My dog Slim loves Shampooches! It's a huge play date for him because he's great with all the other dogs and keeps them occupied while the ladies work their grooming magic. They do a super job and are highly recommended!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! They took my little beagle in today, for the first time, asked what her health problems were, what things were unique about her personality and truly were into grooming with their hearts. They interacted so lovingly with the dogs as well as with me!: Our beagle came home looking like a shining star! I love how they have other dogs in the grooming area playing with each other and not caged. All the animals seemed incredibly happy together and the groomers had a very positive team spirit! and we're very friendly with me and each other . The work they do is outstanding and the price is wonderful!! I will be a regular customer here!

Shampooches and the ladies that work there and are top notch. The dogs get to play with other dogs instead of being caged. It is so wonderful to walk into there and see the dogs running around tails wagging non stop. The workers are very close and professional, and knowledgeable. And they want to know more about your dog to give the best service. A beautiful gem in New Hartford that you should check out. You won't be disappointed! They also offer babysitting and set a time for you to pickup am/or pm. The 8:00 to 12:30 pickup I use but I'm not sure about the afternoon. A quick phone call will answer that question. I love this option as I get my running around to do then go pick up my baby 🐕.

We just picked up our Husky/German Shepherd, Grisman, from his 2nd grooming here & we are so happy we found this business. First, the price is incredible compared to what we had been paying, they do a great job, and the staff are extremely friendly & accommodating. Plus, they don't crate! This is my new favorite small business. Thank you to all the staff there.

I’m new to the area, so this was the first time I brought my sweet pup here for grooming (and she REALLY needed to be groomed, badly) and they did an OUTSTANDING job! I would absolutely recommend this groomer to anyone. My girl looks better than ever! I will be returning for future service!

I absolutely love Shampoochies! All of the girls are amazing with my Brody, and understanding of his prior situation (he was used as a bait dog sadly). They take their time with him, and earned his trust and now he smiles and gets so excited to see them! He's still not a fan of the dryer but I don't really blame him..I 100% recommend taking your dog here for their grooming needs! So much more personal than other chains.

My fancy dog doesn't know she's fancy. I have been impressed every time I've taken her to Shampooches. She doesn't do well when she's away from me and isn't ever even in a different room. They treat her so nicely there that does just fine and always comes home looking beautiful.

Sent my dog there and they just plain messed him up asked for a summer cut and didn't get it hair all over oneven only thing I was satisfied with was his toenails for 49 dollars and they dont even brush their teeth my dog still smelled like he hadn't had a bath never again
