I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. I like the self checkouts myself, but there’s always an employee there to answer any questions or to help in. Anyway, I like the variety that is offered although sometimes I do admit, I wish there were things that were younger looking, but for older women, I’m mid 60s, and there is some things that I like that are met for younger women, but they were designed for someone middle-aged. Otherwise I prefer to go there as opposed to some other stores.

Shopping at Kohl's in New Hartford is a very pleasant and fun experience. Employees and their manager are always friendly and go out of their way to help. There are many wonderful sales, great selection of items, as well as opportunities to earn Kohl's cash. It's also important to note that Kohl's gives back to the community; one initiative is Kohl's Cares. I've been shopping at Kohl's for many years and will continue to do so.

I recently went Kohl's to buy sports wear. They were easy to do business with. The store was clean and staff friendly. There were a lot of new styles to choose from. I was in and out with little wait time. There is plenty of parking in front of the store.

The customer service department is wonderful. I don't like to go into stores between Thanksgiving and Christmas because of the crowds and such. We came in to pick up an online order and the wait was minimal, the staff was friendly, and it was just a great experience.

If you understand their policy of overpricing combined with the use of coupons you can have a productive shopping experience. Don't expect to find any customer service on the shopping floor. That's not part of their business model.

Organized store with good selection and GREAT prices, I love to shop there. The only real reason I'm reviewing this place, however, is the staff. It's a long and complicated story, but I was having complications after seeing something on the website that was claimed to be at the store, but I couldn't find it. Lauren was super helpful and considerate, and we were able to work things out. Super amazing staff, and I cannot thank Lauren enough for her help in my rushed-time of need. 5/5 for staff!!

DO NOT BUY STUFF AT KOHLS, I have finally tried purchasing from several different lines here again after years, every single item from Sonoma pants all the way to Vera wang t-shirts has ripped, started having threads coming out of random spots, etc. It’s not worth it, I’ve never ran into worse quality clothes than at Kohls. Turn and run.

This Kohls is great! I’ve primarily used the customer service desk for Amazon returns. Recently I used one of the 20% off coupons for shopping. They have a great selection & their associates are friendly & efficient. My recent experience has been with Kassie, who was wonderful! Everyone else has been great too!

The New Hartford Kohls is a great place to shop. Linda G. my sales assoiate was so helpful. The selection of clothing and home goods is extensive, and yet priced reasonably.

Very chlosterphobic and can't get in the aisles without running into anything at all. There is enough space at to move in the aisles comfortably at all. Had inventory stuff on carts in boxes and not put away or put in the back. Very overly priced on everything.
