Very clean and well maintained. The staff is always nice and helpful. One of the few that sells alcohol. Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent is really cheap here. Seasonal inventory moves fast and they have multiple discount tables, carts and shelves.

The Dollar General is like most Dollar Generals. However, I must mention the Manager, Derek , is so very nice each time I visit. In addition, the store is clean. Not all Dollar Generals are clean. Under his management, I highly recommend this store. Please note: I do not know the manager personally only by shopping in the store.

Third time in store since newly open. Clean, friendly staff, no clutter, shelves stocked. But they really do need to buy a lawn mower. A shabby landscape don't reflect well of what's inside.

0 starts If I could. We were discriminated at this location by one of the employees and store manager. They wouldn't sell us beer and were told that we were acting irrationally. According to them we were buying alcohol for minors because we had our kids with us at the time and were buying snacks and other things we needed for our stay in claryville. The police was called and the store manager told us that we weren't welcome there and couldn't ever go back to the store otherwise we would be trespassing and will get arrested. After calling corporate and Speaking with the regional manager we were told an investigation was going to be started and surveillance was going to be reviewed. It has been almost two months now, never heard back from him again and the cellphone number he gave me has been disconnected. Will continue to follow up with an attorney.

This brand new Dollar General is the cleanest i’ve ever been in. The people are nice and helpful. I opposed this in the beginning, but i think it will do good for our community, for a while at least.
