them. Asked another associate and they said up front. OK we looked couldn't find them. We were at the check out and just asked the lady if she happened to know because no one seems to know. And she was very helpful she knew where they were and rang them up for us. She's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

For a while I stopped shopping here because a Lowes was closer. However, I have returned and have found it to be a pleasant experience. Goodbye Lowes!

Terrible customer service. Been waiting 40 minutes for someone to get us down a skid of decking boards and was told they may not be able to get it down at all. Very poor customer service , poor stocking procedures to have 180 boards and none in the bin they belong in. Ridiculous! Get yourself together Home DepotUPDATE - After waiting for over an hour , staff came and got the boards down for us . They gave me 70 % off for my trouble so i am editing and increasing my rating. They screwed up but they made it right.

What do you want me to say is is home Depot they are a little high in some things a little low on some things banana buying their name I'm buying their quality the first must show me the quality before I represent them as their name... And some things they do have great quality at some things they don't it's just the way it's fluctuated out I'm not saying it's a bad store and not saying it's a good story I'm just saying a kind of evens itself out ....

I was there to purchase a ryobi battery, the sales clerk pointed us in the direction of a special that was going on. We came out with two bigger batteries and a free circular saw for less money than the what I had expected.

The have one of the best treated wood with oil. Beautiful wood and quality overal. Only down side is that if you need to reach something in a higher shelf you may need an employee to bring you a stair. And there aren't many of them around

Never again! The faulty workmanship Home Depot is responsible for has resulted in half of my home being under water… please do not ever buy an appliance from this placeI can get over a mistake… my issue is the lack of ownership… an apology would have went a long way!

Bought some materials and had a delivery made. Driver ran over entry way fencing and later drove 50 feet off driveway into trees, Don’t ask not sure how the guy did that. Long story short HD store manager said don’t worry we will turn over to insurance and take care of it. Apparently HD does not have insurance and hires a third party negotiator in an attempt to avoid paying any damages they are responsible for. All attempts to handle the matter are diverted with old school stall tactics

Customer service extremely poor. Will call was supposed to be ready but of course order was not pulled. Everyone just sat around staring wondering who was going to have to pull the order. Then took very long with no communication. Then checking status after an hour nobody knew anything. He was still pulling the order, i guess. Very poor service. This put me behind by hours of having contractors wait to start the job.

Helpful staff. Even had an employee that was on his lunch break offer assistance and even walked us to where we needed to go. Staff also loaded out purchase for us. Great place to get those household needs.

Great store, employee's are nice and helpful. They have almost everything you need to repair, remodel, or build your home. They also have flowers for planting, fencing, and all landscaping needs. Appliances for your home, cabinets for bath, kitchen, garage, etc. Also have decorations for holidays, they have power tools, light fixtures, lawn mowers, and can make new keys for home and some vehicles. Some boards and such can be cut by them if you have the measurements, I don't know if there is a charge or not. They have candy, snacks, and idea books by the registers and of course soda and the new addition of old faahioned Coke products in glass bottles.

There are very few people to assist you with anything. They have so much stock that they have filled isles with stock making them impassable. We were looking for a light and couldn't get down this isle to get what we wanted so we left. Not to mention several employees walked past us and never asked if we needed help climbing the mountain of product in the way.

Good selection of merchandise. But it's amazing how often their registers say your card has been declined, unless you are using one of their credit cards. Happens half the times I've been there. My card works fine everywhere else.
