Years ago we purchased an awesome "Puggle" puppy from Doug. Our dog brought our family 16 years of enjoyment and happiness. That speaks volumes for how healthy she was throughout her life of 16 years.Doug always takes the time to share his expert advise with our family. Bird lover here - Pet Palace’s birds looked very sad when I visited today. Many of their feathers are missing, which I can infer is due to over-grooming (usually caused by depression/anxiety). They made no sounds whatsoever… which is NOT NORMAL FOR BIRDS! The water provided for them was muddy, and undrinkable. I can only hope for improvement for the sake of the birds.

Great pet store. Bought two dogs from here and had a fantastic experience. I still take my fur babies here 5 years later for grooming. They do a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and amazing place. I bought my daughter's bunny from here and she loved it. I also got my dog groomed here and he came out looking so handsome. This is a great place and very affordable.

HORRIBLE customer service ! So rude. They probably abuse the dogs. We wanted to look at a dog and got yelled at on the phone that “ you can’t just play with the dog “ . I am so sad for the dogs that are trapped in this place . Terrible terrible place should be shut down !

Avoid this place, especially for grooming. We had an absolutely horrendous experience with them. Not only did our dog receive the most uneven cut I've ever seen, he was left with scrapes and razor burns that eventually needed emergency medical care. We reached out to the manager, and he forwarded us to owner who has continuously refused to even discuss the matter and ignores us.You can get any of items/services available at Pet Palace at any other local pet store (at a lower price, I might add) and I recommend that you do so.

I’m very happy that I decided to visit, even after reading some of the reviews.The owner was so welcoming, and nice. He answered all my questions, and gave me great information. I decided to do some more research before getting a pet I hadn’t considered before, and he supported my decision. He didn’t so much as barely come off sad pushy, & he even gave me an information sheet to take home. I really appreciated it.I’ll be back to purchase my pet here, and if not because I want an animal they don’t have, I’ll visit here to purchase my needed supplies.* I got a little lost , GPS took me to maki maki / the shopping center, there’s a little cut out in the left corner, that will take you around the other side to the pet store.Thanks super nice guy, sorry I forgot your name. - The anxiety girl

Excellent!!! Very carefully and well maintained pet shop, is very clean you can tell that they do care for the puppies there, it's the 4th pet shop we visited in 2 days and it's the only one that make you use hands sanitizer before you go inside and in your way out, they just let one family inside the shop at the time. extremely pleased with the service, they answered all of our questions, trust me we asked a lot 😂, they let my kids play with the puppies without any pressure, very kind and knowledgeable, they made us feel like at home.

Its a decent location actually! Smells a bit but its a pet place so i dont mind. Nice space and cute decor. There werent many pups and there was this beautiful black pup. She costed 26,000 tho and it broke my heart when it was over budget (2,000). Overall its a cute place but its pretty expensive. Id buy that puppy if i had the money. I would give u a 5 star review just to buy that baby :(

This Pet place has been around for years I have only been inside a few times because (1) I don't believe in paying Hundreds, or even Thousands for a Dog when there are Amazing Dogs being put down every Day. These animals can be Adopted for between $100-$300 and Your Money goes to Saving even More Animals. (2) Half of the dogs they sell are mixed anyway. (3) the times I have been in Pet Place of New City it smells like a kennel.So in Closing, they seem like Nice people, But in the Future as in the Past I will Continue to Adopt from Rescue Centers. And If You would like to Pay a Rediculious amount of money as some sort of Status Symbol Go Ahead.

We are new to the area and sought out a pet store for supplies for our 3 dogs and 2 cats. We decided to try out a small local store over a chain and I regret it. This place's business practices are far worse than any chain I've ever been in.At present, they have 6 puppies for sale split between 4 cages. They have at least one hamster and 4 birds of 3 different types. This place *stinks* and it's cold. The African Grey was shaking and yanking out its own feathers, it straight up has a giant bald spot on its chest.They admit to breeding pets on purpose to sell for profit. When a customer posts a negative review about this and their pay-to-pet service, they rage at them and their argument boils down to 3 points - 1) we're old (trust me, we noticed, you are at least a decade behind) 2) we pay taxes and 3) this is 'Murica. Note the focus on money and lack of interest in morality or pet care. If you want to buy an overpriced puppy from a pet mill with a questionable background, this is your joint. Just watch how fast this guy replies to negative reviews and ask yourself, if he loves animals, why so quick to rage and so resistant to change if not pure greed?Not only do they admit to breeding pets for profit, they also charge kids to pet them. So they breed animals, sell them for overblown prices, and before the pets sell they let people pay to pet them, too. I've never seen such a disgusting failure of humanity in my life.I won't be back. I'll hit up Petco for my many bags of litter, cat food, and dog food and endless toy and treat supply. The day this guy kicks it and the shop closes is the day New City classes up.

Best place for puppies had 3 from them they were remarkable well keep and the breeder did an excellent job in socializing the puppy. They are friendly and knowledgeable and they care. Would never go any other place.

The owner was being disrespectful, Bad customer service. Also the owner seemed to be racist. But most importantly the Owner seems as if he’s a religious discriminator.Oh and telling by his responses on answering some of the animals descriptions he seems to lack the knowledge due to his response, but it was probably because he was to busy trying to refuse on answering questions. Well sorry for wanting to know more about something I want to buy. The place also looks like it needs some maintenance.
