Best pet store in the area hands down! Prices can be a little expensive especially when compared to other local or online options however the service and product quality is worth it 100%. The staff is excellent- friendly, helpful! Some have experience and can solve anything and some (seems like a few young new hires) have great personalities and seem very kind.Store manager Tim got himself involved when order pick up item was out of stock and not only replaced at no cost but hand picked better items with me to make sure I was satisfied.Returning customer for grooming services as well and cannot rave enough about Bianca! Treats my senior pit with the most love and care she’s experienced & she now goes back with so much less anxiety!

I went there for the visiting vet service as my regular vet has gotten too expensive for me. They were friendly, fast and cost so much less than my regular vet. My 2 dogs had blood work, shots and I bought medicine.This service is available every other Sunday from 10 am -11:30 am.

I am very disappointed by what I saw. I came into the store on 3/18/24 to purchase some aquatic plants for my aquarium. I was so disturbed to see the conditions the animals in the store were in. One of the fish tank had LOTS of dead fish. The fish still alive were all in the corner of the tank gulping desperately and appeared to be deprived of oxygen. I could see fish dying off the few minutes I was in the store. I don’t know if a filter broke but that’s so cruel and inhumane to deprive your fish of oxygen. There was a hamster laying in it’s own feces in the hamster wheel. Also, some of the birds looked unwell and very unhealthy. I decided not to purchase any plants because I could not support a business keeping animals in such conditions. Do better. The workers all appeared to not be concerned with the conditions of the animals and were standing around looking at their phones. I’m not going to blame them because that is on the owner or managers to properly train their employees and be aware of animal care and upkeep. Seriously, if you allow tons of dead fish to sit in their tanks.. what else are you neglecting? Please do a better job of caring for your animals in the store.

I went in looking for specific items. I circle the store trying to find them. I usually get greeted by the associates but didn't on this trip. They all appeared to be busy. I came upon a young man name James. I had asked him if he could help me. He was very fimiliar with the products I wanted & made suggestions on which product to purchase. I then asked him if he could also help me in finding a particular cat condo as there weren't any on the shelves. He stated he'll check in the back. A few minutes later he came out with the item that I wanted. I was so happy that they had it in stock.I wanted to praise this young man for his help & professionalism. James was very patient and polite. It made my shopping experience great one!!Thank you Pet Supply Plus for having such a nice man working for you!!!My cats are pleased!!

My go-to place for my dog's meals, some treats, leads, collars and leashes. My family has gone here for dog food for a little over 20 years. They have a dog tag maker in the front when you come in and a grooming station in the back of the store. Every now and then they have special events here for pets. My family had a fish a while back [Beta] and they had fish products too. Saw several cat items there. The staff is knowledgeable and the parking is spacious. If you have a pet and you're in this area, stop on by.

Krixus went to see Jennie who is a new Groomer and oh man did she do a beautiful job ! He got a bath and brush and we added the doodle package to deshed and this is the first time I have brought him home and still 3 days later he isnt shedding, he’s super soft and he was so happy ! Jennie has a true passion for animals and it shows and she is extremely good at handling all breeds ! I highly recommend you take your pup to her for all your grooming needs ! Plus I got new collars for all my animals while I was there and It’s so convenient to stores I was able to grocery shop snd she held him until I got back to get him :)

Folks in the grooming dept are super nice, we always get our dog's nails trimmed here when we're in town. Self serve dog wash is ok. Washing part is well set up, but I think the dryer is blowing at a PSI that's a little higher than is appropriate for hosing off a living creature, so we skipped that part.

I went in with my wife and 2 year old son on Sunday 3/5/23 to look at getting new fish as a few of ours died off. The women who helped us was so helpful, answered all of our questions with knowledge and recommendations! She even went above and beyond to include our son to help feed the birds treats and he absolutely loved it! Thanks for everything!

Pet supplies plus has always been my go too for my dog supplies, its quiet and small local feel, staff are friendly and helpful, even got to hold a baby boa when it escaped the cage, and the girl was scared to put it back in hahahahah, not to mention i like the selection of foods its a decent sized variety of things from mass produced to the healthier brands.

Small but has a lot to offer. Really nice staff as well can answer just about any question you have about your pet. My fur baby has a really sensitive tummy and they were able to help me find a brand that she does well with and wasn't too harsh on price either. Thank you!

Like the one in Rome, not a huge selection of aquarium fish and plants, but what they do have is nice. Staff friendly. But....... The parrot and cockatiel are in waaaay too small cages,,,please someone go and adopt them!!!

Well everything was great Tim the manager of the saltwater fish was very helpful but then 2 days after I got my fish my spotted mandarin died and they won't refund or even exchange it for me he came straight out and said they don't do anything with saltwater fish at all they sell them but won't even exchange it for me! NEEDLESS to say I will not ever be shopping there again after I spent over $220! Any other pet store would be doing that so they get a 1 star and I think thats too good for them!

1st time visiting here and it definitely wont be the last! Friendly staff, clean and easy to navigate, and from my quick (mental) price comparison for the Mart of Pets, a few of my go to items were $1 or more cheaper! My Pitty and Yorkie have both gotten their nails trimmed here and I have zero issues with them. Overall, a very happy and satisfied customer.

If you're like me, you HATE petsmart... so yeah... pet supplies plus is where you wanna go if you're a cool and morally just person. I also wash my dog there. My dog is so freaking cute its blow you're mind, unless you like petsmart, then youd have no mind to blow cuz ud have to be brainless to be dumb enough to go to petsmart instead of here!
