Organized and well stocked store. At $60 a year for membership I would recommend if you have a Costco nearby and have space to store items. Everything is multipack and large sized. The staff is helpful. One thing I learned is that you do not need to be a member to use the pharmacy.

Shopping with my kids it was a pleasurable experience until check out. After checking out and going to the food court I proceeded to leave the store. That was when I realized the cashier had not given me a receipt and I could not leave the store. I proceeded to walk back to the cashier who rang me to grab the receipt. When Suzanne the cashier helper said it’s your responsibility to get the receipt from the cashier. I’m sorry Suzanne if I rang myself up yes it would be my responsibility to make sure I received a receipt . However I did not ring myself up you and another gentleman did. Wouldn’t it be your responsibility to hand a customer a receipt when you ring them up? I’m sorry it isn’t rocket science. But for her to make that comment when I initially said nothing to her is ridiculous! Costco please re-train Suzanne she is rude for no reason !

Great Costco! We just opened a membership here and loved it. They had selections from out of the country which was nice. Their sales seem to be amazing, we stumbled upon a $45 sale of ON whey protein when they're currently around $80!

I went my own costco on middle country road. You can get an eye exam in their optical department, which I did last week. My prescription pairs of glasses were in today so I picked them up. I also did some shopping, picture included. They starting selling baseball cards again. I bought a few of the 2023 topps flagship collection box, 2 feet by 1 feet approximately in length . Also, avocados which I used with eggs today. Additionally the southwest chicken wraps are outstanding.

I called the store with an issue about the seafood section , Barret, a manager quickly addressed my issue and resolved it in such a polite way . And then called me back to tell me to re turn and ask for her so she could make sure the issue was resolved.I love this company and especially this store ! Wonderful customer service .!Thank you again ,Barret (hope I spelled it correctly )

Nice Costco right by Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove, NY. The main Costco location me and my family usually shop at. The food court is great. My only downside is that they don't sell the organic 1% milk here at this location unfortunately. You have to go to Commack for that milk.

Absolute favorite local place to shop. We make a very large contribution every week! Love to sample new items and to find new seasonal items. Variety is great. You can’t beat the prices! Employees are extremely helpful and always friendly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that they are now switching items around. It feels like they are deliberately trying to get to isles you might not usually go to. When you are in a rush, it’s a little frustrating.

So I went just now and I accidentally took 2 and I do mean 2 steps into the exit instead of the entrance area at the lake grove Costco . Mainly because I never have been to this one and it’s a wide open area and the receipt checker screamed at me ! OMG I was like ok calm down ,i didn’t think that was necessary. Needless to say I was blown away and was like nope 👎 don’t need to shop here . I was going to join but I’m good .Unbelievable.

Always spend more time getting out the store because my receipt needs extra scrutiny, I guess because of my brown skin. Now tonight my daughter was told she couldn't use my card because her name is not on it. I wonder Costco, do you harass the young white children like you do the young black ones. I bet they can use mommy/daddy's card. Thank you to the young lady that purchased my daughter's items for her. I told my daughter she should have left it there. Would not be renewing my executive membership and yes all my friends and family will be doing the same. Disappointed.

Chicken bake burnt to a crisp. Not fit to eat. I wasted $3.99 on burnt food.The pepperoni was pizza poorly made. Left side had too little cheese, too little sauce and almost no pepperoni. Look at the extra crust on the left side. This is a joke, right?The hot dog and soda was good.Watch out what they give you at the food court before you leave Costco.

Racist & Rude.Costco prides itself on customer service, It's a disgrace that their employees treat people the way they do simply based on there skin color or ethnic background. I have experienced this at this location more than a few times and have seen the employees at the door make racist remarks to patrons (The same bald one that I have seen other reviewers write about!)I would advise any customer who experiences this to take the name of the employee, record and send it to corporate. In 2023 the fact that you have to experience this is utterly a disgrace!Do better Costco, You never hesitate to sign up people of color up and take there yearly fees. We deserve the same level of service as anyone else.

Today, I went shopping with my sister. I only brought my black membership card without a wallet. I asked my sister to help me pay. My sister only brought a mobile phone. She said that she paid with a mobile phone, and then one (the Asian cashier was very rude) disagreed with my sister to pay me. It depends on my sister’s 🆔. My sister did not bring an ID. Then my sister‘s husband has her green card, so I showed her her green card and her husband’s black membership card. Then the Asian still didn‘t let my sister pay me. He insisted on taking my sister’s husband‘s black membership card and points. I went home after shopping and wanted to give my sister money. Why can’t I get the points on myself? On the black membership card, I was very angry at that time. We didn‘t steal the card. We all have documents. We all have black cards at the same time. Is it illegal for me to ask my sister to pay me? ( If I had asked my sister to buy me a gift card with her card, I was very angry and returned everythi Ng. Why did Costco use this racist Asian to work there? We spend a lot of money on Costco every year to buy angry ones?）（👎An Asian cashier, super bad. rude）

I love Costco and think the membership fee is totally worth it. However, the layout of the entrance, exit, and return center at this particular Costco is quite disorganized, leading to constant lines and people getting in each other's way.

For truckers exit 56 go left at light 111 north then left 454 then right 347 then right at co rd 25 ramp and 1 mile Costco on right at light ( first enterence go straight to back docks) nice guys and fast service..there is gate at front so no overnight..parking at exit 56 left at 111 and immediately left back to service dr sign posted in blue .if you lucky you might find spot there ..

Ohwww well... I am not sure what to say about this.You get almost everything that you want. But you only get it on quite a large quantity. If you are looking for things in small quantity, this is definitely not a place to look at. And also, you need to have a membership here in order to get in and buy stuff over there. And as an example of how much quantity we (group of 5 students) normally buy there, here is a pic 😂

This place is horrible. Staff is rude and mean. Few days ago I went there to return a spoiled salmon and I use a Family Member ID card and the card was old, that means there was no picture on it which they are requiring now. They hired a rude and gross staff named Tracy and at the cashier she asks for IDs and since there was not picture and it was under my sister's name she started screaming to make everybody to hear that that was not my card but my name was listed as a family member in their system. Why they don't do that at the entrance? I tell you why....because they want you to buy and then make you feel uncomfortable and intimidated and then buy a new membership if you are not directly the card holder. Nasty people. Nasty company. If you folks think new membership will make difference in this company's revenue, it's not with my name on it. I will never ever return to this store again. I think you folks have a lot of to learn about new client's customer service: RESPECT, KINDNESS, AND A LOT OF HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING (such as non-discrimination, anti-retaliation, ethics) . That's what makes difference in a long-term customer relationship.

Typical Costco, usually has everything in stock, food is always fresh, good prices for bulk as well. The selection is fantastic and the staff is knowledgeable. If there's anything that you need for your kitchen, your bedroom, your dining room, or basically your entire house, you can get it here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices cannot be beat, even from online or delivery for food or supplies.

Not enough employees lanes were a mess and then again upon exit woman Thea was to check receipt just walked away without saying anything and the line was back passed tire dept. People were getting tired and began walking out ... can complain after they sat on a long line at the registered.

Extremely busy store that usually runs low on popular items. Parking is chaotic, frequent sights of fights and police presence. Avoid it if you have another Costco option.
