Absolutely terrible customer service! They FORCE you to get in your car and drive there to see if they have something in stock since they can't be bothered to go look. Also, 90% of the time they don't have their advertised items in stock to begin with!

This used to be an awesome place to get the small odds and ends needed to get through the week. However, now the place is closed more than open. It's certainly a shame. Many of my family, friends, and neighbors rely on this store, but are now forced to go somewhere else. Corporate should really figure out this problem.

This Dollar General is a pleasant place to visit is has a home feel and if you ha e a question and a little patience they will go with you to help you with your search. The think g is others want the same so patience is the key to get the help. Kindness is in great supply here and is always free of charge. Bring yours and you get so much more. Most item are stocked. Realize though many people love this store . I've never had to stand in line a long time

Tonight, I had a cashier who 1. Didn’t know how to scan a store coupon where you’ve prepurchased $30 in nabisco, so therefore I got a coupon, well I didn’t have the required amount to get money off, so I had to put it back. I gave up on the buy $30 in this brand” coupons because they don’t know how to honor them., I get all the way to Liverpool and notice they didn’t include my 6 pack of dog food. The guy who smokes out front is such an unpleasant, mean, miserable man. thinks he’s smarter than everyone who shops in that store.

This is a great place for all different items. Highly recommended for snacks, clothes, candy, tools or odds and ends type of things. Good prices. They have charging cords and other hardware items. Recommended for all people and ages.

It's a Dollar Store, What do You Expect?Good selection of household items, and not crowded. Wide variety of candles, laundry detergent, and air fresheners, as well as a few automotive needs. Prices are low. Sometimes, you must wait in a line too long for the amount of customers. Today, was the kicker for me: I see no one at a register, but the cashier. A minute later a woman returns to pay for her item. Not a word from the cashier before this happened, and she was taking a long time to do whatever; both the cashier, and the woman. Out of frustration, I call for assistance from other employees, I wasn't going to wait for the idiot to finish. It turned out that I was completed before the woman who was in front of me. I do hope the cashier heard me say, "idiot." I'll return, because most of the employees are good.

They keep it fairly clean considering the building has been in Nedrow for over 40 years. It shows its age. They keep it as well stocked as possible its just the volume of area customers makes it difficult to keep up with everything. Employees seem good at PPE use.

Line is always long. Will be 2-3 people on duty but only one register open. Line can be down an aisle and an employee will walk right by to go outside and smoke.. people are nice, but whoever is in charge needs to tighten up..

We have the best Dollar General in Nedrow. My advice is to go early in the day as stock on shelves is drastically reduced throughout the day. Friendly employees, I would like to know why they have such a turn over in employees.

This location is probably my favorite. Every employee goes above and beyond. They are friendly and make my shopping experience wonderful! If you visit during peak hours, you will have a bit of a wait, but they do their best.

The manager by the name of Frank was not nice at all to the young man that was helping me check out. He berated him more than once in front of customers. The young man was nothing but nice. When talking to the manager he told me he was training his staff to be helpful to the customers. Too bad he can't find someone to train him on how to speak to his staff.

On the evening of 11/25 at 1745 a young gentleman assisted me with checking out. He took time to sincerely thank me for being a medical professional during this crazy, unprecedented time. If he only knew how much that one brief interaction meant to me..... it meant the world. Please recognize this young man. We need more people like him right now.

Decent store in with all the normal Dollar General products. The store can be a understaffed at times and the lines can get a bit long. This store is not always the cleanest and oftentimes has items out of stock.

Hello all.I'm taking time out to give an extensive appreciation to the management at that location in Nedrow,NY.Allysa (I hope I spelled her name correctly)!I called this location earlier and was supposed to call back to speak to a manager by the name of Frank. Unfortunately I wasn't able to call when I scheduled but I was able to speak to allysa on the following issues:In the neighborhood of Nedrow it was brought to my attention through the elders that the young kids are purchasing bandanas and are portraying to have ties to gangs. These kids are in the age range of 9-12 or so. Therefore, I called the store to see what can be done to protect these kids whom clearly have no idea what danger they are putting themselves in, and allysa's immediate solution was to remove the bandanas off the floor and place them (for purchase) behind the counter. This was the greatest solution in which she should be recognized for taking a strong leadership role. Thank Allysa you are a diamond in the rough.
